Amazing customer service. Best price in town. Very fast to order in. They were so nice every time I called. I will always go there for tires from now on. Strongly recommend. Staff is pretty humorous as well.

My husband just got some quotes from them via phone and they were so straight forward and professional. Have a great feeling about purchasing new tires from them. Look forward to getting them done next week!

Travelling through with intermittent tire leak. Very good telephone response. Great front desk follow-up. Very knowledgeable. We were in and out, fitted with difficult to find tire size replaced in less than 2 hours.

The best place for everything tiers in and around the Regina are! Not only the best rates, but they also give everyone exceptional customer service on every visit. They have a great staff of knowable techs who are experienced, fast and efficient! It’s like watching a pit crew from nascar. They are truly the best in there Feild!

Great pricing and extremely fast service. I brought my laptop to do work and was only able to reply to 2 emails before they finished the tire change. It is like a formula 1 pit stop. I have been here multiple times for different vehicles and will be back. Highly recommend.

Asked if he could install tires on my rims but told him I had bought the tires at a different location, his response verbatim "why would I want a job like that"

Drove in expecting to be there for an hour or two. With 6 people working on my car, they had all 4 summer tires put on rims and installed. Also had the tire sensors checked and one replaced and programmed - it works now! ALL this in 10 minutes. Unbelievable. Excellent service - AND FAST!

Came in with a tire repair that another tire shop told me was unrepairable. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Went in thinking I was going to need a new tire but they were able to fix my tire no problem! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have purchased three sets of tires from Graham’s and always get them to do the seasonal swaps. Both the north and east end locations have been wonderful. I only have good things to say about this business and the people who work there.

Great people and service. Great to deal with. Customer service is great. Especially when it really doesn't exist anywhere else these days.

Tires were bought to be put on, they said only doing walk in right now so come at 7am next day. Arrived at 730. Was a little worried as lot was completely full. Paid and was told to wait in car and they would call. Saw tires show up from warehouse. Heard was 36 already in line and more were coming as I waited. Was in buy 830. Watching these guys work is awesome. Team work for sure. Well run and was in and out in no time and that's taking off rims and putting new on existing and torqued. Have had them come to farm for tractor tires but watching them do car tires in something else. Highly recommended

Came in with a flat tire and Graham and his crew took the time to show and explain to me the flat couldn’t be repaired. Gave me a quote to replace the tire and there was no pressure to make the purchase on the spot. Turns out they were the only ones in town who get get that tire, and the price he gave was very competitive. There were some issues on the suppliers end getting the tire, and Graham was on two phones at once trying to track it down. The kind of customer service that isn’t found often these days. Excellent service, crew he has does good work and quickly, and pricing is very fair.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff from the owner down to the floor workers are all very personable and have a quality of enjoyment with what they do that it makes getting tire work done actually a very pleasant experience.

Was having trouble with a set of tires purchased and balanced elsewhere, they helped us out very quickly. The staff was very attentive and offered their opinion for all my questions. You can tell they're happy to be working there. Very impressed.

Came in for a tire repair. I didnt have an appointment, didnt call ahead, was fourth in line waiting, and even then I was done and gone in under 20 minutes. Lance in the back shop was busting his butt getting customers back on the road in a hurry. 10/10.

If you need a quick flat repair most of the time they'll be able to get you in right away has been my experience and they don't goof around with pricing

Absolutely my favorite business in the city, even though I only attend twice a year for tire changes. Amazing customer service and very professional. I love that I don't need a reservation and I can be in and out in 20-30 minutes quite often.

This was one of the easiest business experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Graham and Tony looked after me with curtesy and professionalisms. They had my truck in and done in the matter of minutes. It’s good too see that these type of paces still exist.

Ordered in a set of tractor chains in January 2020. Dealt with Graham, he was fantastic. He worked with the vendor out of BC to confirm the equivalent size chains for my tractor turf tires. Arrived in less than a week. Great price, Great product, and great service. Highly recommend.

Was expecting a long wait to have my tires changed but the guys were done in 20 minutes! Very efficient and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend!

I came here this afternoon to have my tires swapped out for winter ones. This was my third time coming to Graham’s Tire and I have never had any issues in the past. Today when I got my tires changed I waited roughly 20 minutes before they were able to get me in to the garage. The staff were fairly quick in changing my tires over and I was on my way out in less than 40 minutes total. Upon leaving Graham’s Tire I started driving down the road to head back into the city and I noticed a loud rubbing/slapping noise. I pulled over to see if I could see anything but decided to return to Graham’s Tire to get a second opinion on why my car is now making noises. When I returned, a guy from the front counter came out and looked at my tire. He told me that it was most likely a tire weight issue and they could fix it- but then my tires would be unbalanced. I asked if this was normal and asked what would happen if I just continued to drive it as is. He told me the sound would go away as I drove and that by the time I got home it would most likely be gone. I took his word for it and drove back home. When I went out later in the afternoon, it was still making noise and I was beginning to get concerned. I called Graham’s Tire back and explained what was going on. The same guy that came to check the tires answered and told me to bring it back if I was that worried about it. When I went back (3rd visit of the day) they ended up taking off both of my front tires and reinstalled them. One of the staff members in the garage came to give me my lug nut back and apologized. He said “I’m sorry- we should have caught that before you left”. I wasn’t sure what he was talking about when he said this, but it sounded like he knew what was wrong and it could have been an issue if I didn’t bring it back to have it looked at again. Over all I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and felt as though the guy just wanted to send me on my way. He never offered to have anyone else look at it and as soon as I pulled in to the garage for the second time they knew something was wrong. Had I not called- something serious may have happened to my car. This was not the service that I expected from Graham’s Tire and will most likely not return.
