We have been using Glenwood for 16+ years. They are simply the best. There is not a more honest and hard working group of people in the automotive service industry. After having numerous issues with a car I recently bought through a dealership, the staff at Glenwood were amazing to deal with. They offer a shuttle service which is a great addition to their repair services. Both drivers were out and one of the staff drove me home - which shows the lengths they go to make their customers happy. They communicated everything and made sure that I was happy with everything before & after repairs. I’d recommend Glenwood to everyone!

This was my first visit and they treated me very well. I had heard good things about Glenwood Service from friend and decided to give them a try. I found that the Glenwood Service Technicians hold Red Seal certification. This is a program that sets the skills of trades people across Canada that verifies a tradesperson’s certification, so you know they are all well trained and knowledgeable. My service needs were straightforward and I was already aware of what suspension issues needed to be replaced and was prepared for other issues should they be found. They advised me of what they found, my options and cost of repairs. I authorized the required repairs and my car is back on the road. I appreciated their Shuttle Service. They also recommended other preventative maintenance services to keep my vehicle in good shape running smoothly and performing optimally which I appreciated. I recommend them.

I recently had the 90,000Km service done on my 2014 Nissan Roque. Glenwood did an initial diagnosis of the condition of the vehicle and quoted a price for all maintenance and servicing. I experienced friendly, professional service and exceptional workmanship, and the cost was less than the estimate. I enjoyed rides to and from the shop, excellent coffee, and I even borrowed a book from their waiting room library! This is my third vehicle that has received major work satisfactorily completed by Glenwood, so, yes, I'm a happy customer.

I had very friendly and attentive service. The staff were honest, gave plenty of information and were encouraging for me to ask additional questions. They went above and beyond to ensure we will continue using their services in the future. Returning customers matter to them and they prove it.

First time customer at Glenwood and absolutely loved my experience. I had been having issues with my clutch and they explained how they would diagnose and the fees associated with it. They called to make sure I wanted to go ahead with any repairs before doing so and gave me a quote. I felt comfortable with the customer service team, Blaine was very patient with me and was thorough in explaining the billing and shop foremans comments and my quote was exactly what they charged. They drove me to work and picked me up when my car was done. I was extremely surprised and happy when they gave me a loyalty card for oil changes a few other perks as a thank you for choosing their shop. They even messaged me a few days later to make sure the car was running top notch. Honestly it was the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop to date. Bonus they had a couple office dogs who said hi while I was waiting. Service and dogs? Who needs more!

When I submitted a request for an oil change, it was in the evening after hours. Within an hour, Rob had contacted me confirming my request for the appointment date and time. When I arrived at the shop, the guys were friendly, helpful and accommodating. When the work was done and I picked up my car, I was told what maintenance needed to be done in the future and it was clearly listed as to the costs and importance. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend. Thanks to Rob and the team!

Glenwood Auto Service is simply the best shop I have ever gone to for tires. Their service is top rate, the staff treat you like you're family, and their products are excellent. I can't praise them enough. I bought my winter tires from them and use their storage service for my tires. If you are looking for a really good auto shop, you need look no further than Glenwood Auto Service.

I have had great experiences at Glenwood. The service is excellent and friendly. Blaine made sure to explain everything to me throughly and walk me through my options (knowing it was going to be difficult for me to afford). He even ranked the work that needed to be done on my vehicle on a scale of 1-10 so I could decide what to do now and what could wait. Highly recommend!

Very pricy place! Got the work done, not sure if all that was done had to be done? Thinking it was a lot of money, checked with Ford for parts and time allotted for the job, paid at least twice what it should have been! I'm a senior on fixed income, so had to sell my car to pay off my credit card bill! In hindsight, should've went to a Ford dealership!

They did a quality job fixing a starter on my 2014 CRV. The price was similar to a dealership for parts and labor $1200.00. The major difference is they are giving me a 3 year 60,000 km warranty on parts and labor. The biggest negative was I was without a vehicle for almost a full week as they were extremely busy.

