WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE YESTERDAY not with the office tho.they were very kind and pleasant and even offered me a second option. But the doctor after years of service to act the way he did was ridiculously unprofessional. Front staff are a bunch of idiots aswell

Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with in my life! Supper slow I was 8 months pregnant and had to sit there for over 2 hours in the waiting room when there was no one else even there! Trying to say I had 3 no show phone call appointments when I didn't even book any phone call appointments only delt with this clinic until I got referred to a obyn for baby then I never even went here so how would I have phone call appointments when I wasn't coming to you.trying to call for a refill on a prescription now they said I have to come in to see someone because of the no shows when I got 5 young kids at home Yah I'm gonna come sit there for over 2 hours to get a refill you guys are a joke don't recommend this clinic to no one

I can say that the doctors I had, my two first ones were amazing and unfortunately they both left the province. The clinic itself is not so great. Most of them are very rude and lack the compassionate and “customer service “ side of things.

Same as most people reviewing. I've had good experiences with the doctors but the office staff are consistently awful. I booked a phone appointment, they logged it as an in person. Next person (Navi) I dealt with to try to get it sorted was rude on the phone.

I recently started going to this clinic and I have to say I have had nothing but horrible experiences with the reception not knowing what doctor I'm saying and booking me in repeatedly with the wrong doctors. Dr. Mahnaz Ghomeshi and Dr. Parastoo Ghanbari, Have been 2 of doctors that I have dealt with and both were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and treated me like I was some junkie off the street I'm 14 weeks pregnant and simply went in to require about a doctor's note to give to my work and I was drilled and questioned why I would ever need a note and was refused by both of them. And was told to go to a different doctor for a note if I needed one very disrespectful made me feel like I was doing something wrong I was very uncomfortable dealing with both of these women and I only ended up seeing the one because I was booked in with the wrong doctor at first. I will not be going back to this clinic I will be looking for a new doctor promptly doctor Ghomeshi was supposed to be my new GP will not be dealing with her again very unsatisfied with her she has 0 people skills and maybe being a doctor shouldn't be her calling.

As someone who moved to Saskatchewan from another province and has complex medical needs, I am beyond grateful that I ended up crossing paths with Dr. Bhagaloo. I have been a patient of his for nearly 13 years now. During that time, I have watched him build an exceptional practice and clinic with other compassionate and knowledgeable professionals. I trust everyone there with my care and recommend Gateway to all of my family and friends.

Recently, I needed to access walk-in services on two separate occasions. Both of the doctors I saw were kind, on time, used active listening skills, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The quality of care I receive from the Gateway team not only meets my expectations but also surpasses them.

In regards to some of the other reviews on here noting long (er) wait times, I wonder what consideration was given to the clinic staff who are operating under the pressures of a drastically strained healthcare system. Many healthcare professionals are trying to fill the gaps of other providers who have left the province. They are supporting patients outside of their regular practice or case load and are dealing with so many things behind the scenes we don't know about, including the ongoing ramifications of the COVID pandemic.

Shame *PROTECT YOURSELF STAY AWAY* - I have realized that people become medical doctors for different reasons. For example, the doctors at Gateway are clearly FAR more interested in making money than the health and/or wellbeing of their patients. This sad state of their misplaced priorities is not something they can reasonbely deny. Their selfish offensive actions and lack of concern for their patients is repeatedly and clearly observable. Actions speaking louder than words. Yet another example is how they REFUSE to refill any prescription directly with the pharmacy regardless of the medicine or your history with it. Gateway sees this as proper, particularly as the front desk staff are happy to express their extensive medical knowledge. The front staff act as if they are doctors and lawyers; they must be doctors too! I know finding any doctor is difficult in Canada but, although it does not say much, there are many much better clinics available. Unlike Gateway Medical, I have to believe that there are indeed doctors (and their staff) who care about their patients more than make a few extra dollars by making you wait weeks to see a doctor so that the doctor can unnecessarily make more money (it's hard being a poor doctor that struggles to pay for food). Take the time to find somebody better than Gateway; IT MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE.
SHAME ON YOU GATEWAY MEDICAL Perhaps the doctors there could do Canadians a favour by leaving to work in a different country where their money/profit centered mission is more common. Doctors like this practicing in Canada is further degrading our medical system. If the government is willing to pay doctors for their services essentially without explanation, Gateway's type of doctors will suck the system dry while providing unacceptable services.

