I’ve unfortunately had a couple wildlife claims in the last 6 months and Great Plains had a loaner for me ready to go the same day. Great service from the body shop.

Entire team was amazing. Had an emergency and they got me in same day had me back on the road by noon. Brent is one of the most competent, kind individual I have ever met. Could not be happier. Highly recommend. THANK YOU TEAM!

Not impressed by the service I received from the auto body manager. Work truck was in storm Sunday afternoon, called Monday morning to see if they could change a windshield that was smashed asap. Told me no problem. Had truck towed from my house to dealership. Truck left my place at 9: 30am and went straight to Great Plains. I called Tuesday morning to see how things where going. Was told nothing has happened yet and windshield had not even been ordered!
Then the manager proceeded to tell me they didn’t even get vechicle till 4: 30 on Monday so there was time to order windshield. Maybe it didn’t make it into the auto body shop till 4: 30 but it was on their lot! Also my truck has been there before and they have the vin so window could be ordered from Vin. Then the manger told me that they couldn’t order window cause they didn’t have a SGI claims number yet! Finally lost it and told her just to ordered the dam thing and it will get paid for somehow cause we can’t afford to have a work truck down!
A hour and a half latter I sent her the claim number once I received it. Picked my truck up Wednesday only to find glass all over my truck and even cut my hand on a piece. Not impressed with the auto body manager!

Bought a used diesel from here a few weeks ago, sales staff was amazing to deal with and the sales manager Billy will be the reason I continue to come back and refer anyone who needs a vehicle to come here as well. Had a couple small issues with the vehicle at first and when I called to ask him if it would be covered there was no hesitation, it was booked in immediately and taken care of at no cost to me. 100% would recommend Great Plains Ford.

They were NOT interested in my business. I was looking for a used truck for my Son and tried multiple times to get more info on one of their trucks from the sales guy and after being told three times they would get back to me but didn't, I've now moved on and bought something else. I wouldn't recommend them.

Purchased a car from these guys and even though it didn't have warranty, they did everything they could to support me in the months following to make sure the car I purchased from them was in good shape!

Truck is near new 7135km on it was dropped of Sunday night in limp mode. Won't move. Am told can't look at it til the next Monday. When I stopped to check what was happening on the Wednesday Truck still sitting outside and their back shop not even half full. Was not offered a vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. Ohhhh did I mention this is the 5th time it's been at a Ford dealership for the same reason. Once it broke down near Melville and I limped it to there. They gave me a new car to drive while mine was there. And I never bought it there. Bought it here in Weyburn. What does that tell you about shopping locally? I'm only a little disappointed but who wouldn't be When a person special orders a $100k Truck that you can't drive

Working a deal on a truck, asked me questions for 2 days about my trade, asked me what term i wanted ect, asked what payments came out to and boom sold lol, something tells me the truck was sold from the get go. Pretty poor service if you ask me.
