Being a single father, it can be hard shopping for my daughter without her there with todays trends. She hates when I buy clothes for her without her there, as she never really ends up wearing them.

This year for her birthday I figured I would give it another shot. I walked into Garage where I was greeted quickly and accomadated by Cyarra.

She helped me herself through the store and picked out some items she thought my daughter would enjoy after showing her some pictures and telling her what her personality is like.

I spent more then I went in there to spend, and got more then planned. But it was all worth it. My daughter is very happy and this is the first time I have seen her wear something I got for her more then once!

The clothes Cyarra helped me hand pick out are my daughters new favourite wardrobe, and I'm very happy with my shopping expierence here!

Horrible experience. If i have a option for 0 star I'll definitely gave that one. They talk so nicely when u go to purchase something, but if u go to return anything the employees behave so rude. It happens with me twice now. Never going back to that place.

Extremely disappointed.i bought a shirt yesterday and didn’t try it on in store, so as soon as i got home i tried it on and the fit was horrible so i figured i would return it and it would be okay.i went to return it a day later i had the receipt and bag, but of course i cut the tag off to try it on, but as soon as i tried to return it they said they couldn’t because the tag is off even though i have the receipt.the told me to find other item and we could exchange.so i ended paying more on a shirt i didn’t even want.i’ve worked in retail for over 3 years so i know you can manually enter the item number in in order to process an exchange without a tag. Shaylene however did not know this so she had
to call her upper which then was informed about that on the phone but continued to tell me i needed to purchase another shirt.i’m not the person to cause a scene so i bought the shirt just to get out of the store.if you’re working in the service industry you have to learn how to please the customer which she did not know how to do.do not recommend.

It’s like roulette going into this place. Never know what kind of service you’re going to get. Will you get mean girled or will they be really nice, you’ll never know! It’s so hard shopping here when the employees just give off bad vibes, never mind trying to return something they got some rank attitude when you do that. The most un inviting place in the mall

I love garage and the other girls who actually loves doing their job but had an extremely unpleasant encounter with a girl working named cyarra who is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I was with a friend who was returning something. Told her she cant because it has a “stain” but it wasnt a stain. She made an unnecessary comment that she should just take it home, remove the stain, and sell it. Its not so much the comment but more on her angry tone that made it bad. In the end my friend was able to return it in a different day to a different worker who was much more pleasant about it. I think there are more professional ways to tell a customer that they are not able to return an item without being inhospitable about it. I wont be coming back soon if shes working there.

Fast service, great selection even for younger kids the clothes are very high quality. The only disadvantage is the price, but when you buy high quality clothing, you expect a high quality price.

Really great store, things are a little expensive but its for good quality clothing. The people who work there are very nice and are a great help when deciding what to buy. Thanks!