I had two appointments in this building, after my first appointment I checked in with the receptionists at 1025 for my next appointment which wasn’t until 1045, at 1130 I asked how much longer I’d be waiting and THEY COULDN’T FIND ME IN THE COMPUTER…. I was told I’d be next to go in since they’re already seeing “11 o’clock patients” I then saw them put another 2 patients in the Drs exam rooms (he has 2 exam rooms) I asked them why I wasn’t called if they said I’d be next … I STILL WASN’T SHOWING UP IN THE COMPUTER. I waited until I saw one of the drs exam rooms empty to which I had to go and point out to reception that the room was empty and I should be next.
In exam room 3, Dr Fereydonyan had the roll of sterile paper for the exam bed laying ON THE FLOOR…
I also over heard two ladies talking about their appointments and turned out they both had an appointment booked at the same time with the same dr, one ended up leaving because her appointment was taking so long. Don’t waste your time with this clinic, they’ll tell you you’re next but they’ve over booked, double booked, forgot to check you in, who knows what other kind of stuff they’re doing and getting away with when patients aren’t there.

Doctors take the time with patients and explain everything. Really nice that clinic also has pharmacy right inside along with other aspects of healthcare like counselors and chiropractic services. Like that there is an option to book appointments online.

Be careful when going to this place. You will be referred to see a “specialist” that is in the same clinic like a chiropractor, physiotherapist, dietician etc. They use this business motto as a money maker 2nd to patient care. Dr. Troung is a terrible chiropractor and Dr. Bhagaloo is a con artist.

Absolutely awful. Avoid this clinic at all costs. The doctors are ok which is most important. But from the minute you walk in until you walk out, its beyond a negative experience. The front desk staff aside from one (not sure her name) is AWFUL! Unprofessional, zero bedside manner. They are there to kill time, and be on their phones. Patients are THE LEAST of their priorities and its very visible. I watched an elderly lady walk-in as they are a walk-in clinic after-all and was turned away with no guidance, recommendation. And let me note, the clinic was 10% full. Beyond disgusted by this establishment. If you have other options to go elsewhere, do as this is not how a medical or any establishment should be run. Bottom of the barrel experience and front desk staff. If there was a -10 star rating, that would be my rating, forced to rate it with one to post.

Have never had a good experience Terrible place to go, u want help or a good experience go anywhere but here. This place should have its doors shut.fazeli just wants his money for u being a patient your nothing but a paycheck to that guy. You will make a appointment only have them switch the locations so ur going across the city and you’ll be lucky to even get seen within 2 hours after your SCHEDULED appointment. And you can ask around to all the patients waiting inside everyone has had the same experiences so don’t say I didn’t warn u. You actually make more progress at the hospital which is pretty sad. Not to mention anything they can charge u for they will, u now have to pay to be inside if u don’t bring a mask

Dr. Naderafshar is indeed a magician. If it was not because of him, my mother would not be able to walk for the rest of his life. She was already introduced to many doctors, but only Dr. Naderafshar could do the miracle and do a long hard surgery on her spine and give life back to her. Omg i booked my appointment at 10.45am as i had work at 12. Ang i have to wait almost 2 hrs for my appointment when i ask to the lady at front desk she said I can't do anything you have to wait or ypu can reschedule your appointment. I already got my appointment after waiting 20 days. Don't like their service. East gateway clinic is the best.my doctor is moved to Toronto from east clinic so he suggested dr from the south clinic as a family doctor. Dr.is the best and i like his service. But the staff is not helpful and very rude. Staff is not deserve one star. Please change your staff and hire some professionals. Otherwise your clinic will go down. And thank you for ruining my day and i have to take off from my work.

Appointment booked at 1.30 PM around 10 days back. Its been more than an hour and a half, still waiting.

Not sure what exactly is the point of appointment if we have to wait hours?

Badly managed clinic. Also, it doesnt help when the lady calling out the names isnt loud and clear. Nobody can hear you call out the names and everyone is just looking at each other in confusion.

Called to inquire about seeing a certain doctor. Thet didn't have an immediate answer so the staff told me to call back in ten minutes to double check the doctor was available. When I called back they said come in as he was available and to come in. Took time off work and drove down to the office and they said he's done for the day. They need to get on the same page.

