I lived here for two and a half years and it truly was a good place to be. The service and response from the management team was not only positive, but done in a fast manner as well. The building manager Denys, was a great manager and made sure to accommodate and listen to our thoughts and requests. Asides from the great manager, the building was very nice as were the apartments, it was spacious for an apartment, was in close proximity of all the amenities you would need, and it was in a safe community. I would recommend this apartment 10 times out of 10 for how good they were to me.

Have enjoyed living here for nearly three years. The suites are in good condition and well designed. Having access to gym facilities and storage lockers has helped to make our time here a positive experience.

Easily one of the best places I have rented. The building itself is very clean and the management and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
My apartment is modern and very spacious. I hear very minimal noise from any of the apartments around me, which helps to keep a feeling of privacy.
During the snow storms this winter the management has been diligent on keeping the stairs and walkways cleaned as well as the parking lot.
I've only been here 5 months so I will come back and update my review when it's been a full year but so far this place has been amazing.

I've been living in Grayson for several months now. Beautiful location and close access to shops and restaurants.
I like the fact that any of your request or need will be fulfilled in the shortest possible time. Any of your questions will receive a comprehensive answer.
There is underground parking, a gym, regular cleaning of corridors and common areas. The entire staff is helpful, pleasant and friendly.
All in all, I am very satisfied and enjoy living in Grayson and would recommend it as a great place to rent

The beautiful and peaceful lobby creates the best first impression.
To rent, I faced Carl. A gentleman who is serious and patient and tries his best to explain the whole scrutinized rules to select the best tenants who are respectful to other tenants as well as the property peace.
Then I faced Denys, a kind and responsive gentleman. Whenever I had a question he not only answered my question but also explained any possible and helpful solutions.
In Greyson you can’t find anything to be worried about. Snow, maintenance, cleanness, event related treats and whatever you need to feel comfortable is ready here.

A great building, a great location, and great staff who actually live on-site so that they have a real stake in making this a good place to live. If you're seeking rental accommodation in Saskatoon, I would strongly recommend that you give Greyson a serious look.

It is a beautiful and serene place to stay. Love the fact that it has an indoor gym, my car is tucked in warmly in the underground basement and everything works! Then the building’s insulation is top notch, retains heat in this blistering winter

My experience so far with Greyson has been a wonderful experience. My leasing consultants, Carl and Dennis, were and still are absolutely amazing, in helping me decide on the perfect suite as well as helping me through the process of applying and signing my lease. The building itself is really nice and the layout of my suite is incredible.

I've lived in the Greyson building for 2 years and I can honestly say it has been one of the easiest rental experiences I've had. It's expensive for sure, but you definitely get what you pay for. My suite is excellent, two bedrooms two bathrooms perfect for roommates or what me and my partner do is we use one bedroom as an office and we each have our own personal bathroom. The best part of the suites in my opinion is how soundproofed they were. The second you closed your door you couldn't hear a peep from the adjacent suites. The gym is big considering and all the equipment is super modern. It's nice renting from a company like Hazelview because they have all the infrastructure for handling leasing, repairs, and general building maintenance. The best part is the building manager's office is located right in the building and he seems to be always ready to help. Just walk in the lobby and you can tell how nice it is. If you know someone who lives here or the adjacent Cielo building make sure to get the referral bonus when you sign up.

We lived here from 2020 to 2022. Overall, it's a good pet-friendly building in a convenient location and we loved the amenities (expensive, but you get what you pay for). My biggest complaint is that our rent withdrawals were incorrect about 25% of the time which was incredibly frustrating. Staff on-site did their best to help but the issues were more operational in nature.

The cleaning staff are diligent and always ensures the building looks pristine. The apartments are spacious with luxurious cathedral ceilings, laundry facilities, AC and a cozy kitchen island. I liked there for year and half and probably the best rental experience. The people and staff are helpful. Building is clean and maintained regularly. They respond to your inquires right away. I never had to wait more then 5 minutes to get a response back. Great management.

I greatly recommend this place. My spouse and I moved here in February 2021 and lived there for 6 months. The idea was to find a nice place to live with underground parking meanwhile we were building a house.

The apartments are beautiful, one of the best in Saskatoon for sure. In the beginning, I was not sure about living in a place with so many apartments because of noise, pets, or just simply people with different habits. I also agree with another reviewer, no noises from the building during the night at all. I will also add that during the day, it was surprisingly quiet. You won't be able to hear the person next door talking or watching TV. Our apartment was on the top floor facing North so right in front of Circle Drive, it took me a while to get use to the noise of the traffic but besides that, everything was just perfect for us. We wanted to live on the top floor to avoid noise coming from the apartments above (because of past experiences). On the other hand, facing North has advantages, it didn’t get too hot in the summer (althoug the AC works fine) and winter was warm because of the heating. Excellent light for work or study in front of a computer. Plus, we also got a great view of the city and enjoyed many sunsets. The good part is that they have apartments facing the four cardinal points, so you have options.

Appliances are great, especially the ones in the kitchen. Lots of space to store. Never had an issue in the apartment. The gym was always clean and neat. Scheduled maintenance tasks were always communicated in a timely manner. While we were there they cleaned the garage twice, the windows, and change the filter. I was glad to be living in a place where the maintenance was being made.

Denys and Carl were great and went above and beyond to provide a great service. They were always responsive, helpful, and professional. The neighborhood is another plus, you have all the shops you can think of close plus green spaces to walk. The price is totally worth it. I would still be living there if it wasn’t that now we have our house.

