This broker raised my rate and took it out of my account without providing any notice to me of the increase - excuse given is that they are behind. Asked for confirmation this would not happen again and the person taking the call could not provide that confirmation. Now I am considering going elsewhere for my insurance needs.

Useless people with 0 knowledge. And don't bother calling.they will leave you hanging. For hours. Called 3x and each time waiting for 45min. And never picked up. Don't tell me you guys are busy.

I am the only licensed driver, so my roommate purchased a truck for me. First, they said he can't register it in his name because he has no driver's licence, so he sold me the truck for 5$ so I could register it. The lady then looked in her "red book" and said I have to pay 1700$ PST to be allowed to register it. I told her we don't have that kind of money, so we canceled the sale. All of a sudden, she tells us his SGI ID was good enough.

I’m usually quite happy going here until this past Friday. Every single person “working” was on their cell. The girl that did take my payments was something else. I could barely hear her, when I told her I had a hearing impairment, her tone level never changed. Perhaps it was because of whatever she was eating while taking my payments.

This is probably the best place to get your license and registration/renewal. Normally I just phone them and get them do it online over the phone. They are really fast at it. I don't even have to wait for it. It's super convenient. Good job guys, your management and team really deserve a round of applause.

Today (March 4,2023) went to this office to get some clarification about my package policy in regards to car rentals.

Met Broker Kelvin. He answered all of my questions in very professional manner and gave me some good advice’s too,

Now a day it’s not common to get service like Kevin provided. Gallon Insurance is luck to have staff like him.

One of the most polite and prompt insurance and license issuer companies in Regina. I've always recieved fantastic service here. Even when I make phone calls to renew my plates its always hassle free and very quick.

What a waste of time, when in with the bill of sale there was no date on it she wouldn't give me plates and said I couldn't even put a date in. Have to get the seller. I said I'll just do it she said no so I just went to the other location did not a problem

In my experience with other MLIs, these happen to be the only one so far who ask for email address for authentication into a company customer profile. Furthermore, refused to email a registration renewal to a different email. Used "SGI policies" as an excuse.