0 stars. Absolutely horrible experience booked an appointment the day before and the wait was still over an hour after my appointment time. I asked for a doctor who's accepting new patients and when I finally got into the doctor he told me he will not see me again because he is "moving". I felt that was complete b.s. They sent me for bloodwork for something I already tested for then booked me for a phone call appointment for the next day with out giving a time. The doctor never called as I waited all day long for the phone call because what I'm dealing with is very important. Also the reception was rude and Gave out personal medical files of mine to another patient in the waiting room! When she realized what she had done she ripped the clip board right from the other patients hands. Completely unprofessional and I do not recommend any one to go to this clinic!

The management is fragile, and they don't care about their patients. I have tried several times to book an appointment over the phone, and they never bothered to answer calls. I even tried the online booking, but it was a joke. They want you to go there in person, wait in that long line for twenty minutes, and then wait another hour to see your physician if you are lucky. It is a very crowded and unorganized clinic. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone.

So my girlfriend had an appointment for 12: 30 and at 1pm I decided to ask how much longer and they told me there is 4 people ahead of her still and his appointments from 11: 30 are still waiting and then 3 women behind the desk start laughing uncontrollably and I told them you might find it funny but I don't and they continued to laugh. In my life I have never seen such unprofessionalism at a place of business by what I would call extremely immature workers. Shame on you all for the way you treat patients and I would strongly recommend that anyone and everyone stay as far away from this established as humanly possible. I'd give it zero stars if the option was available.

Dr. Bhagaloo is an incredible doctor. Has been my family doctor for years and I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, he is very busy so I have to book him multiple weeks in advance. I have had terrible experiences with the other doctors as they treat me like they just want to get me out of there as quick as possible. I will no longer go to anyone other than Dr. Bhagaloo unless it is an absolute emergency, and even then I may try a different walk in clinic.

Also, I have seen Dr. Truong for some chiropractic work and he is also fantastic! I highly recommend him for anything chiropractic.

Both of the above doctors can now be booked online which I love so much so I do not get stuck waiting on the phone trying to call in and have their schedule right in front of me to book them.

Terrible service, even some doctors are great like Dr. Khak, but the costumer service is terrible and rude, they never answer a phone call, or make you wait more than 1 hour, they have a dirty floor and make you to take off your shoes when you're in person. Not recommended

Edit: I got through today and the receptionist was apologetic and told me there were technical difficulties the last couple of days. She also asked how long I was waiting on hold, so I do believe the clinic and staff are taking this seriously. Thank you!

This review is only for the phone service. My doctor has been incredible for the 10+ years we've been seeing him, but this is now day two of me trying to get through to book an appointment just to have my prescription filled. Yesterday I called four times and was told "my call would be answered in four minutes.two minutes.one minute. " then told to call back later. I've so far been on hold for 10 minutes today and was just given the two minute warning, let's see if I get through. This is beyond frustrating.

Dr. Truong located here is a excellent chiropractor. He always thoroughly described to me what he was doing an why and why he wanted me to do the at home excersies he was giving me. It reminded me of the care I would get from medical people when I was playing university football.

I went to him with lower back problems and after doing his excerse routine for 2 weeks I started to see noticable improvement, where a couple chiropractors I saw before didnt get the same results.

Front staff are not empowered by the doctors running the clinic. Result: wait times that regularly stretch into hours waiting for pre-scheduled appointments. Today was 2+ hours. “That’s just how the clinic is, ” as nobody takes accountability. They don’t value anyone’s time yet. Changes are needed.

Review update: this clinic hasn't improved at all. I am once again sitting in the waiting room, and one hour has passed since my appointment. Yes, the doctor's time is valuable, but so is mine.

Doctors are decent. Waiting for them is not. I should not have to wait a FULL HOUR to see a doctor for a scheduled visit. The ones in the waiting room who are expecting a wait are the walkins who pushed my appointment back that far. I don't get it.they know how many patients they're going to see in a day and how long they're there for.just shuffle them!

Also, it's free for them to call and say "Hey, the Dr.is running behind. Would you like to come later or re-schedule? " I would appreciate that much more than sitting in a waiting room.