I’ve lived here for 3 years since the first day this building was built up. I have to move to Calgary because of working reasons, otherwise, I would stay here for a longer time. This is the best apartment in Saskatoon I would say. Everything in our suite is perfect. No noises during the night at all. It is not cheap but worth it.the living room is really large, so do the two bedrooms. My boyfriend and I were living in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. We don't have to fight every morning. If there is anything need to fix, you just have to submit a maintenance request online and someone will reach you in half day. Denys and Carl, are the best part of living here. You will receive an email back from them in only a couple of hours after your inquiry about something. They provide the best service I have ever experienced. Highly recommended this place!

The staff Denys and Carl are very friendly and customer focused. They are the best management team I have ever seen in my life. They always reply and solve problems on time.

The suite is nice spacious and luxurious. Can’t figure any negative point, the only thing is if you live here you won’t want to live anywhere else because it is so fxxing nice.

I have seen both good and bad reviews about this building. I definitely looked at them before I decided to rent there, and took them into consideration, so I thought I would leave one as well. I have not had any issues with this apartment. So far, maintenance and management has been responsive and helpful when needed. I have specifically had great experiences with Carl and Denys. Carl helped us throughout the leasing process and very kindly put up with the thousands of questions I had, he provided great customer service. Denys is friendly and professional, and anytime my partner and I have spoken with him he's been very helpful. Anytime we've had even minor maintenance issues, building maintenance is sent quickly and does a good job, which is a big step up from our last rental and something I love about this building. The walls between suites are thick enough that I typically don't hear anything from other tenants besides the odd noise of furniture being pushed around or something dropped from the tenants above me. In suite washer and dryer is nice, dishwasher is a good perk, and the pet policy is great for a nicer apartment building. Any complaints I have would be regarding other tenants, but even then I have very few. The odd time tenants don't clean up after their pets, leave litter in the stairwells, are loud in the hallways, or park in your assigned spot. Most of my interactions with other tenants have been pleasant however, even when the only reason we are interacting has been to ask them to keep quiet at 2am. Overall I would recommend living here, the cost is decent, building management is supportive, and other tenants are mostly friendly.

I lived here for more than 2 years between 2019 to 2021. It is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and there is a storage space inside the apartment and another one in the underground. The unit was very clean. The appliances were new and clean. The maintenance responded promptly to our requests.
The best thing here was the building manager (Denys) and the leasing consultant (Carl).
Denys was always smiling and helpful.
The moving out was very easy and they didn't charge us anything.
Even after I leaved the province, and even I paid for mail forward, Canada Post didn't forward the mail to our new address, Denys contacted us to see how he can send the mail to us.
Conclusion, If I will back to Saskatoon, I will live here again.

Honestly I would avoid this place if at all possible. I was blinded by the layout of these apartments but after living here for a few years I can say their tenant service and the entire building is horrendous. First and foremost the air conditioning is non existent, they will not tell you this. My apartment was 85 degrees for march, April, may and June this year all day long, with no fan I purchased doing anything. The building manager told us that no one was able to use the underground parking yet on multiple occasions when I inquired about getting a spot, and when I went down there the entire parking lot was full and then they told me I would need to get on the waitlist. They have given me multiple incentives for referring friends, signing another lease in time, etc which I have photos of and then when it comes time to honour them they told me they dont do that anymore.overall terrible service I would not recommend living here.

I lived in this building from 2019 to 2021, so I can say share everything good and bad I experienced during these years.

Pros:
- Appliances: All kitchen appliances are in mint condition because the building has been built in 2018.
- In-suite laundry: Washer and Dryer available in the suite.
- On-site management: The management office is located on the ground floor so you can go there to talk directly with the Building Manager, who is a very nice guy.
- Storage: Each unit has an underground storage unit that is really useful for storing winter tires, boxes, etc.
- Underground heated parking: this is the best thing of this building. Saskatoon's temperature gets below -30 celsius during the winter so it's awesome to have this.

Cons:
- Air Conditioner: The AC is included but you can't turn it on whenever you want because it depends on the central AC which is on only during summer. Therefore I recommend you to avoid units facing the afternoon sun because they got up to 28 celsius during some days of spring.
- Noise: I recommend to avoid apartments facing the parking lot so you won't hear noises cause by vehicles with loud music nor people speaking out loud.
- Price: It's higher than similar buildings in other regions but I think Stonebridge itself is a more expensive place to live.

I have been living at the building almost 6 months already. Beautiful place. Staff on site is very attentive and responsible.

I lived here for 26 months! I loved here. Stuff are really friendly. There is a lady who clean the apartment every day and she is pretty nice. Denys and Carl will solve my problem very quickly. I strongly recommend you to live here.

Greyson was a wonderful apartment building to live in. I had a beautiful apartment and I was able to bring my dog without any problems. Management was always great and was very understanding when I had to move out due to COVID-19.

Denys and Carl are amazing employees who have helped me and my family in many ways going above and beyond call of duty. Building is new and is maintained well. A few hiccups by previous/ former employees but no complaints now!

The ultimate best apartments in Saskatoon. Best service, timely and high quality maintenance, safe and clean building. Very polite and nice staff. I really enjoyed the gym. I think its a great feature. The design and interior or suites is gorgeous when compared to other Apartment properties in the city when considering the cost. Other properties are not even close in terms of design. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a modern and cozy place for rent. Very happy that I stayed with Greyson for over 16 month.
