Staff are unenthusiastic. If it’s your first time there they will not make any effort to explain the meats/topping options or sauces. Empty stare waiting for you to tell them what you’d like in your tacos when it’s unclear what options are part of the price or cost extra. Any questions asked… you will get a one word response. Tacos didn’t taste horrible but the meat is under seasoned and overall flavour relies completely on the sauce. I came here today because Prairie Donair ran out of rice but I don’t think I would return.

I need to preface this review by saying that I used to really enjoy coming to this location and have had good experiences for the most part. Unfortunately, after last night's experience I have to give this place 1 star. Somehow, some way, I don't even know how this is even possible, but I ordered 2 taco salad bowls and my wife nearly broke her tooth off when she bit on a black rock/stone of some sort found in her bowl. No lie, I couldn't believe it myself and honestly, I don't know how something like that could even get into our food. I'm guessing it was in the black beans they used but I'm unsure. I know for sure it was a pure rock/stone and it was not an overcooked bean. But I gotta say, left me unsettled to say the least. Probably will never order from here again as their health food safety must be in question. I also want to say that I did not contact this location to discuss our issue, because, well, what's the guy who runs the till/making the food going to do? Probably wasn't his fault, and probably won't know what even happened or how it could of happened. So I just wanted to let this location know by this review and let others know of my iffy experience. I have been here many times before. Once I told them to do perfect portioning at that time they did it as courtesy but after few days they continued the same pattern. This is unacceptable as customer, today afternoon they ran outta mango salsa, when asked to serve it employee told he had to make new & was just fine with not adding it to my bowl. Well now, its better to go to prairie donair to avoid such situations.

Owner replying to this needs to know the issue first, Bowl isn't ordered with meat, signs of poor management & unproffessional service.

Theif, charged me extra for my meal.
A chicken enchilada with chips and salsa priced at $16.99 charged me $24.17 with tax.
Avpid going to guac as also their service and food is not that great and please make sure that you check your bill before paying. They charge you unnecessary extra and once u leave no one is going back until when realize like me.

Been going here awhile usually servings are pretty good. Today I went it was really light on everything.

I have never eaten here. I have however heard that it's a pretty tasty joint. I like to make my own fish tacos, but you know sometimes a person gets lazy. Maybe one day.

The best Mexican food restaurant in Regina! My fav go-to's are the nachos and the Pastor sandwich. Although you pretty much can't go wrong with whatever you get. Great food and friendly competent staff make this a food place worth going to!

Was here the other night. The taco bowl both me and my fiance had were absolutely amazing. This specific location has never let me down. Always clean inside. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

When we came in there was only one young man working and he wasn't rude or anything, but he didn't make any attempt to greet us oand he was so slow that a customer that came in after us left before he could finish making 3 items.

My quesadilla was fine, but my boyfriend's bowl and burrito were buggered. He had asked for a steak bowl and chicken burrito, but ended up with steak on both, the beans were cold and he specifically requested not spicy salsa but both his items were so of the flamethrower variety and he couldn't eat either.

Salad bowl didn’t had salad in it. It was just corns and tomatoes. There was no lettuce. It was so watery. Bowls are not supposed to be watery. Feels like having a vegetable soup. And tacos, no salsa, completely disorganized. How was I supposed to eat? And I ordered burrito sauce and I got cilantro lime sauce for my quesadilla? What even? Poor management! Not happy at all

My favorite fast food style Mexican spot. The staff are always friendly and quick at making my meal. And everything always tastes great. My go to are the taco bowls, love how they have tons of options for toppings and sauces.

Ordered a steak burrito, was surprisingly substantial and tasted great. Nice enough dining area, only criticism is where to find the napkins.

Very tasty taco. Went for taco Tuesday amd it didn't disappoint. Rice / beef fresh vegetables not sogy like it competitors. Taco spice is amazing as well. If you have the chance too give it a try don't think twice you won't be disappointed

The food was not the greatest. Had a bowl with chicken. The rice was hard and dried out and crunchy.
Barely a full scoop of rice and meat placed in bowls.
Also ordered churo's. They were over cooked and dried out.
The young man at the counter was very friendly and nice customer service.
I have eaten at the Moose Jaw location it was outstanding. I was hoping for the same results at this location.

This food is absolutely amazing! We ordered through Skip The Dishes and we actually had phoned the restaurant to let them know how lovely the food was. Highly recommend!

I Went there for lunch instead of my usual bar burrito. I got the chicken bowl, the chicken was like chewing gum and had 0 flavor, I was very disappointed. On top of that there was little to no flavor in anything else. Establishment also looked very dirty and not cleaned. The lady was watching videos on her phone when I arrived. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Go to bar burrito if you want good food.

