Pulled in at 5 to 6: 00 and asked if I could get a trailer tire aired up. The lady behind the counter pondered it for a minute or two and said no it's not possible. And sent me down the road with a flat tire

I did what Fountain tire head office asked and and then followed up a week later. They never got back to me.

Think twice before purchasing any tires. Warranty coverage is a biggest issue. Good luck

0/10 for customer service. Had our truck break down while towing our camper late at night. Called swift current fountain tire, they told us they had a mechanic in the shop at 7 am. Had a tow truck haul our truck and camper to the FT parking lot so we (and our 4 year old) could get some rest and see the mechanic in the morning. We used our long extension cord to hook to the outlet on the outside of the building - just so we could have power to see inside the camper. My husband walks into the shop the next morning to what could possibly be the rudest woman he’s ever encountered. She goes on to tell him they don’t have a mechanic for the day, and whatever else she so rudely spewed out. She proceeded to come outside and take photos of our camper in the lot, as well as the extension cord plugged into the building. Understandable that there is no “overnight parking” but where is the compassion? We had no other options. I sure hope this lady doesn’t have kids of her own because I feel extremely bad for them having her as a mother. Faith in humanity completely ruined.

I seen a recent review against a co worker and the person said they hope the lady doesn't have kids and feel sorry for them if she did. I have worked I the industry for 30 years and there is no reason for that kind of personal attack on someone even if it was a negative experience that comment was un called for

I have had work and inspections done on both of my vehicles by them and am very pleased with the results. They have always been able to fit me in quickly and their rates are very reasonable in relation to the quality of their workmanship. This is a shop you can trust for any safety related work, particularly wheels and brakes. They are very focused on doing the job properly by diagnosing the root of the problem. They have state of the art equipment for wheel balancing, so whether its a high end low profile sportscar or 1 ton dually, the job gets done well. They also have modern email & web based administration for safety inspections that is convenient when liasing with other shops.

Worst experience with guy on reception. I have flat tire for semi. Tire job was done really quick completely satisfied but after job done I asked him to sign the INSPECTION REPORT for the defect been corrected as I mentioned in pre trip but he refused to sign it. He said he see no details for the vehicle. Details were already given to him and clearly mentioned on the DVIR.

From the Front Counter to the Service Bay, Professional, Prompt, Courteous, Clean! Thanks so much! I hope the owner knows how lucky he his to have such wonderful staff.

Had an appointment to put a hitch on. I brought in the brand new hitch and wiring kit. Fountain Tire took my vehicle to the back. Looked at the hitch and said they couldn't put it on as it didn't come with instructions or bolts. And before I left they said it would now take 6 hours to complete. With 10mins of research you can find out that the bolts are already on the van. It took my husband & neighbor 2 hours to install. And they wanted to charge 6 hours. I've had another bad time with this shop as well. So I can't say they instill confidence in wanting to go back to them.

UPDATE: Even though customer support said that they'd reach out to me - they didn't. Another fail on their part.
