I've been a client of this place since 2020 and stopped in several times for various reasons. If you're looking for a place with service worthy of your hard earned money this is the place. It's a niche market and one of the last few locations in town that has that feel we all miss from digging through bins at RCE.

The reason why I keep bringing my money and business here is our of appreciation for all the times Tom told me "You don't need that. " in spite of my intent to purchase something. I've stopped at other locations unnamed and it's ALWAYS UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL.

Go in for a hub or a charger, "Ohhhhh get this one for $289" and leave just pissed.

This one is a business model focussed on the come back, and I trust him. This is a local business that deserves our support. I will always stop here, first. If you have an idea of what it means to say "For what you want it to do, that's good enough. " Come here.

After buying two laptops from here I can say I'm extremely disappointed in this establishment. Both were described as being in good condition with "NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, used, in very good working condition. " but they were not. I understand that things happen and that you need to upsell and small issues don't need to be specified but as the first laptop would only stay connected to wifi for an hour and then disconnect. The second one that I recently purchased freezes every few minutes, regardless of what you are doing, how is "NOTHING WRONG WITH IT"? Instances like this make it impossible to want to go back or recommend a small business to others. Overall very disappointed

Boyfriend got a computer from here was told it was up today and good to go. When we got home the computer was so out of date that we weren’t able to update it. When we tried to take it back he said he thought that’s what we wanted, we asked him why we would want a computer that didn’t work and he couldn’t give us an answer. So frustrating and time wasting feel cheated and wouldn’t recommend.
