Completely agree with most of these reviews.
Dr. Cowan is incredible.
But be prepared to wait atleast a hour past your time due to the poor time restriction the sask government has put on these clinics.
15 minute time frames and massive influx of people will create chaos.
And it has.
I understand it's frustrating and there's not much reception can do but maybe this is a great point to make to YOUR highers ups for the booking system. Why can't they be 25 minute slots?

Good atmosphere here short wait times and never to busy. Sometimes have to keep calling - sometimes you don’t get through that day which I don’t understand.
Been going here a few months Dr. Fazeli is our doctor super nice and seems to care a lot. Always double check your appointment date few days before! (Made an appointment 2 months prior for 6 month check up they gave me a card with the date and time - called a week before to change the time but they told me it was not in the system and my doctor was not gonna be there that day which I was not notified.)

The Dr i see there is great and thorough.in writng a review on the phone service.they rarely answer and you have to keep calling in.i waited for 16 minutes onn the phone when i finally got through the automated message told me i cannot complete my call and to try again.something needs to be done about the terrible phone procedures.

Poor clinic, with long waiting, espically doctor Hooman Khaki is awful, does not understand any thing,

Made an appt for 11: 15 got there just before 11 as was a new patient. Finally had to ask at 12: 25 if we would see the Dr soon. Receptionist asked my daughter's name. I gave it. Then she was like oh I can take you in now. Told the Dr. He said he was in his office for past half hour playing on his phone cause he thought he didn't have any patients. Dr was very helpful and nice. Not office staff.

There are three locations of gateway alliance medical clinic in Regina. I've been in all three of them, and so far, this one was the best experience I had with these clinics. The place is very kneat and quiet. Their services are fast. Unlike the other 2 locations, this one isn't as busy, so they're always on time, and the doctor will see you very quickly, even if you go as walk in. There is also a pharmacy on spot, which is an advantage.