Cons: I got charged $300.80 just for them to find out why my A/C wasn’t working. This is not including repairs! After paying this and coming back out to my car, I start driving, get on the highway, and notice on my sleeve a bunch of grease I must have picked up from them working within the car. I must have picked it up from my arm rest because there’s nowhere else it would have touched. Really unhappy with the charge and the car care. Likely won’t be coming back here after they quote me for the actual repair of my A/C.

Pros: they have a free shuttle service for if you need a ride after you drop off your car, and the staff at the front desk seem really nice. The staff also did say that if I buy my own part for cheaper, they will install it.

Things went well. Good priced service for what I needed done. Happy with the results. Will be going back.

From start to finish, I had a 10/10 experience with the staff at Glenwood. Everyone was friendly, organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were able to get my car in right away, a comprehensive assessment was carried out, I received a written summary of my options, the options were explained to me clearly, and my car was fixed quickly. I brought a van I purchased for an out of province inspection. The service was great! They were fair with the diagnostics and repairs, gave great shuttle service and even put my new plates on and had the van warming up for me when I arrived!

December 2022 booked my 2015 Audi B8.5 S4 6MT in for a yearly synthetic oil change and battery replacement (most automotive batteries last around 7 years) so knew ours was on year 8 and likely ready to give up the ghost on a most unfortunate and cold winter day. Glenwood team got the our vehicle in and our same day and right before Xmas. All work was done to the highest standard and would recommend their team to anyone in need of anything from basic to comprehensive automotive needs. We appreciate that they are locally owned and have some truly great people who take extraordinary pride in what they do! Have a wonderful godliest season and how that 2023 is a great year for all!

This Company is dedicated to superb customer service because of it's leadership and staff. I sincerely hope everybody gets a chance to have the very professional service to their vehicle and the interaction with each member of the company. Asked them to change my block heater cord, they gave me a quote. But instead, they changed just the plug, which I could have done in 10 min and for $6. But they charged me the quoted price. Nothing better than getting ripped off right before Christmas

My fiancé (a young woman) scheduled her car for a service here asking if they could fix the leak in her oil pan. They asked her if there was anything else wrong with the vehicle and she offhandedly mentioned a few other problems with the car not knowing she'd be billed over $1000 for "diagnostics" on these problems we already knew about. I called them about this mistake in their bill and the man on the phone instantly became defensive about their charges saying that was their rate, despite us not even wanting them to check these problems. We are now out $1000 and feel like we've been robbed blind by this company. Be very wary of hidden charges they decide to tack onto your bill, or better yet, don't go here.

Fast, friendly and fantastic service is what you can expect at Glenwood. They are very thorough in their work and do a great job of explaining what needs to be done now and/or in the future. In addition to quality work, their shuttle service is highly appreciated and the shuttle drivers provide insightful conversation.

Very nice people to work with. Would go back for other repairs. Only issue would be the time it took to get parts, using OEM parts it took a long long time to get parts. I think they have to expand there sources and not just use one supplier. But definitely worth a visit. Especially if you have carrot cake.

Brought my car in after having some issues with the wheels. Rob, Joanne and the whole team quickly diagnosed it, explained everything I needed to do right now and what will need to be done in the future.

Always the best service and nothing extra is done with out them phoning and explaining what they feel is important and should be repaired and asking if you want it fixed or not. This is not the experience I had at my last service dealer. Very happy with Glenwood

The blower on the front heater in my van failed on a Friday night when the temperature was about -32. I called them Monday morning and they took the van in that very day and somehow squeezed it into their schedule. They were not able to get the replacement blower soon enough to get the job done that day but did offer to drive me home from work and pick me up again the next day and take me to work. Their technician even worked overtime the next day to get the job done so that I could drive the van home after work that day. That’s what I call above and beyond.

Did not have to social isolate as I booked online, dropped my keys in the slot, paid by credit card and called when I picked up my truck. As usual excellent service

Having been Glenwood customers since their early eighth street days, we have always appreciated their excellent support, advice and workmanship.

Always great service at Glenwood. Appreciate their honesty, especially when telling me that I don't need a service yet (as in the brakes are okay, but next oil change they may need servicing).

Not the first time I've went there for a super simple fix and gotten a quote way out to lunch for what needed to be fixed. Will never see me step foot back into this business.