Just had a chicken burrito yesterday
The chicken in the burrito was almost like chewing gum and was very hard, it did not taste anything like fresh. Must be very old!

First time trying guac mexi grill, the food is amazing! I will come and have another meal here!

Really enjoy the burritos here, my only complaint is that the chicken was very chewy, even had some weird crunchy pieces, probably won't return for awhile.

Love this place, food is fresh and so tasty. Awesome kids menu as well. I make sure to bring my coworkers at least once a week Prices are very good too!

Good food and service was fairly quick. Felt like the portion of chicken could have been a little bigger in the quesadilla but it tasted good anyway.

High quality Mexican, fast-casual but very expensive. If you want to treat yourself then this is the place.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the kind of service I’ve got during my last visit. The service wasn’t good. I’ve promoted this business to many of my friends. No complaints. Me and my daughter both had a burrito and it was quite amazing. We've tried alot of the other mexican places in Regina and this place is definitely at the top of the list.

Their food is amazing. For fast food they have some really close to authentic Mexican food! And their salsas are to die for

Had tacos and taco salad - was really excellent. All the ingredients are fresh and the sauces are great. Prices are really fair as well. Would definitely recommend for grabbing lunch or a quick dinner. Three tacos is definitely filling enough for a single person! Guac sauce and cilantro lime, highly recommend!

Rave to Guac Mexi Grill staff in the east end at Chuka Blvd. I went there for a burrito. There were 2 people working, guy seemed like the manager and a girl in training. The guy was working with another customer when the newer staff asked me for what I need. While she was preparing my burrito, the guy was so efficient that he kept his eyes on what she was doing. I realized he had his eyes on what the girl was doing while working for another customer as he noticed less chicken on my burrito. He came to apologize completely unsolicited and told me the girl is new. I didn't know why he did and then he told me we need to add more chicken because of large size. He was very polite with the trainee and explained how to measure the qty for different sizes. He even noticed the size of burrito while wrapping up and asked me if I wanted more stuff filled in coz he thought its smaller. Kudos to the guy for multi tasking and helping the new staff. Very efficient and indeed a delicious BURRITO

Went in tonight for burritos. Food is always good tasting but very inconsistent. Ordered 2 large burritos and had to ask several times to add more toppings. The large burrito was half the size of my girlfriends hand and both where finished in less than a few bites. Also asked for the least spicy clarifying that the salsa wasn’t hot and my girlfriend was unable to eat her burrito

So fresh and delicious! I always get the burrito bowl, it's filling and affordable without the guilt of eating fast food.

The most authentic mexican food I had after a long long time. Far better than all other fake maxican restaurants in the city. Customer service is exceptional. We were bit confused about the food options available, but the person name Ravi help us finding few of the best dish and we love it. It will surely be our regular stop from now on.

One of the best mexican joint I’ve ever been to, between I and my frnds we had Enchiladas, and burritos and their infamous FIESTA POTATOES, and it tasted so good that I am gonna go again and again.
We got into talking with the guys working there and found out that every single edible item on their menu, including the sauces are made from scratch, hence the quality of taste.
The best item on the menu is undoubtedly FIESTA POTATOES, the rich queso sauce and any toppings of your choice on it, was the perfect compliment of our whole order.
It was really amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves mexican food.

Really good place for a quick bite if you are in the mood for a tex-mex burrito. Out of all the franchises out there, similar in food, this one and Chipotle are at the top when it comes to quality and service.

The food tasted good, but very far from what I would expect. The carnitas tastes like Texas barbecue rather than any thing resembling Mexican. The barbacoa had very little flavour. Again the food was good the moment you stop thinking of it as Tex-Mex and start thinking Texas barbecue in taco or burrito form.

I will definitely go back now that I know what to expect as someone who has spent half their life between Texas and Mexico. It's more Texas than Mexico, and it's really tasty, just don't expect Mexican carnitas

Food portions were much smaller than other mexican restaurants in the area. The taco bowl was ALOT of lettuce and burrito could have been packed more. The food was tasty however hence the 3 stars.

That's good but not the best. I had better Burritos from Barburrito. Not many salad dressing options.

A wonderful fast food Mexican restaurant in the east end of Regina. Fresh delicous options! Excellent place to grab a burrito bowl!

Just had enchiladas, perfect tasting, will visit again. Great to have Guac in Greens was much needed!

Opened December 4,2020.awesome fresh Mexican food, great service, and good value for money! Will definitely be back for more!
