I've already given these guys 5 stars but I will once again compliment them on their service. Extremely cold day, heading out of town and my low tire pressure signal came on. They checked them all for me and hot me on my way. Thanks again. You are appreciated.

My go-to place for tires, friendly knowledgeable staff, great service, great prices and they stand behind their products and services.

Welcomed warmly. Got me in without an appointment on a fully booked Saturday. Tire had a slow leak and they found another hole and patched it as well. Took vehicle in at opening and had it back by noon. Best customer service for auto services, even gave my granddaughter a little activity book and crayons. They respect the needs of all their customers no matter their age.

They're all helpful with all my inquiries. Great customer service.

I replaced my old tires 3 months ago in this shop. First of all they charged 100 bucks more because they claimed 18” wheels in the bill although mine are 17”. I had to go back to get my money. After that in 2 months all tires started to leak. Some tires more some less. Last week one of my tires started to leak a lot and I went to another shop to fix that. They replaced valve steam sensor kit for $60. Next day I went to Fountain Tire to check all other valves. They did it and said all other 3 wheels have seized old valves sensors and they can’t replace it and I have to pay around $300 for new sensors. I just said to put regular valves without sensors. They did id for $25. Why did I pay for sensor kit 3 months ago and they didn’t replace it? (Because for 3 months it couldn’t have seized so much) and Why is it possible to replace the kit for another shop but not for Fountain Tire?

Got us in on short notice on the coldest day of the year. Fixed our tire quickly. Much appreciated

They are always friendly answering all your questions and needs. They are pretty quick to, if they are unable to provide the service they recommend the best to do it.

Jeremy helped me pick some awesome rims for my summer tires. My friends are amazed by how different my Honda CR-V looks.

Great service, friendly people, on time every time we’ve needed help with tires or other service. In fact this last we needed a wheel alignment and the rear ball joints replaced it was finished sooner than expected by at least 1 hour.

Every time I come to this place they have friendly staff and excellent customer service. First time I went as I needed air in my tire and they put it in my tires for free as I had no idea what I was doing. The second time I went for a quote for winter tires and Jason explained everything to me and gave me a close to the accurate quote. The third time I went was to get my winter tires put on. However, I did not have an appointment so they advised me I can drop the car off in the morning and they would change the tires either that same day or the next. I had no problem waiting as I did not have an appointment. By my surprise, they finished it that same day within hours. Since I finish work at 5 pm, I would not be done in time for the shuttle. Jason advised me if I could get off a few minutes early he would make sure I have transportation, and he did. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Great rewards/discounts. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and they are very knowledgeable and fast service. Never any hidden charges. They do the work you expect them to do.

* The online booking on their website is awesome. It allows me to book whenever, without having to sneak away from work to use the phone. And Jason responds quickly via email to confirm my appointment and address any other issues my car was having. Once I dropped off my car, the staff was friendly and informative. Any work on my car was done within a timely manner. Overall a very great experience with Fountain Tire (specifically the Vic East location) and I would highly recommend it.

Jason and the team are always looking out for my family and I. We've been in plenty of situations where they do not hesitate to take our calls and get us out of trouble, even if we haven't seen them in a while.

Most notable cases have been a faulty brake light switch keeping the vehicle stuck in park at a gas station, and a failed crank sensor leaving the vehicle in limp mode just before a road trip. In both cases, a long phone conversation got us on the road enough to park safely and have the parts replaced. This is only a few of the many other occurrences that these professionals have helped us with our transportation needs.

Their long-term technicians have always given honest service and are true to their work. Regardless of the franchise title, this shop has a great atmosphere once you develop a good rapport, which isn't very hard to do.

I'm not the best customer since I do a lot of mechanical work myself but they treat me like I was a regular and I will always bring anything I can't handle to them. When anyone asks for a place in Regina to have their vehicle serviced, a recommendation to Vic Ave Fountain Tire is always something I give them.
