Great Canadian Oil Change

My dad took my car in for me on Monday as I was having a sudden oil leak. Everything was looking like a very expensive mechanic trip was in my future. CJ, DZ, and SO did an amazing job at solving the issue and let my dad know of some other leaks that I didn't know existed before this. They stopped the oil leak with one of the cheaper potential problems. I will never go anywhere else for an oil change because this team went beyond just doing an oil change. Thanks guys!

Waited over 40 minutes and they didn't even finish one vehicle. Don't bother going.

Great experience. Changed oil, added coolant, everything was done in the most professional manner. Hands down you guys are Michelangelos of oil change. After having horrible experience at Canadian Tire South I kind a gave up on my expectations. You guys gave me hope that it is still possible to find great service here in Regina. Keep up the good job!

Went to the Albert location today to get an oil change on my expedition and instead of yup u need one the saif it was good but low and topped it up no change. Had the pleasure of being by Chris who friendly and he and his crew went above and beyond helping me out.great service by the crew highly recommended business to get your vehicle

Had to wait behind 4 cars on either side and when I finally got in, the person that was serving me, asked if I wanted anything to drink, so I said yes, I will take a coffee, which I never received, so when leaving I thanked him for the coffee, he put his head down (slightly embarrassed) knowing he forgot to give me a coffee.

Went with my son to get an oil change for his car. Good fast service with pleasant knowledgeable staff. Will definitely come back again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable let you know what they were doing. Ask if anything additional that you wanted. Topped up all fluids that may have been low. Could see what they were doing under your car which was nice. Put my new wiper blade on for me that I had in trunk. Thumbs up very much a gentleman.

Always a great experience at this location. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Very prompt. I leave there every time feeling confident and secure about my vehicle's status provided by this team.

If i could give a 0 star I would I've gotten this location to work on my vehicle 3 weeks ago found out last night my truck had no oil in it went under the truck oil filter was lose I phoned the location back they gave me $150 gift card but I'm in estevan I asked if i could use at estevan location was told should be able to just got oil changed again but I had to pay again out of my own pocket im really not happy with the services in regina I would like my money back asap and this location can take there giftcard back

If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly recommend not working here as all hostess are unprofessional messes and unnecessary. I have not worked here though I knew someone who did. Great employee and a hard worker. The bosses are lazy and greedy. Instead of fixing an issue, they simply fire their employees because they "don't want to deal with it. " Their coworkers were good, but most of them should not be working on cars and would be better off working at a gas station if they like cars so much. Anyways, super unprofessional and will not be returning there for future oil changes.

All i can say is their service is excellent and way better than canadian tire (Albert street). Very knowledgeable and professional, attends to your concern. Appreciate it, bless you and Keep it up guys

Was there about noon on sunday nov 27. Great service, I usually hate going to these oil change spots, but these guys worked fast, weren't trying to push every sale under the sun. And got everything done on a full size truck for 65 bucks. Would recommend.

Waited an hour to get in than waited 30 mins for a simple oil change while 3 other cars went through on the other side. Horrible experience will not be going back to this GCOC.

Absolutely amazing service from Tanner at GCOC Regina on Albert St! Fantastic customer service! My whole vehicle was impressed. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to get Tanners great service. We’ve been there 2 or 3 times now and have had him everytime. We are very pleased with his customer service.
