Fritou Chicken

Hate this place i ordered a burger on ubereats i cancelled my order and they still charged me 14 dollar! When the burger is 12 only! Wont ever BUY AGAIN

Worst food worst service. Their management has been changed so its not the same which it was used to be. Not recommended specifically for families. Waited for more than one hour for food. One of the staff member even didn’t know what is halal. I will never go there again.

I just had their chicken biryani, and I'm pretty confident in saying it's the most authentic and delicious Pakistani style Biryani I've had in Regina. Portion size was huge, even I had to struggle to finish all of it. Staff is very polite and respectful, and checked back a few times to ensure I was fine. 10/10, I'll be back for the biryani more often.

Worst service you can expect. Happened multiple instances. Always missing items on orders. Last time I ordered a chicken combo. They just didnt feel like giving the coleslaw salad. Try to avoid this location.extremely unprofessional.

Tried pizza for the first time and it was great. Davinder provided excellent customer service and helped us choose the pizza.

The food was Really good, but the employee working on 17-4-2023 at around 10: 27pm was so rude while serving and in interaction also!

It's good food. They have good spicy chicken and good veggie burger. Just a bit expensive.

The fried chicken wings are out of this world! The crispiness is amazing and the chicken doesn't have that fatty disgusting flavour. I was hoping to get some dipping sauce with the wings as I mentioned in my Uber eats order but I don't know if they just don't do it or they forgot.

Order burger and pizza. Both were worst quality. Tried for the first time but trust me never recommended to anyone.we order vegetarian food and not enough quantity in burger and pizza. Never going again! I would have given 0 start for this. Disappointed!

By mistake I called this location, for a pick up order, when I found out my error, called them back and the employee was so rude and indecent. The staff need to be train on how to deal with these situations without insulting the customers. Very disappointed.

Food takes too long to get prepared. You always have to wait for atleast 30 minutes for the regular meal

I ordered their extra large pizza this afternoon and they were really good.i had sweet and bitter experiences before because the guy on call couldn't understand my order.but this time the person on call was well trained and was pretty through with the menu reaaly impressive keep it up.

This was my first time trying a fritou chicken and the guy out there suggested me the new platter, it was delicious the chicken was juicy and this place serves the best tandoori chicken in the city must try.

We arrived at 11: 50 am and ordered the chicken wrap and general tao chicken. As I was completing the payment I was told it would be a 20 min wait.
I realize this poor guy was working by himself however we waited for 35 min to get our food.
My wife's wrap turned out to be a burger and missing the extra charged bacon. My general tao was underwhelming as it clearly was pre-cooked frozen rewarded chicken with sauce poured over.
I guess we should have gone for the buffet.

Make sure u check order u ordered through the phone. U don't know if they use fresh vegetables etc in your order. They put bad lettuce that lost its colour and taste in my Burger. The Burger tastes bad in general! Also the female server was disrespectful.

Excellent Pizza and chicken. Much better than KFC and popayes. The place was clean and very good customer service. Definitely recommended

Dirty place. Tables are gross and not clean. Ordered FOUR PIECE chicken. Only got THREE. Small portion of fries as well. Rip off place. Slow service. I'd rather go to popeyes chicken next time. Not recommended. Not impressed.

Ordered an extra large pizza with 8 toppings and barely got any toppings and they hide it by putting extra cheese on top. Don't order from here unless you want to be deceived!

Love the food and the service. The staff is really nice and super friendly! My friends and I are there all the time (average once a week). Definitely recommend for student who are wanting a quick bite

Love fritous but sometimes their food is a hit or miss. I bought chicken burgers the other day for my friend and I since we WERE obsessed with their burgers. However, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED once we realized we were eating NASTY BROWN LETTUCE the ENTIRE time. Super disappointed fritous.shout out to the nice aunty tho.

My husband and I went to this branch of yours since we liked the chicken, the first time we went there. But this time we were utterly disappointed at the service. There was no bath soap or paper towel in the ladies washroom to begin with. The floor was dirty as usual. But what was more disgusting this time was their rotten fried chicken that made us want to throw up. When we told the guy at the counter about the situation, he wasn't polite enough to apologize even and told us that he would bring fresh one. Unfortunately the one he brought after was exactly the same. It smelled so horrible that we did not eat it and returned it. Still not ready to apologize, he did not even bother to offer refund. We were forced to ask for refund, for which he hesitated at first but eventually refunded since he knew we were right about the rotten chicken. We are never going back there for sure.

Best vegetarian burger in the town and excellent customer service. There's a short guy who works there he made me exactly the Same burger I asked for. The patty in vegetarian burger is awesome.

Ordered popcorn chicken, the waiter came and threw the plastic plate on the table, and i felt like he wanted to kill me with his food.

Excellent eating experience.from walking in the door and being greeted by employee. The meal was served hot and excellent taste. Food at a great price! Love the fried chicken, pizza as well as the burger. Love this place

First off, i saw a review that said the spicey chicken isnt that hot. It is extremley hott. So if you dont like it too spicey, order the medium (i dont like spicey at all so i order mild) I Just ordered pizza and wings for my gf and I. This place is quickly climbing the ranks to become number one pound for pound in the city! Huge menu, great quality food, very reasonable prices. I ordered a Ham and pinaple this time but last time I tried the domair pizza. Omg it was freaking unbelievable! Service is good, not overly friendly but not unkind either. If you don't try this place, your a fool!
