They had door already locked 10 minutes before posted closing time which is really the reason I am writing this poor review but also when purchasing comforters here double check the sizing. A normal king comforter should be at least 106-108 × 90 not 102 x 86. Way smaller than what a proper king should be and 86 isn't even the proper length of a queen (which should be 90x90). I guess that's why it's cheap. Lesson learned.

My best friend and I went in to get Christmas presents for the kids and before she could pay she had an EMPLOYEE walk up to her at the till and tell her she was stealing. Yhe receipt hadnt even printed. Will NEVER be coming back here.

Giant Tiger is an accessible store, although some areas are a bit narrow. Don't expect fancy brand names or luxury goods here - Giant Tiger is firmly established as a discount store (although some items sold here are definitely not as cheap as you might expect). I generally find products I want in-store, but I also don't feel that comprehensive shopping here is justified. They have a decent selection of a broad range of merchandise, but do not stock everything you want or need in each category.

As a general goods store with a modest footprint, it succeeds. In comparison to Superstore or Wal-Mart, it fails, both on price and selection. However, if you prefer to avoid high-traffic stores and want a pair of flip-flops and a bag of chips, then Giant Tiger might fill your needs.

My 75 year old grandma was shopping at this giant tiger this morning and found a gardening tool she’s been looking for for years. When she went to go pay for it, there was no sku on there so the cashier said no one was going to answer her call for it and told my grandpa to come back later. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service.

Easy to find items, good sales line can be busy, prices fair and flyer is right on what is on special.less personal tills 2 now self service which people having problems

Always a favorite & fun shopping store. Clothing for the whole family under one roof, exception of foot wear. You can also grab grab household needs from cleaning products to tools for cleaning. Milk, water, dry goods available. Personal products. I.e. Shampoo, tooth paste, ect.ect.
As each holiday cslls for something different. Giant tiger, will carry different types of decorations. No Live Xmas trees! Very affordable.

They moved things around again and the walking ways are narrowed. Harder to get carts though and walkers though

Between one of the employees gossiping with the 2nd worker about a shoplifter right in from of me/other customers and the cashier having the personality of a wet carrot, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

2 checkouts but several self-checkouts. No more plastic, only paper bags and charge $0.15 per bag whether you go thru check-outs or self checkouts.

Overpriced, dirty, and most of the staff are unhelpful/bored. They just take the cash, and if you're lucky they might ask if you want a bag.
There is never enough tills open, and there is always a big lineup during rush hours. If you must go here, go right before 6 pm, because that's its least busy time.

Really big store for a giant tiger. Layout is abnormal but works very well. There is a lot of grocery and clothing to choose from. There are many self checkouts but the line up is kind of clogged by the bargain bins in the middle. Very modernized and nice inside, very well kept store.