Firstly, it took forever to get in for my appointment - 1.5 hours behind and the clinic was only open for 1.5 hours. Their clinic has a time management problem. That aside. I have a brain tumor which is very difficult to operate on without significant complications. I found a listing of a the best neurosurgeons in Canada who specialize in this and asked him for referrals so I could get some second opinions. He told me he would only do one referral at a time, as it was "unethical" to get multiple 2nd opinions at once. Referrals take 4-6 months, which means I would have to wait years. I hope at some point in this doctor's life, he has somebody close to him diagnosed with something rare, debilitating, and/or terminal, and I hope the medical system helps him as little as he helped me. What a piece of human garbage.

I booked an appointment for following week's Wednesday. I got a call from clinic on Tuesday for some other reason and when I said that I already have an appointment tomorrow I got informed that it is not for tomorrow but it is booked for Thursday. She was in such a hurry to hang up the call that she did not even care to explain this error or gave me any reason as to why it got moved to Thursday.
Had my worst experience with the management. My SHOES got stolen and I was told that it happens and nothing can be done about it. Either don't ask people to take their shoes off or take accountability in such cases.

Every single appointment I have been to, I have waited over an hour to see the doctor. I just think it’s inconsiderate to hold up patients over an hour past their appointment because people have jobs, children and other commitments in a day. I never get a call confirming my time and there has been times that my time is double booked with another patient to which I always have to wait longer for. Great doctors just HORRIBLE scheduling system.

There is absolutely no reason that any person should have to wait 15 - 90 minutes on the freaking phone to talk to a receptionist, this is worse than calling the government.

I’ve been into the office and waited up to 1.5 hours over my BOOKED appointment because the office takes in walk-ins over booked appointments; also they just let the phones ring… HIRE MORE PEOPLE you clearly have the business or set up a CALL BACK system because this is disgustingly absurd for a doctors office with such well reviewed practitioners.

Their online booking system only includes like 4 Doctors so is also useless to most of the patients who don’t use those doctors.

If I could give negative stars I would, my first visit with the doctor one month ago the doctor was an hour and a half behind due to over booking, I was asked to do a pee test then return to my room only to walk in on another patient in the middle of a consult who was put in my room while I was In The bathroom. When I left the doctor asked the reciptionist to book me in again in one month, she told me to come back on Feb 15th at 930am. I called yesterday morning to confirm the appointment before I could finish saying "hello I am calling. " they hung up on me. I called again and was told there was no appointments booked for me at all so they booked it again for the 15th at 10am. Then I get another call today saying I need to book an appointment for a follow up. I tried to explain I already booked the appointment and they continuously interrupted me asking when I could book and come in next. Extremely unprofessional and rude, not to mention the lack of covid protocols. No social distancing in effect and way to many people in a very small space I also noticed no sanitizing being done at all between patients.

My GP is here and is very good to me, the staff are very nice here and understanding.l like this new location because it is closer and has a wider choice of parking that you don't have to share with other businesses. I like that all the Alliance services are all in one convenient area now and is more spread out. As well I like that as loose my mobility the new location has a ramp that goes up to the door. Great place to come

We came in for a 9: 15 am appointment, told our doctor was in the South end, doctor was not in the south end like we were told on the phone. I understand mistakes are made. We were told that they could get us in at the south location with a different doctor, that’s okay as well. The part that is frustrating is the 2 hour wait and being told we are next on 3 different occasions. I’ve seen this room turn over with people three times.

The doctors I’ve seen at this location are good, but the reception is horrible. When I call to make an appointment, I’m ALWAYS put on hold for at least 15mins. And when they finally pick up the phone, they’re rude and don’t even listen to what you need. Really bad receptionists

It seems like someone has taken great lengths to avoid receiving direct feedback so I have to give a one star here. My doctor is great but these clinics need to get their act together. I was just on hold for 1 hour and 53 minutes before hanging up. I was in queue spot 1 for an hour. No one is answering the phones. Even when they are I end up waiting on hold listening to the same 60 seconds of ads over and over for 45 minutes, only for it to end in a 30 second request for an appointment. Why can't we do this online?

Great receptionists, wonderful and knowledgeable doctor, very nice office area EXCEPT the toilet in waiting room is very low and absolutely no bars to help use it. Perhaps there is a handicap accessible washroom in another area?

Great doctors, but the receptionists are the worst I have ever dealt with. Prepare to be on hold for 30 minutes to be hung up on after half the time. There is absolutely no reason why their front staff are so bad. It's been an ongoing issue with the clinic.

