Great little cafe. The service was very nice. They recommended me vegan options. The food was good! The vegan option could definitely be worked on a bit with a sauce or vegan cheese. But I still appreciate having something to eat! The soup options were also great.

Their cinnamon bun is well known. The morning seems much busier than lunch time. I also tried their cheese cakes, good with black coffee.

The worst coffee I have ever had here, the cinnamon buns don’t really taste real cinnamon buns, before giving to you they put in microwave to warm up, not sure how fresh they are. Never coming back here again, my first and last in this place.

I’ve been eating their cinnamon buns since i was little, my classmate always brought them on speacial occasions, hands down THE best cinnamon buns ever, i’ve never had one that comes close to this one. 100% recommend eating here!

Our friend brought us some cinnamon buns from here.we live in Winnipeg. I will pay anyone to bring us Cinnamon buns if they travel here. LOL

Our favourite place to get delicious coffee beans that are roasted in house. So thank you for getting up so early all these years roasting those beans, baking delicious cinnamon buns! ! Love welcoming atmosphere for meeting a friend for a piece of yummy quiche.

I bought cinnamon buns to try, and all the great reviews I read about them; I was actually very disappointed in them. Firstly, the sticky caramel part of the bun was lacking in some actual sticky caramel taste otherwise the bun was alright, fresh. They are so terribly expensive as well, not worth the money spent.

I think these are the best cinnamon buns in the city. Not huge or too heavy, which I like. The caramel on them is delicious.

Outstanding cinnamon buns. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I was explained some kind of deal by the worker, for cinnamon buns. She made it out like if I buy two bags of them you get a 3rd bag free. I literally asked if that is the deal to make sure. She said yes. I paid and she hands me two bags + 1 free cinnamon bun. It’s a bad deal, so don’t fall for it haha. Especially if you only came for 4 buns in the first place. Either way. Good place to get cinnamon buns.

Excellent location, very nice, good muffins and good vibe.
Unfortunately the quality of the coffee was bad. Hopefully they will change their supplier one day.
I would come back but not for the coffee.

Sunshine and her staff are always a pleasure to talk to. Her cinnamon buns and cheese buns are amazing! I love her cheesecake and the variety of decaf cold drinks cannot be beat. Plus I can get pumpkin spice lattes year round here. No lie: I gained about 15 lbs when I worked downtown because her food and drinks are so good.

Really great coffee place! Not too pricey and the have really great sticky buns! Good vibe and lots of place to keep distances down sit. It’s downtown so you will have to find and pay for parking. Over all great experience, and great variety of cakes and coffee!

Amazing cinnamon buns! Dont be deterred if there is a line up, they are super quick and the line moves fast! Well worth it!

I come here for a great coffee, be it espresso, or just a black coffee. Their cinnamon buns are the best in the city since the lady making the ones at the saskenergy cafeteria retired. Their muffins and cookies are also really delicous and love the healthier ingredients. Highly recommended.

So much more than 'Cinnamon Bun Wednesday', Greenspot is a lovely cafe with delicious vegetarian friendly menu items and all the baking you could ever want. The morning glory muffins and Olivia's breakfast cookie are my faves - oh and the cheesecakes! Sunshine and the whole crew here are so friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong with Greenspot!

I wasn't a big fan of cinnamon buns until I eat one of them from Greenspot Cafe. OMG! It was so good! It's definitely worth to go there to taste their cinnamon buns.

We came in for lunch and had sandwiches and coffee. I had the savory Italian with a mochachino. The sandwich was fresh and flavourful. Their coffee is always great tasting and ordered some cinnamon buns for Sunday breakfast. They are the best in town!

Good covid practices. People respecting 2 m distance and people were wearing masks. And the cinnamon buns are still fabulous!

The Green Spot is a family favourite! Their cinnamon buns are the best I've ever had and the pesto cheese buns and green tea drinks are also on the top of my list. I love visiting The Green Spot for meetings or just coming in to pick up some cinnamon buns. Such a treat!

Their cinnamon buns are great but their customer service is poor. We paid over $50 and when I asked for extra Lactose free milk for my coffee, I was told I need to pay extra.

Really expensive for what you get. I do like the vegetarian menu, but a $10 sandwich should include a side. Even the quiche comes with a side oddly enough

If I could live here, I would. They have the best London Fog bar none and don't even get me started on their cinnamon buns! Delicious doesn't even begin to cover it.

Cheesecakes as mouth watering. They also offer gluten-free options on some items, such as their delicious quiche.

This was a welcoming and sociable environment to have my morning coffee along with a delicious, warm cinnamon bun. The employees are friendly and helpful and put care into their food. Would definitely recommend this place on Saturday morning for the buns!

Had an awesome breakfast sandwich with the famous house special cinnamon bun and Hawaiian Kona coffee. A must to visit place in Regina downtown with friends or family. Customer service is also excellent, owner and staff are very friendly.

Delicious cinnamon buns with enough butter and brown sugar to be legit. And the perfect amount of salt to balance the sweetness. My chai latte could have used a hair more sharpness with less milk.

Signs and awards everywhere saying best cinnamon bun and wouldn’t you know it, we came on Wednesday, the only day they have them. And holy s*%#, they are WELL WORTH any qualms you have. I wouldn’t normally have pastries for breakfast but these looked still warm and gooey and did not disappoint. Hands down the best, fluffiest, crunchy on the bottom, gooey on the top, buttery, caramel-y cinnamon I’ve ever had.

Also had a blueberry bran muffin (delicious) and americanos (also up there).

Service was impeccable, cinnamon bun was well worth it. Crispy on the bottom and sooo good. Muffin was fluffy and delicious. Coffee is great!

It's good and quite and internet along with a charging place to charge your phone. Plus the coffee is real good. People and Cashier are pleasant. So when you need a Friendly cup of coffee go there and relaxe.

Let me paint you a picture. It's a Wednesday morning, and you are walking down the Hamilton Street. You notice the aroma of cinnamon buns slowly pulling you in to Green Spot Café; you just cannot resist it. As you enter, the sign greets you, "A Great Day Starts Here. " You know that it will be since you catch a glimpse of glistening cinnamon buns ahead waiting for you to order it.

I think that is usually is the case every cinnamon bun days (Wednesdays & Saturdays) because people are lining up for it; it really is that worth it.

One of the great aspects of the café is that they are really hands-on. They roast their coffee beans, and you can buy them too (whole bean or ground of your choice). The food products are homemade (from cinnamon buns, cheesecakes, muffins, to the lunch items etc). As well, the baristas are friendly.

The place itself is bright and well-lit with a touch of a modern vibe, as it is located in the downtown area. I would say that the café is ideal for cute dates, a group hangout, or for studying alone (wifi for your internet needs).

Really amazing cinnamon buns and the coffee is good too. You get discounts for bringing in your own coffee cup. Later hours and comfy seating options would make this place my favourite cafe in the city.

Their Cinnamon Buns are worth the hype. Coffee is great as well.
If you're in downtown it's a must visit.
