Had an appointment today for my daughter to get checked out and had to see a different doctor as it is always a 2week wait to get into my so called family doctor there. After waiting just about a hour I went up to see what was going on and they said sorry the doctor skipped two people. This is the third time I have been there and this has happened, they asked if we could come back in the morning. This is totally unacceptable in my eyes now we have to try and find a walk in clinic and sit another hour. I would not recommend going to this clinic. Absolutely horrible!

I came here on a Tuesday after a week of being off work and school because I was so sick. I told the Dr. I was coughing, had pressure in my head, blocked sinuses, and chest pain along with difficulty to breath and pain in my ears. I was told to treat it symptomatically with Tylenol and Advil and the Dr.prescribed me nasal spray. While the nasal spray helped, my chest pain got worse and so did my cough and ear pain. I was able to get in with my family doctor for Friday in the same week at another clinic, and turns out I have bronchitis along with an ear infection. The appointment I had at this clinic was no more than 3-5 minutes and with my family doctor he took a good 20-25 minutes to examine me. Very frustrating when as a 22 year old I come in with chest pain and it gets ignored, and I was told to wait till I've been sick for 3 weeks before coming back to see if it's more serious. By the time I wait for answers I could've had pneumonia. I do not plan on coming here again.

My family physician left this clinic can’t blame him. He wasn’t only a great doctor. He was a good human being that show compassion and understanding, This has been my second visit since dr A leaving and I am super disappointed. I don’t recommend any urgent/any care if avoidable of any sort from this clinic that needs an external audit done by the college of physicians, you can’t even go to a doctor anymore and get help. I have triplets a 3 year old and a 6 year old and told her my circumstances, and she said the dentist doesn’t cost that much. Take over-the-counter meds she said I told her I have already tried that that’s why I wasted an hour sitting in your office. Basic healthcare isn’t so basic if you deal with this clinic. She kept telling me dentist don’t cost that much. Which is completely an absurd comment to even make to a single father.

Just met my new doctor Dr. Juliet Ekeh at Greens Medical Clinic. Very personable and kind. Listens well and very empathetic. Quite Knowledgeable. Gave prescription and requisitions for blood work and X-ray as needed. Clinic is clean and spacious. The assistants at the front desk are so friendly and so pleasant. They do their best to help you.

The most inconsiderate place! For a clinic and dealing with health care I would expect a little more compassion and consideration. Me and my family were patients of dr kahlon at this clinic and we were extremely happy because of how considerate and amazing he was sadly he moved out of the city last October and everything has sort of been down hill from there before leaving he did inform us that one of the doctors at the location will be taking over his patients. Long story short our last appointment was some where in the summer with him and he left in October at that appointment I explained how he will be leaving and the front desk booked an appointment for us in a couple of months with another doc. We had a family emergency and flew back home in October and missed the appointment once back I called and explained we had missed the appointment and was informed that the doc we were booked with is also leaving so now we will be booked for a meet and greet with another doc this time I was with my son for a walk in appointment with him being really unwell and also booked a follow up for him the same day. I called in the office remembering the follow up appointment to cancel it because we were unwell and couldn’t make it and I was told that I missed the meet and greet again I apologized and explained it was a genuine mistake and that I will pay the 35$ penalty which I was told about the receptionist after listening to me and me explaining that it was a genuine mistake to have missed the meet and greet but said that there is a note with your name and I will have to speak to the manager. She gave me a call back saying that the manager booked my appointment my self and talked to me when I called to cancel the follow up appointment for my son and that not only will I have to pay the 35$ fee when ever I come there next but also I cannot have a family doctor at this clinic anymore. I felt extremely ridiculed especially because I called my self to explain the situation and understand that there is a penalty for missed appointments however this rigid attitude when someone is genuinely accepting it was an honest mistake and just circumstances that led to that and agreeing on paying the penalty but still being treated like you are some criminal being black listed is out of my comprehension.

Doctor M Adetola blatantly told me he’s against women's rights when it comes to terminating pregnancy. A man should NOT have any say on what a women wants to do with there body. Get out of healthcare if you can not respect your patients. Ignorant and unprofessional!

Dr. Fowora is the best doctor ever. 10/10 recommended. He is my family's doctor and genuinely loves his job, cares for his patients, and is super talented as well. He was able to remove my earring that was stuck inside. Also the clinic is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. If you need a family doctor, Dr. Fowora is one I would recommend to everyone.