I have been taking my older vehicle to Rob and the folks at Glenwood since we moved to Saskatoon. They remind me of the small town mechanics that I dealt with back home. Always honest with what could be done vs what should be done. Work has been great and in my experience it’s always been done at the time they stated. Courtesy shuttle service is great.

I've been dealing with them for 5 years with 2 vehicles. Each time they need to always put additional time into every job, even interior as panels take extra time from book? Last time to remove 4 bolts, they could have cut them off but elected to waste 90 mins taking them off even thou i told them to cut them off. They charge lots more for parts so its better to bring your own parts. The staff is pleasantly nice tho. I am done taking my vehicles here.

Fantastic service. They kept me informed of the services through the whole process and even sent a car to pick me up when it was time to bring my vehicle home. Would recommend to anyone.

Appt booked at 8 AM for a wire diagnosis. Car didn’t get looked at until late afternoon. They ended up keeping it overnight and until late afternoon the next day. Car still isn’t fixed. Frustrating to make an early appt and then it was pushed back until the end of the day. We live out of town so it was 2 extra trips to the city for us.

Quality over quantity! I’d much rather go one time and know it’s done correctly vs go somewhere else and have to come back for the same problem a month later!

The off chance something wrong does occur the team there is willing and ready to fix any error that may have taken place!

Very friendly staff, and their integrity is perfect. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends, and will be bringing my vehicle here in the future for any services.

Brought my out of province car in for safety inspection. It immediately failed because of the key ignition, but they didn't charge me for it. They were very helpful and professional. I would return to them in the future for mechanical work.

We have been taking our vehicles to Glenwood for many years. We have always had older vehicles to use and maintain and I have always trusted Glenwood to do quality work on them which I feel they do. In order to keep driving older vehicles they must be maintained properly. I will continue having work done there when needed.

I just received a call from Glenwood noting that my vehicle would not be ready for pickup today, which was unexpected. I dropped the vehicle at 09: 15 and had a call at 15: 30 noting they hadn't started yet. I've used Glenwood in several instances in the past and have been relatively pleased with their service. It's more costly than other shops I've used, but I've not been disappointed like this before. Glenwood offered to pick me up, take my vehicle home and do it all over again tomorrow. Why didn't we postpone the appointment to tomorrow if it was clear the service would not be performed today? Disappointing.

Edit: Today, I received some not-so good news about the car, but that's not on Glenwood. For the inconvenience, they provided me a complimentary oil change and didn't charge for the work they did to try to fix a leaking seal (the not-so good news about the car is the leak is not able to be fixed using a seal). So, a happy ending after all and I've changed by review from two stars to four.

Rob and his folks are always the best choice. The driver service is what I really needed that day. They brought me home and picked me up again when my service was complete. You can trust this group, no doubt about it.

I've started going to Glenwood for my service since last summer and they are always quick, reliable, and thorough. They're great at understanding that car work can be expensive and give advice on what needs to be done soon vs what can wait.

I took my Subaru in for an out of province inspection. It was a little pricier than other shops ($209) but definitely worth it. Everyone was so nice and when I got the call that it passed, they celebrated with me. Great to see a shop that cares and the shuttle service got me to and from work safely. Brought our SUV here for an oil change and warranty work as we had issues with our dealership. All staff dealt with were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. They were extremely accommodating for my wife with a courtesy car rental from Enterprise as we live out of town. Their service was quick and they kept us informed at every turn and their cost estimate was almost bang on. My vehicle will not be back at the dealership but will definitely be back to this amazing shop!

I have been going to Glenwood Auto for about two years and have been very impressed with their service and performance. Very friendly and even lots of laughs! I needed new summer tires this spring and had them installed and balanced at the beginning of April. Unfortunately when travelling out of town about two weeks later, I picked up a large nail on one of the rear tires. When I returned to Glenwood Auto to have it repaired, Kennedy advised me that it could not be fixed and that I needed a new tire. After another one was brought in from Regina I went back to have it installed. When I went to pay, Rob informed me that there would be no charge! I could not have been more surprised. I value their dedication to their customers and they certainly earn my 5-Star rating!
