I want to thank the staff at Go-To Auto for a seemless experience with the purchase of my new 2018 Lexus 300. I had been in touch with the staff prior to the vehicle becoming available. I had informed the staff of the features that I was looking for in a vehicle. Sure enough, as soon as this became available, they contacted me to see if I was interested in taking a look.
After receiving an email of the pictures and specs of the vehicle, I went to the dealership to have a look and take it for a test drive. Needless to say, I was beyond impressed that every box was checked on my list, and then some.

They were excellent in finding us tires and didn’t even mark them up, they just wanted us to be safe on the drive home. If they weren’t able to find us tires, they were willing to ship it to us at their expense. All around a great group of guys. Passed OOP without any surprises. They have a decent inventory and really only sell quality from what we could see. Went in feeling cautiously optimistic. Very cautiously- car sales guys are typically not my favourite type of people. Bought a VW from the guys at go to auto.actually wasn't the car I was looking for when I reached out. Ended up taking it for a test drive, and fell in love with it. The guys were very accommodating and got me out the door in my new to me golf the same day. Seems very reliable thus far. I'll be back when its time to trade up ;)

Buyer Beware!
I purchased a 2010 GLK 2 months ago, at least I think that's what it is, the badging symbols on the back are falling off. First off I should say I have attempted contact with them twice with no reply and once by phone when I was told I should file a claim for the radio with the extended warranty I purchased from them. (See below)
First their "recently serviced" means nothing. I had the oil changed the day after I got it because it was black.
The spare tire was broken and needed to be repaired. (It's a Mercedes mini spare)
There was what I describe as an airflow diverter in the back hatch that took a few days to figure out what it was. It is supposed to be attached under the hood above the battery. The reason it was not in place I surmise is because they had to get to the battery. You see, the way to stop the radio from the continuous squealing beeping is to occasionally disconnect the battery for at least 10 minutes.
The aftermarket backup camera doesn't work even though it is a high quality device and obviously professionally installed.
There is oil dripping down the back of the rear driverside paneling, I'm waiting for the power hatch to fail. There is a strong cold breeze blowing in behind the glovebox under the dash, even with the heat on full or not on at all.
The suspension is bumping and thumping over even the smallest bumps.
I can't believe the lousy condition of a quality vehicle like this with this few kms on it.
I didn't squeeze them on the price I read all the great reviews of them so I felt confident I could trust I was getting a good vehicle. I didn't and now I'm convinced they knew it had problems.
The black oil, the airflow diverter, the spare tire. These are issues they should have addressed before selling it and are the main reason I'm writing this.

Nice cars and friendly staff. However, I have had to take my car in multiple times so far and I haven't even driven the car for a full week yet. It has been frustrating as I keep having to take the car in while my bill continues to rise.
