Four Points by Sheraton Regina

Staff super friendly, great room. Location is great and close to a lot of restaurants.

Staff are great to guests, and easy to find. The restaurant was good, the menu was smaller but well prepared. The rooms were very quiet as my room was on the front side facing a busy street but was not disturbed at all, nor did I notice any hallway noise. I would recommend, it was relatively easy to access downtown from this location.

I rate hotels by facilities, cleanliness, food, staff, location. It rates a full star for facilities, cleanliness, staff, as good or better than expected. The location is on the edge of a not great area with homeless people leaving shelters in the morning. There is no real restaurant in the building, everything is heated from frozen, and there is a distinct lack of other options close by. You can walk to the football stadium or Pasquia Hospital in about 15 minutes. Casino in 5 minutes. TV channel options are lacking SNW. Room coffee is undrinkable. Definitely not deserving 4 stars

BED BUGS ROOM 220, THEY LAUGHED IN OUR FACES. OFFERED US A FREE BREAKFAST LOL. THEY MOVED US ROOMS TO WHICH WE OPENED THE BLANKETS AND FOUND A POOP STAIN ON THE "CLEAN SHEETS" DONT EVER STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HYGIENE/PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

Stayed in this hotel for one night during my visit to Regina. The room was very clean and organized. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Its price is reasonable compared to other places.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I am just beyond disgusted by what I discovered when I ordered a cott for my room, I discovered yellow stains all over which I assume are pee.

The walls are also quite thin and I can hear everything outside of the room from people walking to doors slamming.

Lastly the wifi is horrible. I can’t even get a good connection for more then 1 minute and I kept getting disconnected.

They don't deserve any stars, save your time and money and never book with four points in Regina, the rooms are outdated and gross especially for what you pay for a night. The hotel manager also likes to scam people out of cash deposits when there is no damage to the suites. It's a scammy and dingy place. I'd rather go buy a room by thr hour then stay at this place ever again.

Had my daughters sweet 16 on 11/26/22. I went through my hotel for the catering company Hannibal’s. Horrible food! Night of the party, the bar had a tip jar and one of my guest had to pay 10.00 for there drink. Mind you I provided the liquor and pay gratitude in advance. They employees put the food out late and took it back early. My mom and husband caught the employees eating the food kitchen. I emailed Kamal, two weeks ago never got a response back. I paid over 11,000 for this party plus a lot of my guest rented rooms; you would think they would reach back out as a respectful gesture. Call me plz! Thanks! I’ll update if they ever reach out. Great hotel and service. Unfortunately was sniped by a homeless guy outside that was asking me for help. I gave him my sandwich and he continued to say he needed money for food. When I said I didn't have money and that I gave him my dinner. He said there's an atm inside that I can withdraw and give to him. Didn't feel safe as he watched me park my car in the lot. When I went to leave the hotel at midnight he tried to approach me up to my car. I turned and stared at him and he went back outside the front of the hotel. Super weird. I told front desk about him when I checked in around 6pm and he was still there at midnight.

I was expecting something decent as it is by Sheraton. The receptionist was rude, she was barely smiling and welcoming me. She told me I have no reservation although I showed her my reservation confirmation. She said she will arrange a room as the hotel is empty. The hotel is very old and out dated. It is fine for a quick night but not for a long stay. The location is good as it is in downtown.

Immaculate and comfortable. Staff pleasant and professional.

Room (top floor corner) wasn't very soundproof: could hear the train/bikes with the windows down and also footsteps from next door. Didn't bother us though. No smart TV.

Decent, good price, good location for football games but the wood construction makes for a very loud building

Perfect location, close to everything. Our 2 rooms were spacious, well appointed and spotless. The front desk staff and general manager were very helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. Quiet rooms and even the sound from nearby trains did not bother us, in fact we enjoyed the trains. Prices competitive with similar quality hotels. Thanks for a great 3 night stay.

I'm giving only 2 stars because I did not leave feeling refreshed at all. Quite the opposite. This is one noisy location! Right next to train tracks and a rail stockyard. Although the locomotive horns did not wake me after midnight the obnoxious people on the 3rd floor and in the parking lots sure did, every night in the middle of the night. Probably drunk from any one of the numerous nearby bars. Or going to/from the liquor store attached to the hotel!
Witnessed more than a few homeless people wandering thru the parking lot all day long.
Speaking of which.how is it that my car was still vandalized with supposed security guards on patrol every Fri and Sat night? Sheesh.
On the plus side, I had the pool to myself for an hour (assumed the water was checked regularly?) and the rooms were clean and the staff were all very pleasant.
However it was very annoying that the front desk person put me in a room facing the busy street - and right next to the ice making machine when I specifically and politely requested a quiet room.
My bad for not insisting that I be moved. Perhaps there is NO quiet room to be had, front side or back!

Front desk is nice, room service is terrible. I signed up to get my room cleaned every other day and I’ve been here 10 days and they’ve came twice, I asked to make sure I had my room cleaned today and they didn’t make the bed or leave fresh towels. I don’t plan on staying here again.

Great check in experience. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very nice and they have a great restaurant on site.

Good service and decent room but very bad location for people with family. It’s adjacent to a liquor store and several bars in a rough part of town where there were quite a few unsavory people that were intoxicated and causing a ruckus late at night in the parking lot.

I checked the sheets for bed bugs, there was no bed bugs but one of the sheets that I shined my phone light on had brown spots. But only when I shined the light. And also there is ONLY one ice machine. It's good. But I would rather walk down the hall to get ice instead of having to go all the way downstairs. Overall it's a 3.2/5

Hotel was unsanitary. Larder beetles in the bathroom and found one under my pillow on the last night. 4 night stay for work. Made the mistake of thinking they would have the same service as other Marriott Hotels, I was wrong. Request for cleaning is required day to day. Not familiar with Regina but cops were called. Looked like a bad area of town.

Hotel has lots of potential. Unfortunately, the hotel appears to be used for social housing proposes. As such, some floors are very noisy and the guest interactions needs to be improved. This was my worst experience as a Marriot Bonvoy member.

Everything was good, but it’s very noisy at night, enter to 11: 15 pm still have someone running on fourth floor, open and close doors very loud. People talking very loud outside. Also we find out in the room, all of the Wire sockets no power at all. We was thinking our cables not good anyway, only can say “not bad. ”

The beds were cozy, when we checked in we were in a room next to a crying baby (no fault to the family, we’ve all been there). We asked to be moved to a quiet room (we were on a night away from our OWN kids) and they accommodated us right away. The only downside to our stay was the extremely poor service in the hotel restaurant the next morning. It took almost 20 to get coffee, and that was after they cleared three tables, gave menus and took drinks out to two other tables that came in after us. When we did get our coffee, the two of us who ordered coffee, they didn’t bring the rest of our party their drinks. We had no spoons with which to stir our cream into the coffee. The food was really good, though. Even though our orders weren’t correct. Having spent many years in the service industry, this was the first time in 20 years that I didn’t leave a tip.

My husband and I had a great stay at your hotel. The location was perfect. And the staff excellent. I want to send a special THANK YOU to Ashley in the resturant who was so amazing. Her customer service was beyond great, she was friendly and so positive.
We would stay here again.
