Had a month long battle with them to get my computer repaired when they quoted me just over a week to do it, hidden fees in small fine print that they never mentioned, after a month they finally told me my computer was not repairable so I finished in the same place I had started. Sent it directly to Asus who used express shipping and had it repaired in under a week and back to me days later.

Seriously useless, unless you are a dweeb. Under the guise of in home help, they are there to make money the Best Buy way
