Full Throttle's professional team completed an excellent duct cleaning service within my 7th floor condo, in a complex HVAC environment. Thanks to Service Manager Jay, Ethan and the whole crew - for someone with asthma, this is important, and you all did a remarkable job in good time. Definitely would recommend!

We had our furnace and ducts cleaned today by Full Throttle Furnace and ducts. They did an awesome job. They removed the furnace fan and cleaned it and replaced the filter, all for a very reasonable price. Very happy with their service. Thank you very much

I cannot say enough good things about Tyler amd his crew from Full Throttle. They were very professional and explained everything in detail, showed my before and after pictures which were mind blowing. I have had this service done before by another company but there was no comparison to the level of service Full Throttle provided. I will be getting them back in the spring to clean the AC, Central Vac and Dryer Vent. Highly recommend this company for all your furnace and duct cleaning needs.

I booked an appointment for later this month but requested to be put on a cancellation list. I lucked out and got a booking for today. They arrived ahead of time after calling to make sure that would be okay. The two employees were friendly and professional. They let me know what the process would be and quickly got to work. It was also a nice touch to see the before and after photos with my invoice. They did a great job dealing with four years of dog fur. Will definitely be booking future cleanings here.

They were late coming but they had been having issues with their equipment most of the day. They did apologize which was appreciated but not necessary. They were extremely polite, professional, and very thorough with doing their job. The young gentlemen did move some things out of their way that wasn’t moved before and they moved it back. No damage to anything. They stuck to their quoted price unlike other companies I almost dealt with. I highly highly recommend using them for any service they offer. I know I will be using them again.

Due to the amount of dirt I cleaned up the next morning, I put a camera down each vent to inspect the ducts that were supposedly cleaned. They were not. Contact with the "boss" left me with the distinct impression I am somehow at fault. Today, nearly one month later, the filth blowing out from the furnace vents into each room is no better. I wasted $372.75. NO stars, if that were possible. *edit* Reply to FT's reply: why would I waste your time and mine when your company could not do the job right in the first place? Have a nice day.