I am a new patient at this clinic. From the very first phone call, Carol was very nice to deal with. Dr Adilah is nice to deal with, very thorough and communication has been fantastic! We have met both in person and via tele-meeting!
The front staff is wonderful. It is a very busy place and they are always pleasant in the midst of the fast paced environment. I witnessed extreme kindness from Carol to an elderly patient that had come down from the seniors home in the building, to see a DR.she intercepted the man who was a little confused, treated him with respect and dignity, even going so far as to sit next to him in the waiting room rather than making him stand at the counter. She took care of him until his family member arrived to get the man safely back home while ensuring that the mans possible health concern was not dismissed either!

Clinic was clean. When I explained my situation to the front desk, they were very helpful and polite.

Rude, condescending, does not listen for the 2 minutes that you’re supposed to be with a health professional.

Worst time management…booked an appointment.had to wait over 1 hour my schedule time …some other patients comes after me and went before me…well doctors have favorites…
Missed my work …

This is the worst clinic I have been too. The receptionist was very rude and told me they did not do walk- ins although it says on the door they do. Once I FINALLY got in I was told everything I already knew about my reason for the visit. Waste of time I will never ever be going back there again.

There is no option for negative marking. So they get 1 star. Not a good experience how they deal with patients! Do not go to this clinic if you have other options. You will be chasing your tails coming here 5 times for one reason. The front staff are rude and the doctors want to have less than 5 minutes with you after waiting 30 to 40 minutes. They just want you come back again and again.

Dr Fowora is a wonderful doctor and even though I live at the opposite end of the city I gladly moved to his new office in Greenfalls.

Disappointed by Dr. Marwah, no professionalism and on top of that Reception staff is worst in the world.

5 stars to Dr. Marwah, but the reception staff is terrible. Never seem interested in helping anyone.

Dr Fowora is an amazing doctor. I was happy to follow him to the greens. Not to mention he saved my mama! You rock dr Fowora!

Dr Fowora is fantastic. But the reception is brutal. Rarely answers the phone and when they do, you're on hold for 10+ minutes. Makes it impossible to book in for an appointment.

Very pleased with Dr Fowora's handling of my health care. Takes the time to listen and discuss options. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

I have dealt with the Greens Medical clinic twice in the last year and had fantastic friendly service. Both times my problems were dealt with quickly and professionally.

They don’t care about the patients. They are here just for business. Healthcare is nowhere their priority. I have a thyroid issue and been consulting Dr Ezeasor as my GP and Dr. Marwah for the past 1 year about my health issues. They rebuke my complains implying that I am just a lazy housewife. My life has literally stopped and I feel 10 years older due to the health problems and I blame my thyroid. The doctors don’t see anything wrong with my test and send me back to a dose which I believe is higher. Both of them were unwilling to alter my dose due to normal test results. I wasn’t feeling better so I requested dr marwah to refer me to a endocrinologist in June 2020 she did. She also told me I might have to wait for a year to get an appointment with the referred doc. I had no option but to wait and meanwhile when Dr. Ezeasor came back from her leave I saw her and she also I will to believe that I have any problem instead asked me to get hot tub bath and acupuncture. I requested her to prescribe me a different brand of thyroid since I have had these issue since I switched from my home country brand to Canadian synthroid. Both doctors refused to accept it and it’s been a year I am living in agony and the doctor says I can’t do anything I don’t know what’s wrong bco all tests. They just snubbed every time and gave me no attention. The reception is more worse, when I asked them why they didn’t inform me that the specialist has refused to see me a year ago for which I have waited since June 2020 they said your address was wrong, I get it, but I visited dr ezeasor 5-7 times during this year and no one cared to call me or inform me about the status of my referral. I wasted my whole year suffering and getting no substantial treatment from this clinic and they have the audacity to say “why should we inform you. Who do you think you are? I am the god damn patient whose health is in question here.

I was not very happy with my experience here, I had a scheduled appointment and didn’t get in until 20-30minutes after.
Then I was rushed during the examination of my back pain, where I had my “10 minute time limit” rubbed in my face.
Naturally, no help was given, except take medication. All these clinics are the same.

Dr. Marwah has particular hours of working LIKE 9-3.she wouldn't be flexible. For Drs now a days all about billings and earn money without taking care of patient. She said she has work hours she wouldn't see me even though I had emergency and how she can expect me to leave me my work hours without having my overlap. I thought dr.all about to help patient. I recommend Dr. Fowora over her. Unfortunately whenever someone needs female dr.even she can't understand another female. Dr. Marwah and her receptionist whose rude, they both asked me twice that i can change dr. But they wouldn't change. Loosers
