Great Canadian Oil Change

Excellent as usual. Using GCOC always, even when traveling for work they always prove to have top notch well trained service staff. Always courteous and show me things that could be done, yet never pressure me into purchasing more than what is required which I find great. There is nothing a customer dispises more than being pressured. Keep up the great work.

I stopped by for an oil change earlier today. I was legitimately surprised by how fast, professional, and polite they all were. 10/10.

I accompanied my mother to have her vehicles oil changed as the last time she was at this location, they over-tightened the drain plug. I was going to do it for her but couldn't manage the leverage to loosen it whilst underneath with short jack stands at home. I mentioned this to the rep and he assured me it would only be tightened to 18 foot pounds. He also attempted to get my mother to start the vehicle BEFORE adding oil! That would have been an absolute disaster and a law suit in a matter of seconds if I hadn't noticed in time. That is a deal breaker for us.

Service was friendly and efficient. However, when they checked the air filter, a air hose came loose. When we started the car after the change, it ran rough and they did not notice this. I ran it for another day like that and did a thorough inspection of the motor and found the unattached air hose. Reinstalled the hose and the car was back to normal. Not sure I would return with this lack of attention to detail.

Service, knowledge and experience of staff here is excellent. I got a synthetic oil change and 2 filters in a 22 ram Cummins, (yes it's under warranty but can't get into the dealer on my time off) I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back. Also, did my research and they also have the best pricing.

They’ve always been great. Very attentive to customers. They’ll bring you coffee, water, ice tea, even treats for my dog while I’m waiting. Best customer service I’ve ever received.

Your rating on this facility has decreased or dropped because of a few things! There seems to be alot of horseplaying going on. From the photo added to my post bay#3 white pickup truck had not moved in over 30 mins and the other 2 bays were doing a majority of the work. Might be a good idea to open another location with more Bays for service? This trip there was alot of standing around going on. Might be a good idea to bring in a supervisor as well!

Would not recommend this place, I have exclusively given them my business but my last few times have been a gong show.
They broke my Air filter cover and didn't even tell me, I found out by looking.they lost my dust cover.
I have tried to ask to speak to Manager but no one ever calls me back.
For giving them solely my business and for them to damage my vehicle and not take accountability for it, is worthy of a review that expresses my frustration and speaks the truth to this business and how they operate.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Excellent Service! They are very friendly, the service is really fast, and they are well trained and really know what they are doing! I've been changing oils with them since I moved to SK.

Great Canadian Oil Change from Quance St. Is the best shop in Regina!
I went there after trying in other places, since I needed help with the tires of my stroller, and the staff of Canadian Oil Change helped me, super fast, so pleased and welcoming. They eagerly cooperate with customers and between them. You can feel a team vibe, a friendly environment in the shop.
Plus, the decoration with fresh, beautiful flowers outside makes you feel you are going to a paradise of screws and engines.

This is a very well run location and the staff are amazing (reminded me of the phenomenal service I used to get in okotoks, Alberta). Thank you you rock!

Great service but would recommend them to have checklist for new vehicles with new customers to them!

This is my favorite location in regina! I love how friendly the staff are and how much they're able to help!

Was greeted promptly, told how long my wait would be (which was pretty accurate), given a beverage and all services performed as requested. Was shown filters and factory recommendations. Staff were courteous and efficient.

This crew is tremendous.truly care about the job at hand.always patient with my questions.will go here again and again. Ty

Accidentally put the wrong kms for when I needed my oil changed. Filled me up on oil and didn't even charge! So nice they were honest about the mistake, I've been to soo many places that wanna take all my money bc I don't know what I'm doing. Honesty is so appreciated

It was a very friendly place. The service was amazing. The only drawback to the place is oil changes were very expensive. It was advertised that I would receive 50% off an oil change, and help save baby's lives. I got a discount of 35 dollars not 50% off. So other than false advertising it was a good place. I'm just glad I helped out the intensive care unit.:)
