I spilled eggnog on my laptop. I went to Global Tech Pro, and they fixed it for only $70 bucks while another place quoted me $120. While I was in the store, I saw an iPhone 13 Pro Max that I’ve wanted, so I picked it up for $900, and he threw in a case for free. Cheerful and fast service. 10 out of 10, would go again!

I went in for a screen protector, and everything was amazing. The customer service: very friendly and approachable. The service: outstanding. Got right down to business and got it done very professionally. Overall a very great experience. I will be going back in the future if needed, and would highly recommend.

I deal with Global tech Pro to solve a problem with my cellphone. They are professional in their work, and they fix my cellphone in a few minutes. Also, they are so polite and friendly dealt with me. I plan to send my computer to them to check it.

We brought our daughters phone with water damage to get repaired by Alex at Global Tech Pro. I specifically asked to let me know how much the repair would cost before proceeding with repairs as it was an older iPhone and we had to decide if we wanted to move forward with the repair. He called me back and said it was only the screen and nothing else. So we proceeded with the repair. I paid $130 for screen and screen protector. When I got it home both cameras weren't working. When I called Alex back he was very rude, abrasive and wouldn't take any responsibility for the miscommunication or working towards a common resolution. I asked for an owner/manager to call me back and he brushed it off and didn't bother take my phone number for a call back, so he has no intention of putting me in touch with owner manager. Misunderstandings happen but most businesses work towards standing by their product and working towards a common resolution. The worst part is that the communication from beginning to end was poor and very unfriendly. We have had work done pervious work done here and this is the only person we have had negative interactions with but unfortunately we wouldn't recommend the business as you may end up in a similar situation.

The man who worked there was really nice and sounded like he knew what he was doing but unfortunately, my phone started glitching, the screen scratch durability wasn’t as high as it used to be, the screen wasn’t pushed all the way in properly, and when I pressed on a certain part of the screen, it changed colours (the way a TV does when you press on it) I ended up going to another place to get it fixed, and it’s working just fine now, still unfortunate I spent over $100 just to go get the screen replaced again somewhere else lol

This place buys stolen technology from people and resells it. When you call and ask looking for something in specific they are extremely defensive. Thieves.

Great, prompt service. Dropped my phone and damaged screen. Repaced screen within 2 hrs. When I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi I, I returned and it was fixed at no extra charge.