The Doctors here are great, I personally was seeing 2 of them; Dr. COWAN and Dr. Troung. However, the call line is always busy and I have been on hold for over two hours to the point where I have driven to the location while still on hold and arrived and everyone is chatting. I have had multiple times where I have had booking and have arrived to find there is no booking. Sadly I'm going to have to switch Dr. 's Due to the constant confusion of the front staff.

I’ve seen many doctors at Gateway Alliance. Dr Salim is wonderful. She listened to all my concerns and I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush me out. I’ve been trying to find a new family physician for sometime and I’m really happy that I’ve been able to find Dr. Salim. Dr Truong is the chiropractor and again, I’ve always felt accepted and he is awesome. Reception used to not be the friendliest but lately every time I call I am warmly welcomed. No complaints about this clinic.

Prior to our visit to Gateway Alliance Medical Clinic, My wife and I were looking for a family doctor for quite some time. Dr. Salim has been a lifesaver she always took the time and listened to my concerns and explain thoroughly the procedures that I have, treatments, what to expect, and test results. All of my questions were answered. There was never a question too small or unimportant! She always treated me professionally and compassionately. Dr. Salim and the staff in the office have always been friendly, efficient, and very competent. Thank you, everyone!

2021-11-24 - Gateway South has moved to a new location since my last visit. Waiting room is even smaller than the old one and is packed shoulder to shoulder right now. Impossible to social distance. I have an appointment for 10: 15.
Waste of time as usual. I will be switching clinics as soon as I find a new doctor.

Old review: Appointments are a waste of time. I've made appointments and visited the clinic as a walk-in. I'm here for over an hour either way. Only difference is with an appointment they shuttle me to the little room quicker.

Great medical facility. My doctor has done very well by me, and the nurses are always friendly. Many reviews say the call wait times are bad, but I find that is only on Mondays. That's due to the back log from the weekend. No complaints here!

Dr. Troung is awesome but horrible front desk experiences. They don't pick up calls at all. You can book appointments online but for cancellation or any change they don't pick up calls and keep you waiting forever on phone but will never receive the call. I had to personally visit the clinic to cancel an appointment. They should let people makes changes or cancel the appointment online as well. There is no such option available right now. You can just book appointment online but for changes and cancellation you have to call the clinic and they never answer the phone. I asked the front desk about not picking up phone call, they said they are too busy. Next time when I visited the clinic, their paperwork was not ready. I requested to book an appointment while I was checking in, they told me to see them for rebooking after the appointment which means I had to stand in the queue again. They have silenced all their phones so alI they see is phone blinking light but can’t here the phone bells so that it is easy to ignore! Hope the clinic manager or the owner takes action against such unprofessional behavior at the front desk and teach them front desk etiquette.

Always takes ~10 minutes just to get through to reception on the phone, which is very annoying. I was given a prescription that was supposed to have been faxed to the pharmacy 5 days ago, and after 3 times of calling them and trying to get it fixed I still don’t have my prescription.

They have bad communication and don't seem to care about their patients. They won't help you find solutions, instead they try to get you out of the door as fast as possible. I would only recommend this place to the people I hate the most.

Super impressed with the staff at the clinic. They were super busy and I was able to book for the walk in clinic for a decent time and the Dr. Desai was awesome, he has great bedside manner. The only thing that was annoying was the woman who thought she was more important than everyone else to cut in line to book appointments and being super difficult. The staff were patient with her.

I had an appointment for my daughter, we saw Dr hooman khaki, he was absolutely awful he refused to looked at my daughter just wanted to give her antibiotics! Asked if I could be referred to a pediatrician and he told me that it wasn't his job! I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated by this doctor!

Yes, there are wait times. The place is busy. But I do not understand the bad reviews about the staff being "rude". I have found the staff to be friendly and professional every time I've interacted with them. Perhaps this is a case of "you get what you give. " My doctor, Dr Khak listens to concerns, is not rushed and has good bedside manner.

It’s an extremely long wait listening to a recording playing over and over in order to speak to someone to make an appointment. In my opinion this is not acceptable.

