I want to thank Robert for the excellent service and fitting the perfect tires for my truck the staff was excellent from right up front and all the way to the back all the staff were extremely friendly I’ll definitely be back thanks Fountain Tire I’m extremely happy with my experience!

Definitely wouldn't recommend this shop after I was told one price when I explained what I wanted done and then charged $80 more. I've had multiple tires changed at various shops and will not be going back here nor will I recommend them to anyone else I know. Over $260 to pull 4 tires off one set of rims and put on another set of rims and I requested not to balance them so it was a basic change over and then after I got home I see they even lost my chrome valve stem caps I had and one was replaced with a plastic cap and there wasn't even a valve stem cap on the other. I also phoned ahead to see if they had to time to do it and they said yes they should have them done in a couple hours from when I dropped them off so I did some running around and then waited for a call and when I checked back over 4 hours later they hadn't even looked at them and told me to come back another hour later. Instead I went back home to the farm and finally got a message an hour and half later after that so didn't end up with them until the next day. If I'd have know it was going to cost that much and take that long I would have waited until the next day and took them else where. If anyone is looking for a good tire shop I'd suggest Great West Tire in Moose Jaw always had good service there with fair prices and have always been treated fairly.

Needed a wheel retorqued after some work and they were very helpful even though they did not carry out the working originally.

Used their service for my out of province vehicle inspection as they had the best price in town for this inspection. Service was good and they provided me with a complimentary taxi ride which was appreciated.

I was about to buy a second hand car. They ran an inspection on it and there were many problems with it. Shoutout to Bren for the service!

I rarely give out 5 stars, but they earned it.
Friendly, helpful staff, and they got me out of a jam quickly with a problem tire.

My truck front wheel bearing broke down on a Friday morning. I needed to be back in Calgary Saturday. They took my truck at 1: 00 PM and had it repaired and back to me by 5: 00 PM. This shop is excellent. Thank you very much, Candace. I highly recommend them.

Went to this location with a flat tire looking to get it fixed. Was told they didn’t have a replacement for the single tire but only had a new set of “winter” tires as my only option. After install I found out they were studded, not happy as they are too loud on the highway. After driving to Edmonton that night, a stud broke off assuming from being over torqued. Phoned to see if they had any warranty to cover that, was told because I went over 100km/s without re-torquing they can’t cover it. So now I’m stuck with a full set of tires I don’t want and extra damage to pay for. Thanks fountain tire in Moose Jaw

Poor customer service. Taken appointment today for brake check and oil change. They are not sure to say the time taking to handover the vehicle back even I have given 3hr time.

I was on my way from Winnipeg to Calgary. When i got to Moosejaw there was a bad knocking sound coming from the rear passenger side. I went into Fountain Tire and although there was a snow storm coming and a million people waiting to get snows on the service manager Rob found the time to diagnose the problem. Rear right transaxle on my vintage VW Vanagon. His parts manager Candace pulled out all the stops to get me a spare part and get me back on the road after the storm. More than excellent service, these folks went the extra mile and i highly recommend their shop to anyone.

The guys in the shop did great and they explained rotations to me and explained questions I had very well
