I am just floored by my experience with the front staff today. I have been staying here for about 2 weeks already, and will be unfortunately staying here for another 5-6 weeks. Many of the guests here are covered through NIHB as they have loved ones currently in hospital, including myself. It takes a lot to make sure I am organized and plan ahead to benefit myself and others. When I went to the front desk this morning, to make sure the appropriate forms were sent to them for my extension o she refused to listen and understand what I was trying to do and LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! I was completely appalled, that I even called her out on it and she continued to speak to me like I was annoying her. Her English is not good so I was having a hard time understanding what she was saying to me, I was trying to tell her that I don’t understand and that I feel she isn’t listening to me and she then went on to argue with me! I couldn’t believe it, I asked to speak to someone else and she wouldn’t get anyone else, and told me to come back at 1. I will. This is absolutely NOT how you do customer service, this woman needs to be trained or fired. I can not believe I am now forced to stay here when I am now completely uncomfortable. I have stayed at many hotels, MANY, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament, and this hotel is in bad shape and is not clean. The hallway, elevator and lobby need a good clean and need lots of work. The room was also very disappointing, it was in very rough shape. The hot tub was literally falling apart as you sat in there the tiles were coming off the sides. I asked for an extra sheet and they had no extra sheets not sure how an hotel has no extra sheets, there was 4 of us and they gave us 2 towels so that was interesting! The people coming in and out of this hotel were questionable and it didn’t feel safe. I am wondering how they charge the price they do a night cause it is not worth it. I will never stay here again and will not recommend this hotel. Overall this hotel needs some major updates and needs to be cleaned.

Sharif, learn the rules of our country. Your family can't treat the hotel like a jungle jim. I've stayed here and I love it. Also, Michael Winder, learn how to leave a proper review. If someone farted that was a guest, you'd leave a 1 star. Clown.

Will never stay here again. Very loud. Room was dirty n bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Waste of $225.

Me and my friend were swimming and we NEVER went on the slide and some guy dropped off towels and sat their watching us swim, I was creeped out and I didn't like it but the rooms were okay

Great staff. Well kept rooms. Only downside is no free breakfast.
Pool and hottub were nice bonus.

I'm a Platinum Bonvoy member. My room was good. The service was good. The bed was comfy They are really accommodating with late check out. I don't think I got any Bonvoy points from eating at the Pink Cadillacs restaurant though. I would definitely go back to this Marriott property, but I wish there was one in the West end near Blairmore.

Coffee maker was broken the first morning and couldn’t get a replacement till later in the day.
Also if you collect BONVOY points and you book through a 3rd party they won’t give you the points.
All other Four Points seem to give you the points and nights stayed. But not this hotel. They don’t tell you that till you’re gone and find out a few days later.

We needed a place to stop over for one night. The hotel is nice. Good location. Lounge and restaurant inside the hotel if you need to unwind at the end of the day. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, and waterslide. The waterslide exits into the pool which gives for a nice fast ride. Pool logistics are the reason for 3 stars. Pool attendants are firm on nobody under 12 allowed in the hot tub, which should be a parents decision. Kids from ages 6 to 12 like to finish a swim by warming up in the hot tub and prepping them to fall asleep for a nice long rest at the end of the day. Keeping them out of the hot tub meant for a fuss at the end of the day. No bathrooms in the pool area either, there are some located down the hall, which is also odd logistically. Staff were friendly and service was good, just some odd pool logistics to be aware of.

Not a good hotel for families or leisure. Will not be back. Did not feel welcome or comfortable. Hotel is full of silly rules and signs. Employees kept bothering us for "not following rules".
We booked two rooms with our friends to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Turns out only 4 people allowed in a tub big enough for 12 guests so we were not allowed to sit with our friends. Oh, an no children in the hot tub, no splashing, no playing. Attendant won't let you in the pool until you took a cold shower (no warm water).

Rule signs are even in the bedrooms, for example: "no popcorn in the microwave".

The service at this hotel was quite poor. We were allowed to book a room with two beds but were only informed upon arrival that only rooms with one bed were available. The person manning the desk was unable to make any arrangements or concessions for our three guests and one of us was forced to make other arrangements at the last minute.

An okay place to stay for business. The room was spacious and clean. The building is showing some aging on the walls and carpet though and not as much sound proofing as I can hear people above and in the hallways running at night. The staff were friendly and the welcome cookies and letter acknowledging Bonvoy status was a nice touch. It’s funny that the bath tub is in the living space though?

The staff are very nice towards guests. The cleaning staff should not speak in their language as some guests like me can understand. Few problems with cleaning as they should have a paper for check off of what they did for each room. Saw them do the same room over. Also cleaning staff said a few choice words about guests. Furniture was outdated and needs touch ups. Stay was very nice.

Would rate 3.5 if I could. Was nice, not over the top great or anything. Staff were nice. Didn’t use pool or restaurant facilities. When staying in suburbs I’m used to having breakfast included in the rate so that would definitely draw me back to competing hotels that offer that. Area was great lots of amenities within walking distance.

Booked this hotel with expectation of waterslides and pool. I had called the concierge a couple weeks prior and mentioned this. Pool and slides not functioning at check-in when I inquired. Staff provided full refund so I could go to another hotel with desired amenities. Not 5 stars because the smokers crowding around the front entrance using nicotine and weed would make it difficult to enter for anyone with allergies and the weed smell lingered in the immediate entrance. I don’t know if I would return based on the smokers crowding the entrance.

It's was clean and quiet. We had no issues with anyone. Front desk reception was courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

It was an okay hotel. It is well used. In the bathroom, the sink was cracked, and floor tiles were loose. The blinds were not very clean, the bed didn't have a matress cover over the entire mattress, and it was noisy after midnight.

What was nice was the restaurant and the staff. My meal was delicious, and the service was great.

For a Marriott hotel, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel because a lot of sports teams stay there. Not their usual standards for a Marriott.

This was not the usual quality I've come to generally accept from Four Points locations I've stayed in before. The staff were friendly and awesome to deal with throughout, but it's unfortunate that experience didn't translate to the hotel itself.

Frankly, this hotel needs a renovation after 13 years being open. The hallways and rooms are dated at best. The AC/Heater in the room had to be turned off - it was blowing dust and smelled awful. The floor in the shower was rotten underneath and gave way while stepping on it, allowing water to pool since the floor became lower than the drain.

The room itself was generally clean besides the HVAC, but it wasn't confidence inspiring overall.

The demographic and people roaming the property inside & out all night doesn't lend to a feeling of safety, regardless of whether anything went wrong or not.

With the Towneplace Marriott property in Stonebridge offering a more modern, cleaner, and overall nicer property at an almost identical price year round, it seems like a no brainer to stay there instead of at this Four Points location.

Not impressed, bathroom door doesn't open, phoned maintenence, opened with a screw driver, didn't fixed the problem, locked out again, phone in room doesn't work.paint falling walls and elevator, won't stay here ever again.don't stay.

Outdated and dirty. Pool had mold around the inside. Paints peeling all over the hallways. Our room was hot and bathroom door handle was not functional. We were told not to close it. Front desk workers were extremely rude

The hotel is nice but the rooms are poorly sound proofed, the sound carried down the hall. Stayed 2 nights and heard a lot of partying happening somewhere around us til about 5am. Wouldn't recommend for a great sleep (plus beds are old and springy). Must've been a busy weekend? Because no new towels were able to be provided. The front entry way is dark and the fridge froze everything I had brought. When you're paying 150 a night it's sadly a let down.
