Brett did a fantastic job running a gas line for my BBQ! Friendly and on time. He kept his work area very clean. Can't even tell he was here after he left.

For installation of new furnace:

The knowledge of the agent was superior. The installation of the furnace was done in a timely manner with quality services.

The price was nominal and everything was explained in advance.

Overall, the services were excellent and one cannot expect better than that. Very well done! We were very happy with the service from Gibbon.

Had a garage heater installed by Gibbon in fall of 2022. Some issues arose during the course of the job which were I feel mainly related to one particular subpar employee rather than Gibbon as a whole. I understand the employee is no longer with the organization anymore. In the end, Brent the owner was fantastic to deal with, came over personally to discuss and settle up with an agreeable deal and had an employee come by in the spring to fix up the few outstanding issues. Issues can happen with every job but the main thing is Gibbon stood by the customer and made it right in the end. Thanks Brent.

Gibbon replaced our old heating system. Their service was exceptional, and we found their prices to be very competitive. Aaron and his team did a great job. We were experiencing a problem with our furnace. When our furnace came on, it made a loud continuous sound that wasn’t normal during the cycle. I did a search of heating and cooling businesses in Saskatoon and decided to give Gibbon a call based on their reviews. I talked to Brent who said that he would send a technician to have a look. Brent made sure the parts were available in a timely fashion. Jody came to the house and took care of the repair. He took the time to explain what the problem was and showed me what needed to be done. Jody was professional, efficient, and personable. Overall, excellent service! I showed Brent a picture of the board on my ac unit that was fried. He ordered me in the board and installed it and the ac unit works great. Other companies just wanted to replace it with seeing the same picture. Thanks for saving me over $3000.00

RUN, DON"T WALK to these good folks for whatever your plumbing, heating or AC needs as they are absolutely the best. On short notice they replaced our water heater within 24 hours and the price was at what we'd hoped. You just can't do better!

We used Gibbon for a gas line job, which went well, but their plumbing services were sub-par. The plumber who was sent lost a chrome screw from our shower faucet behind the wall. While he said he would replace it, months have gone by and we have heard nothing. A follow-up e-mail went ignored. Unfortunately this leaves us without confidence in Gibbon's plumbing services and we will be using and recommending another company from now on.

Brent (owner) scoped out and quoted for a natural gas BBQ line installation, at a good price, and was very responsive. They scheduled me in promptly for the install, and staff showed up on time (slightly early even, shocking compared to some contractors)! Final price was exactly as initially quoted.

Zero complaints, and the new line looks clean. I was a bit worried the pipe would stick out like a sore thumb, but they did a great job of following the contour of the house.

I will definitely be reaching out to Brent again in the future when I need some work done.

What a great business to deal with! When my water heater quit in the afternoon on Dec 23 I was panicking, with company coming and the Christmas holidays ahead, expecting to do it all without hot water. On the advice of a friend I phoned Gibbon at 5pm and by 9am Dec 24 Blair arrived cheerful and professional. He had to replace the assembly and I had hot water before 11am. Blair's timely, professional and cheerful service saved my Christmas this year. I will forever recommend this company as it was recommended to me.

I received a number of quotes for an AC install in Saskatoon, not only was Gibbon the best value but they also felt like a friend (read: not a salesman). Gibbon replaced our heat exchanger on a Bryant furnace which is a very poorly designed product. When Bryant wasn't able provide direction to get the furnace running Brent and his team supported our desire to get to the root of the problem and repaired the furnace to our greatest satisfaction. I recently had a hot water heater go down at a rental property - I called Brent at Gibbon and that was all I had to to. From there Brent looked after the rest. It was a very challenging removal and installation - Brent and his technicians did not miss a beat - they tackled the difficult job and did a pile of extra work to remove and install the new tank in the tight confines of the mechanical closet. Then I received the bill, expecting to pay some extra for the difficult installation, only to find no extra was charged - just a simple note that said "we looked after that for you" I would definitely recommend Brent and his team at Gibbon. Five years ago I purchased a furnace, air conditioner and water heater from Gibbon and six months ago a unit heater for my workshop. We recently purchased a SLP98V furnace from Gibbon Heating and Air Conditioning. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people I dealt with from the Owner to the gentlemen that did the installation. Brent came and gave us an estimate and 5 days later we were having our furnace installed. The workmanship on the job was top notch!
