Amazing staff, amazing doctors. I would highly recommend this vet. Dr. Victor is an amazing vet. He cares about your animals and is very professional and kind to his clients.

I don't know if it was the shot or the Nexgard that I gave my dog after we got home but her condition deteriorated and became quite scary very quickly. She had trouble walking, her breathing was labored, laying down caused her pain, she wouldn't take food or water, was extremely lethargic. This continued well into the next day when she began vomiting. Her condition has improved and her energy and appetite have returned but she is still vomiting and is still a bit under the weather. The experience at the office was a positive one and the vet on call that evening was somewhat helpful. Trying to book the initial appointment online was a minor nightmare. The multiple forms, photos, emails and texts over two days was a bit much. Completing my tax return was quicker and easier. I will just phone in for appointments from now on.

Very caring and helpful veterinarian. He explained our dog's condition and gave some instruction on care in her senior life. The appointment wait time to schedule future appointments is reasonable and I felt we were well looked after.

Friendly, knowledgeable front staff. Very clean establishment with a great selection of products. Only waited a few minutes for appointment. Vet was kind and thorough, never rushing and taking time to explain. Was highly recommended and give a 10/10

I am so pleased with this vet clinic, the staff is wonderful. They were caring, patient and gentle with my very elderly toy poodle. I especially like that they offer emergency services.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You know when you drop off your animal they are in good hands. Everything is explained in great detail and you can see right away that the staff really care about both you and the pets you love!

My little dog had a UTI and the vet.was able to see her on a Sunday. I was so happy to be able to see someone and give our little Pug some reliefs.

The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They made my pup feel much better about getting a check-up.

We have brought 2/3 of our dogs there for emergency visits and both times they have been amazing! Even though they are busy, you wouldn't notice, They run like a well oiled machine and I always feel so supported and comfortable there.

It was great. Dr. Victor was great with Rosie knowing she is scared of men and deals with anxiety. She was not scared of him because he was patient with her and that’s a first time for her as vets previous won’t deal with her due to how she is and have zero patience with her. Dr. Victor exceeded my expectations as a vet; very kind and took the time not only with the pets to make them feel comfortable but for the owners as well. I will definitely be using Gateway as a primary vet. Thanks again!
