I had an issue with my bathroom sink. Guardian was very prompt to respond and help me with the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very efficient with the job. Nice people to deal with but don't show up for appointments, don't call you back and forget to order parts. Not impressed.

I like that they call before they show up. They explained what was to be performed and then got straight to work. They explained in detail what was done and needed at anytime or when asked. Gave me tips and advice. Great service. Thanks guys

Not overally happy. Was given a quote and they didn't honor it. Atvevey stepbof install wanted more money. Almostvasked them after the quote was over double. The service guys did a good job.

Have previously used Guardian, purchased my replacement furnace and AC (2017), as well as the garage heater (2018) from them. They used to do the furnace check-up as well, and used them for some plumbing issues.

The last furnace check they tried to sell me on a very inflated (~$500) maintenance check, although there was nothing wrong with it.

My last encounter (Jan 2023) was to request a repair to a cooper pipe join that had a small drip on my water treatment system. They had previously (Dec 2020) taken the whole system apart, made some repairs and soldered it back together. That took ~2hrs and bill was ~$350.this time to sweat off one joint and re-solder they wanted $423 for a job that would take less than one hour and no materials.

When I originally called to ask about getting some assistance in repairing this leak/drip, they mentioned that they could drop by on Sunday, stating they there wouldn't be an after-hours charge as they work 7 days a week. Even though I refused to allow them to do the work they did charge me a call out fee of $99 + tax, which is fair and I paid, but sadly this is the last time I will use them.

Annual maintenance done for all plumbing. So worth it. Always a great job by Gaurdian Plumbing & Heating

Though the cost was shocking for emergency call, the tech Jarod was most reassuring and was very good about relieving my stress. Very focused on a good experience.

Huge rave to Guardian Heating and Plumbing who responded quickly within hours when we had no heat. The technician was super helpful and friendly.

They came 6 hours after scheduled, the left the jobs unfinished. Left my in floor system overflowing and leaking. Said they would be back as soon as possible. 2 months later can't get them back. Also charged $500 for a piece of work that was not complete. They did put a piece of foil tape on the leak. So I guess it was worth $500.pesos maybe

Got water tank and furnace tune up done, technician was very professional, explained everything and did job quickly.

After purchasing a High Efficiency grain dryer from Guardian, they were extremely helpful in the application process for the government's High Efficiency Grain Dryer Program and we successfully received some funding!

We had a bad clog in our sewer lines that caused water to back up. Guardian plumbing came in and use a camera down the drain first, augered out the line and then checked with the camera again to insure the blockage was gone and what a difference
Our line is nice and clean now and the clog is gone. We couldn't be happier with their work.

John and company did a great job adding spray foam, starting with the estimate and looking over what might be wrong in my attic, recommending some additional things that would help, and then applying the foam. Fantastic service and workmanship.

I've had good experiences with this company over the last year. In one case the driver had reported a higher km amount to drive to my place and when I phoned them to verify the distance they thanked me for noticing that and adjusted my bill accordingly. They have also spent time on the phone helping me better diagnose problems before sending a tech out and did not charge me. Been on the Guardian protection plan for over a year and it is a good value for the piece of mind it offers.

100% Recommended. We recently got a new furnace and water heater installed through John's team and they were very professional and clean with the removal and installation process. We got detailed custom quotes for our house after speaking with Calvin shortly after getting our bathroom sink clog fixed by Brian who recommended us on replacing our furnace and water heater, who later fixed our plumbing. Will definitely do business with Guardian in the future. Awesome team to work with.
