Excellent place to be I love the vibe everyone brings to the gym. Thx to my friend who works there for showing me around. The other thing I like about goodlife is there's a lot of equipment for many different exercises. Tbh everyone should live the goodlife. Goodlife is a Excellent gym.

It's a good, spacious gym and the equipment is well maintained. You can't beat the sauna.

The staff that work there do an excellent job of keeping it clean. The prices are very reasonable for joining. Right now its $20 plus whatever monthly package you want to pay for. The regular fee to join is $99 plus your first months membership fee. Are you tired of not being able to see your toes when you look down or you struggle to tie your shoes? This establishment is way to expensive for what you get.
“Covid”price hikes were just bs.unfortunately there is a very low amount to choose from here in PA for gyms and maybe if we had more gyms it would make them lower their prices to compete.
Need better price options, please more companies open gyms in town!

This gym is now my absolute favorite. The morning crew is very welcoming and does there job right! I originally went to Fit for 10 and found that experience horrible, but when I came into GoodLife they were very friendly and helped me with a couple of machines I didn't really know how to use. Keep it up GoodLife! 10/10 for me and definitely will be recommending this gym to everyone!

Honestly the best gym in town and it’s not close, the staff are all super friendly I’ve always found. Never had a complaint in my 2.5 years there

The only problem I have is with the staff, the boss who is running the place.
They are not properly trained, just sit in the little offices, tables.
What happened to them always being around the gym asking how the members are and actually motivating them?
The equipment works the place smells great, it's pretty clean.
Should really get the manager property trained or replaced!

This one and only Goodlife in Prince Albert is nice and spacious, and clean. The equipment is up to date and works as it should. They have a moderate sized yoga stretch room, and bike room, and TV's everywhere.
There are four squat racks, with one being hardwood flooring, so you most likely won't have to wait to use one on leg day. It's also never too busy, which is great.
Finally, they have nice, helpful and friendly staff.

The only negatives are:
1. They don't supply any towels. Probably because they would be stolen (it is Prince Albert)
2. No hydra beds, only massage chairs
3. The hours of closing should be 11pm on weekdays, and 9pm on weekends. Not the current 9pm and 6pm. Why? The people who use the gym have unconventional working hours.

Been a member since pretty much day 1. Covid has really taken its toll on this location. GLF preaches cleanliness yet I hardly ever see the staff cleaning. Machines are in dire need of maintenance or replacement.this place is probably not turning a huge profit we will probably never see new machines. A Life fitness 95x elliptical would be a dream piece of equipment to have; Very easy on your joints. Members walk around in sock feet or barefoot, members do not clean the machines. Staff are usually hiding out in the Fitness Advisors office, not checking vaccine statuses. Good times. GoodLife used to be open on some stats now not so much. The positive about this place is that it is spacious and you aren’t crammed in like a bunch of sardines. Don’t go between the hours of 6-8pm as that’s when all the gym bunnies and swolemates are there. Good luck getting any benches or in the racks.

I have been watching the workers ignore the people not wearing masks. If I have to wear my mask, so should everyone else. They clearly don’t want confrontation, fair, but they also should do what is right.

This location increases prices relatively often (yearly) and decreases the hours relatively often (hourly, previously a 24 hour gym)

The manager has a condescending attitude and does not know how to talk to people in a friendly way. Currently the gym seems to have 2-3 staff working at all times, although majority of that time is spent behind of a computer not interacting with gym members.

On a positive note, this gym is typically clean and the machines are in good working order.

Absolutely love the layout of this facility, the massage chairs are great and it is never over crowded, tonnes of machines available. The one deviation against cleanliness is the crevasses in between the floor mats used for stretching are fairly dirty. They could be vacuumed and cleaned more often. Looks as though they haven't been cleaned in awhile. Other than that the customer service is great friendly helpful staff.

Manager making up rules about how long you can remove your mask to drink. How much time and often it take you to adjust your mask. Unempathetic towards elderly people with disabilities. She should look up sask “the code” under sask mask rules and the gym. Will be looking to start burying my own weights.

The Club changed his hours from 24h acess at the beginning when they opened to 5am-11pm and now its only 6am-8: 45pm and on the weekend 8am-3: 45pm. But never changed to membership fees! Thats not how a professional gym should operate! And the membership prices are the highest in prince Albert, my membership is right now on hold due to covid but I'm going to cancel it and sign up at one of the other clubs where they dont try to rip people off!

2.) Overpriced considering hours open
3.) Dirty facility
Noticed it wasn't nominated for PA's BOB awards either under fitness facilities…. Which PA does not have many to begin with.

Poor customer service, people at the front are always glued to their phones. Manager treats people unfair.

Great environment to reach your fitness goals. Staff and others working out are friendly and there for the same purpose. My only concern is I signed up with the impression the hours would be nearly 24/7, but hours got cut to what seems like 12/3.5. However, we still pay the same monthly costs for merely half the hours availability. Also, the equipment has remained the same for a few years now. Not anyone's fault but my own, but I wish I knew full story before signing up.

It's a good gym. It's clean, and the equipment is well taken care of. They also have deadlifting platforms as well. Finally the staff is generally friendly.

Best gym in Prince Albert. Always friendly staff and usually clean workout area. The black mats never get vacuumed in between them and collect a lot of hair, dirt, and dust. About 50% of the people who workout here don't wipe down their equipment after they use it. The women's bathroom smells so disgusting I avoid it at all costs. And not just once in awhile. I mean it stinks every day all day! Sauna and showers are pretty clean and so is the change room area. Tons of lockers to use. The body pump and attack classes are always full and seem a bit clique-y. The regulars who lift weights are friendly and helpful. Equipment is in good shape and lots of bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, and ellipticals for your cardio needs. I love when they have promos you can actually participate in and not always having to refer friends to workout there to get a shirt etc.just about all my friends already have a membership with goodlife so have no one else to refer after 3 yrs being there.
