These guys are great!
I have been dealing with them exclusively for over 10 years. Every time I have trouble, they are more than happy to help me out. I've gone in to upgrade my phone and often end up getting a better deal than I'd expected. They even offered to call me when the phone I wanted was available.

Unfortunately all I asked was to get my remote start recalibrated due to the vehicle's main battery going dead. Called twice to get this done and all they told me was there installer will call me. One day shy of a week now.

I can not say enough about Godswill and the team at GL Mobile. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. They will go above and beyond to help me out. I work for a company that have over 60 cellphones and numerous truck radios. This means many trips to GL for upgrades, repairs and purchasing products. Not once, have I ever left disappointed with their service, its second to none! Thank you GL Mobile!

Actually bought my new phone from a store in the small town I live in. The Sim card wasn't working when I left and ended up going to GL in PA and asking them for help. I didn't even buy the phone from them and the employee, Andrea, went out of her way and above and beyond to help me. Tried multiple sim cards, called Sasktel for help, even small things like offering me tea and allowing me to use their office phone as my cell had been out of commission for a few hours. The following day she even sent me a text to follow up and make sure my phone was working now. The customer service displayed by the employees of this store, especially Andrea, was remarkable. I never write reviews, but I left this store feeling like the experience stood out in a positive way and wanted to share. So thank you. -Molly

Sad how horrible this place has become. A friend took her cell phone to be repaired. After costing more than it was supposed to, it failed again within a month. Their arrogant and condescending male-chauvanist managers (yes multiple) said it had to be her fault, and not their "cheap" parts. Maybe they could have warranted it had she bought a (overpriced) protective case. They made her feel like a "stupid woman", so she couldn't know any better. Then say "we appreciate your business - have a nice day" as she is leaving.
They boast 28 years in business, but that means nothing when all their staff is constantly changing, and has no experience. The only ones that stay are those that can't get work anywhere else. Back in the 90's and early 2000's it was the place to go. Since the departure of the 2 founders, the new management has run this place down. No focus on customer satisfaction anymore - just how can we get more money out of you. Plus they keep attempting new ventures they know nothing about - car starters, rural internet, security. Leave it the the experts GL Mobile, and stop wasting customers money experimenting.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - there are many better options for anything they offer.
