The gym is A LOT better operated now that they have a new general manager. The old one couldn’t care less about fixing any issue that occurred.

Have been going to this gym for 3+ years. I used to love it, it was a great environment with great staff. Now it is unsafe as a women to go after 7pm and the gym stinks like BO a majority of the time. The gym is great at certain times but the times are getting more and more slim. Security would be great! I shouldn’t be scared to go to the gym that i pay for a 24 hour membership because of the lack of security or having no standards for members.

Didnt love the layout of this location but more than enough space and equipment to satisfy anyones needs

The club itself was clean and all the weights put away. However the serbice at the front desk is not warm and welcoming like other locations I have visited. The staff is either on their cell phone or at the computers away from the desk so no hellos or goodbye from this location.

I had a really upsetting experience at this gym. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. One of the staff members, a bald guy, was sitting on the table while I was trying to talk to him. He was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. I felt that the staff's behavior was discriminatory and I would not recommend this gym to anyone. When I asked about a promotion they had advertised outside, they laughed and they don’t even know what the promotion was.racist staff!

Called in for a 30 day pass and was told on the phone there was a $113 option and a $90 option. When I arrived the next day I was told it was $116 before tax and the best he could do was $108 before tax. This management is all over the place. Otherwise the gym is clean

The worst location of GoodLife in whole canada. Does that even justify 90$/month seriously @GoodLife

The worst Goodlife branch, the only branch that doesn’t let patron borrow squat pad. Their excuse is that it is for personal trainer used only. The assistance is so rude and seems like not liking what they are doing. What a joke.

We all remember mid december 2022 minus -45c i was in the mall were goodlife is (im on foot dont have a car) i asked the two young guys if i could use the mens room (chad +todd) probably i have to walk about 2km back to my place, they told me unless i have a membership no can do.i can see the bathroom and i need it bad, real bad.its 10 feet away.i ask very politely. (nope) no can do.so i said what if i get a membership? Well then you can use it (laughing) they say, but you can go to the superstore they tell me, (i seriously have doubts and I can go that distance its close but im (58) people my age will know what im talking about, so i told the young guys who were clearly enjoying this and feeding off of each others egos, well i guess you lost my future business and Karma has a way of working things out, even as im leaving i couldnt believe the one guy was challenging me and saying (whats gonna happen?) (whats gonna happen?) i really dont have a answer I thought to myself and left.all you who read this dont be these types, have empathy and understanding for each other and dont be the big corporate entity that will just treat you like a number and take your money.remember be a better part of the human condition.we all know what will happen as soon as i post this.good life will site their policies and regulations and there's sorry I had a bad experience blah blah blah blah blah.but im wagering to guess if i was young and pretty i would have got a roll of toilet paper and a magazine.you get 4 stars because if your those two young guys and you read this maybe the next person who comes in you will realize without us you don't have a job and you cant pay your rent, food, or fuel, and you might be out walking in the cold thinking about karma.

It's a good gym with great staff, that is until the hoard shows up, you'll know it when you see it.and smell it.

How come your not open at 6 am.especially when you have 24 hour gym posted everywhere with your logo

Fantastic gym, however there is no wifi. The Regina east location has wifi. When management is approached about the issue, there is no definitive resolution. They are working on it. Its been three years already. Be prepared to brunt the extra data charges from your phone carrier.

Good equipment selection, super friendly staff and things are well maintained. In all honesty it's the cleanest, best looked after gym I've been a member at.

There are 2 Goodlife Fitnesses in Regina this one is definately the better of the 2. Cleaner gym, overall better feel walking in. They could use a few more chest machines but overall great place. Staff could be a little more inviting and do a little less talking to each other.

Nice selection of equipment. Well stocked. Clean. Extremely busy during the rush times but on the off times it is nice a quiet.
The free weights seem to be less accessible to everyone because of the layout.
