Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Saskatoon Airport

We have been staying here quite regularly. The fact you have free hot breakfast is great, served until 10: 30 would be a great change. Pool open until midnight is huge plus. Regular checkout at noon is awesome. Staff is always friendly. Being that check out is noon, room cards should not deactivate before then. I shouldn’t have to stop to have my room card reprogrammed before going out to my vehicle out back so I can get back in without going around. I mentioned to front desk when we were checking out June 11th that the level of dirt clinging to the bathroom vent and on top of the picture in bathroom (never checked elsewhere) was gross and unacceptable. We were in the exact same room this weekend and the dirt was still there. It is actually really gross to look up and see this not to mention it’s a trigger for someone with allergies.

Very nice and peaful location in the room and use as many as assets places in the room and stay feel and free to enjoy holiday.

The greatest thing we loved about this hotel is the fact that the pool stays open till midnight EVERY NIGHT. Oh my gosh thats the greatest thing when you have kids in sports that aren't able to swim during the day, or if you arrive to check in late. The kids can still swim! Great staff, friendly and helpful, and clean comfortable rooms.

I was told I could get a shuttle from the airport by calling in when I arrived. I called and called and it just kept ringing. I finally ordered an Uber, the guy at the front desk told me I called the wrong number (I called down shortly after and he picked up). My first bed had clearly been not washed, it had dirt and hairs all over it. I requested a second room which had a dirty Kleenex behind a pillow. The guy at the front desk asked me to try one more room. Why in the world would I do that! So now I’m spending a ton more to stay down the road and I’m hoping they clean their sheets. At least they picked up the phone when I called. I will never ever suggest staying here.

Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Beds were excellent and hotel was quiet which made for an excellent sleep

I don't recommend going to this hotel. The pool was dirty and the water was green while in the hot tub, the bubbles were brown and both had hair that would stick to us like they didn't even clean the pool! When we got to our suite it looked amazing but the windows were frosting from the inside and the pull out bed had a brown stain on the bottom of the mattress.
When we went down for breakfast, it seemed like it was sitting there for awhile and the sausages tasted like old hotdogs. The location was very difficult to get in and out from considering the snow and it's far away from any restaurants and entertainment institutions so its a hassle if you want to go out and do something in the city. Never again will we book here.

Great place to stay if you’re in Saskatoon. Rooms are clean, parking is great. Close to airport. Staff have always been friendly.

Rooms and general appearance starting to look dated. Stained furniture and dirty carpets not appealing. What a difference a few years makes. Front desk staff not very friendly or accommodating.

This is a newer hotel; looks modern and clean throughout. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming and had a treat for each of the kids at check in. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Air conditioner worked well. The breakfast area was nice with a good selection of food choices. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The best ever hotel I stayed in Saskatoon. Excellent service, cleanest rooms, delicious breakfast with wide variety of foods. Strongly recommend everyone. 10 out of 10.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Whenever we need a place to stay in Saskatoon, Hampton it is for us! The rooms, the pool and their service is great. Thier complimentary breakfast is worth a mention as its really really good! Highly highly recommended!

Nice beds, large bathroom, nice workout center, location is great if you are going to the airport but not as convenient for restaurants and other things. The continental breakfast was ok. Typical breakfast.

Room was older but clean. Staff was friendly.
I booked two rooms and they gave me one on the second floor and one on the sixth.
No restaurants or bar in the hotel which was dissapointing. Based on the cost I expected a better experience.

Nice, new hotel. The front desk staff were great, very nice and efficient. Only 3 stars as a few things were irritating. The wifi never worked right, my phone couldn't connect. There is no channel guide for the tv and you couldn't connect the tv to Netflix like many hotels have. The room was very warm overnight; the AC didn't work properly. The pool was closed for a month but that wasn't on the website or in the confirmation.
There were also nice touches; the lobby sitting area was very nice. The gym was ok. They have good, hot coffee available 24/7 and offered breakfast bags to go.

Great for a short stay. Travelled with our 1.5 year old and all the staff were so friendly and kind to him. Ivy in the breakfast area is a real gem. Fresh fruit smoothies, so helpful and the food was surprisingly good!

Beyond impressed with the hotel staff and their efforts to be of service. They went above and beyond to help make my stay memorable on 4 different experiences.

The hotel was in excellent shape, very spacious rooms, clean and modern. The gym was excellent.

I try and stay at Hampton Inn & Suites for work when possible. Good value and services for a mid-price range hotel. They went out of there way to accommodate me with a product shipping/receiving issue. This is the second time I have stayed here and will come back.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights while we were in town for a hockey tournament. I have to say this was BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in as a team, and we have been to several hotels over the years. <br/>All the staff are AMAZING, so friendly, polite, helpful and understanding, even to the 50 or so kids ages 4 - 10 running around! <br/>The rooms were clean and very nice, the hot breakfast is TOP NOTCH, again the best I have had at a hotel. Real eggs, freshly made smoothies, and different options every morning! <br/>We will without a doubt be back when we come back to Saskatoon.

The service at Hampton Inn airport in Saskatoon was FANTASTIC. More than just the service, the people working went above and beyond to meet our needs. I was there for bereavement and from the minute I walked in and talked to Janice at the front desk to the staff in the breakfast room to the ladies cleaning rooms, each and every one of them made the stay more than expected. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked thru Expedia. On Expedia’s site they showed they allowed pets. My confirmation from the hotel said they don’t allow pets. They would not return my money. Manager was very unhelpful. We payed for service that we couldn’t use. Of course there was no manager in on the weekend so the matter couldn’t be handled until the week day. Nothing like talking money from people when we could not use their hotel. So disrespectful staff.

Great hotel close to the YXE airport. Awesome free breakfast with lots of selection, free airport shuttle, nice pool and fitness area and warm baked cookies in the evening.

The Service is top notch. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Things have exceeded my expectations.