I don't want to give them a single star. First of all there is always a long wait time, the doctors are mostly never on time. My husband had a medical form to be filled by the doctor for job purpose. Due to doctor's negligence, he did not a fill a section on the form. My husband requested them to fill it again and requested to get it done quickly at his appointment time as he was on his 30 min break time. Still they made him wait, charged him twice for the same form despite the doctor's mistake. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Absolutely terrible people who either come high to their jobs or simply have no idea whst theyre saying and doing. The doctors are alright but seriously it is frustrating to have a patient wait for THREE days, waste their time and when they call to find out, they tell you that youre booked wrong and you should get a call tomorrow.

Maybe they should train their staff and make sure they know what they're doing before wasting someone else's time. They also need to improve their phone appointments. Youre an established business and call your patients from private number?

I enjoyed the doctors here but a few problems. I have had 2 doctors in the southend over 2 years. The move to another location and are give no notice till you book your next appointment which I think is bad service. Also book an appointment and then go in and wait. Have had to wait minimum 35 minutes to over an hour. This makes it hard to let an employer know how long your gone for.
Very disappointed in the customer service end at this medical clinic

The doctors ive seen at these locations are fine. Some of the best Ive seen. But 2 things.
1) The wait times are ridiculous when sitting and waiting for your appointment.
2) If you try to book an appointment over the phone, it is absolutely a ridiculously long wait for them just to pick up the phone. EVERY SINGLE TIME I phone, I wait at least 5 minutes for them to pick up the phone. As of right now, Ive been waiting on the phone for 17 minutes and haven't even gotten to talk to an actual receptionist, or anybody yet.

My physician and I work together. He hears what I have to say. He doesn't have a god complex, in other words, he checks his ego. Not like other physicians. I have had problems with another physician there. But this physician I have like.

Great doctor but aweful staff. My doctor has had issues with them not letting me contact him to refill a prescription in which I need not come into the office but them insisting. I've explained this to them and they always say I need to book an appointment even though he has said himself I don't need to and they are wasting our time.

Ok - the doctors and staff are friendly, but I would suggest finding a different clinic. If you need a walk-in, go for it, but if you're seeking a family doctor, they have expensive policies, and aren't honest with their patients. A pharmacist and a nurse (from different locations) both suggested I find a new clinic/doctor after explaining a recent stressful experience I had with them.

Depending on your issue, this clinic can potentially get the job done for you, but my advice is to go elsewhere.

Appointments are a waste of time. I've made appointments and visited the clinic as a walk-in. I'm here for over an hour either way. Only difference is with an appointment they shuttle me to the little room quicker.

Awful customer service. I tried to reschedule my appointment and called the office and was on hold for over an hour and eventually just hung up and wasn't able to speak to anyone. Eventually after finally being able to speak with someone, when I went back for my rescheduled appointment - the front staff was incredibly rude, I wasn't greeted at all, as soon as I walked in the woman at the front desk just said to me "one moment" while not even looking up from her computer screen. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes I brought it to the receptions attention I was waiting for so long and they said they'd "let someone know" and I continued to sit there for another 15 minutes. I ended up having to leave before even seeing a doctor. People who were coming in for walk ins were being seen by a doctor before me even though I had an appointment.

Seen Dr. Khaki. What A weirdo. Within 2 seconds I wanted a different doctor in the room. Never have I felt so uncomfortable with a dr. I knew more about my medications than he did. Unacceptable. What a weirdo he is.

Dr. Bhagaloo is prompt, courteous, and gets to the heart of the issue you are having. The clinic is also well run considering how busy it is. Some of the other reviews complain about wait times. Welcome to healthcare in Canada. This is totally normal.

The doctor I saw here was wonderful, no complaints there. I have concerns about the staff at the clinic. At my first visit I was given a reminder call a few days before. The day of my appointment, about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I missed a call from them and they left me no voicemail. I called back, thinking my appointment needed to be cancelled and they said it is a reminder call. I thought that was weird given my appointment was 20 minutes away but headed over to the appointment. When I got there they told me she is running half an hour behind and "didn't I get a call". I said I did get a call but nobody mentioned to me was running behind and I would have came later. They were generally unfriendly as well. This took place on October 17 in the evening.

