Grasslands National Park Visitor Centre

Helpful and friendly staff. Worth stopping for advice before going into the park. Also had water and bathrooms.

As usual, Park Canada visitor center's employees answered all my questions nicely and we were good to go with a few maps and suggested activities. This Visitor Center is a bit smaller than the other I've visited.

Not 1 staff member would leave their lunch room to come to the counter. I left after a while. I could hear them visiting. I’m sure they heard me, I received a couple different phone calls while I was standing waiting. Government workers don’t care I guess

Like most National Parks visitor centres, this one was great. The staff knew their stuff, including one expert in the local flora/fauna who I had a great conversation with.

Unfortunately the place was closed but they did a great job of placing all the information you needed in a kiosk outside.