I had another appointment scheduled for November 1 and got to the clinic and the doors were shut and locked. The receptionist came and opened the door and instead of saying hi or how can I help you I get an abrasive "we're closed" to which I replied I had a scheduled appointment and she let me in. She had to have been aware that people were still coming to their later appointments in the evening despite being "closed" and some friendliness would be appreciated. I work in the healthcare field and these types of behaviors would never be tolerated where I work, so it is a shame they are tolerated here. The front desk staff really make people feel uncomfortable

I made an appointment at 3: 15 PM for 3: 30 PM that same day. I was in and out within 20 minutes with having seen the doctor and had my testing completed. I'm very happy with the care I recieved!

I always see Dr Peet Bierman, because he is very professional and attentive. Sometimes the afternoon appointments are delayed, but to me that is a minor inconvenience because, unlike some of the other doctors there, Dr. Bierman does not try to rush you out the door!

I saw Dr. Horri today, and I must say I have never been insulted and humiliated like this in a clinic before. I was talking to him about my concerns and seemed like he was least bothered about his patients problems, He literally opened the door for me to leave the office so he can take another patient because he can't listen to more then one problem at one time and asked me to book another appointment for NEXT WEEK for my other problem. Meaning, I have to have whole week for my concerns to be listened. I wonder is this the oath he took while becoming a Dr. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I recently switched to Dr. Bierman because my husband was very impressed with him. And now, I am very impressed with him. The wait is no different than any other clinic except now it's worth it! The staff have been very good. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bierman and this clinic.

Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized, not to mention rude. My experience there was nothing but stressful and wasted time to see a doc. Not to mention witnessing a doctor punch a hole in the wall in front of patients at the clinic during working hours. If i could leave it as zero stars i would do it in a heartbeat.

Came right at 8: 00 AM for a walk in, and got in with a doctor immediately. Dr. Bhagaloo was thorough and made it easy to collaborate with my usual doctor.

Showed up at 3pm for my 3: 15 appointment ended up getting in at 3: 50 to find out they closed at 4. The doctor Rushed was rude and very aggressive. After my X-ray results came back we made an appointment for 9pm then I come to find out the doctor has not shown up for work they rebook my appointment for 12: 30 I will be asking them to send results to my family doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Hands down worst walk-in

Today I saw Dr Katherine Berriman for the first time and she was wonderful. I didn’t feel rushed or disregarded, she physically examined me, listened to my concerns and was empathetic. She was thorough and medically explained things to me which I appreciated. Also as a bonus I had next to zero wait time.

Thank you for being thorough and addressing my concerns in a compassionate and professional manner!

They consistently provide misinformation and have telephone issues resulting in lost calls almost every week. The staff is barely competent, provide different information at each location, fail to contact patients when directed by doctors, refuse to book appointments, and the wait times for scheduled appointments are AT MINIMUM 1 hour late.

Would recommend strongly against using this clinic for anything but a note for your work. Unless you like being treated with disdain, having your medical records fumbled, and having a complete lack of confidence in your medical care.

This clinic is my trusty walk-in, you can also call and usually book an appointment within a few hours to reduce the wait time. I’ve seen multiple doctors here and they are all great.

Doctors are decent. Waiting for them is not. I should not have to wait a FULL HOUR to see a doctor for a scheduled visit. The ones in the waiting room who are expecting a wait are the walkins who pushed my appointment back that far. I don't get it.they know how many patients they're going to see in a day and how long they're there for.just shuffle them!

Also, it's free for them to call and say "Hey, the Dr.is running behind. Would you like to come later or re-schedule? " I would appreciate that much more than sitting in a waiting room.

Dr Katharine Berrimen - Worst doctor ever. So glad she is retiring and today was the last time i had to deal with her. I had to ask her questions for all the tests she did in my physical as she wasn't going over them on her own for me. When i asked another question about the very thing I had booked the appointment for, she kicked me out of the room saying "you already asked 4 questions thats all i can do for you today"
I asked her a question that she didn't listen to and angrily started repeating the same thing she already explained which is not what I had asked!
She starts flipping and banging objects hard out of anger during the appointment. Its actually pretty scary. I think she suffers from serious anger management issues and finally realised she has no patience left for the patients which is why she made the 1 correct decision of her life to not practice anymore. Horrible lady doctor - goodbye forever!
P.s. Dr Katherine! If you are reading this.its understandable that you have no interest in patients' medical issues or wellbeing anymore, but the least you can do is be a bit respectful, and control your emotions. No one deserves this kind of abuse from you! It maybe hard but try and be a little more civilized.
