Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Regina East Gate

We had a great experience because of the fantastic staff. They went above and beyond to provide us excellent service. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores, mall and restaurants.

We were impressed by Hampton Inn & Suites Regina. We decided to book our Christmas celebration with our closest friends here, and it turned out to be an incredibly special experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas was amazing, exceeding our expectations. They were incredibly accommodating and even found a space for us to play games with the children. Choosing to stay at Hampton Inn truly made our Christmas even more joyful. The hotel's pool was a bonus, but what really made us feel at home was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Hampton Inn is more than just a place to stay; it felt like a second home. The quality of our stay was exceptional, thanks to the gorgeous room, excellent amenities, and delightful pool. We are thankful for such a fantastic experience and highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites to others. We want to express our gratitude to the entire staff for making our stay truly exceptional. My stay Friday night was very disappointing and I won't book at this hotel again. There was no tv remote in my room. Also the pool was closed for Reno's but this was not reflected in the price. Also from about 10 pm to past two am kids were running up and down the halls while the parents were talking and laughing very loud. When I checked out I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk and she told me I should have confronted the loud guests myself.

…awarded with the constant sounds of thumping/stomping all night.and we were on the 4th floor.no bathroom exhaust fan. Useless shower, probably due to hard water.

Customer service is non-existent. The hotel itself has an odor that is everywhere. Be careful walking in you can trip on a step you do not see. The carpet is dirty and worn out. The breakfast is terrible. There is no EV charging at this location. This hotel does not represent Hiton. Do not waste your time. Stay somewhere else.

Hello. Our stay was mediocre. There was no remote in our room upon arrival, and the pool was close for reno which when book I saw no post about the pool being closed. I have a baby and I wanted to choose this location for the pool. Every hotel staff did not greet me nicely at all, I’m really easy going. When I finally spoke up to let the front desk attendant I wasn’t happy with my stay she said the pool was posted online, and didn’t even say sorry how can we help make the stay better.just continued to ignore me and look at her computer. So the customer service here is really off and wasn’t the neatest room for bed made etc.

We stayed overnight, nice place to sleep over they have good rooms to offer for spending sometime. Love there staff

Worst front desk personnel around. Very rude, not professional at all. Extremely rude at the front desk!

For a Hampton, this place is a disappointment. The desk staff were far from friendly and didn't acknowledge or make eye contact.

Had a room on the 4th floor. Getting out of the elevator, the carpet is worn and loose. A definite tripping hazard. The room was clean, but the bed sheets didn't fit the bed properly and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The shower stall doors didn't fit well or close properly, and the calking around it looked like it was done by a child. The toilet was loose, as was the flush handle.

The breakfast is nothing to talk about, cold eggs, and sausage each morning with very few other alternatives. The place is in dire need of an upgrade as the property is not in great condition. Overall, this place was very disappointing.

Friendly staff. Great hot breakfast. Good size rooms. Upgraded to the king suite. An amazing room. We typically stay 3 to 4 times per year as we are driving through.

I had to make an on the spot reservation and knowing other Hilton hotels chose this one, I wish I would have chosen differently. The beds were hard and pillows were small. The room was clean and had the expected amenities which was nice (and why they got two stars) the included breakfast was not, first they are using disposable paper plates and plastic cutlery without proper seating, the food was cold and honestly gross. We left without eating checked out early and left to find food. As we were a walk in the charged us $200 for the night instead of their regular price for prebooked guests. All in all i have learned not all Hiltons are made to the same standard and will look for place with a more consistent experience.

Modern, clean rooms. Great staff. Good selection for continental breakfast. Would definitely come here again.

Newly built and maintained hotel. The only issue was no access to pool as it still under construction. Nice breakfast and the room is clean and spacious. Quiet location.

Our family of 3 was on the final night of a 20 night, multi-stop driving vacation and we were booked at this hotel for one night in room 401. We had stayed at 9 other Hilton properties during this vacation which was a cross Canada trip from Alberta to Quebec. The other Hilton properties were clean, friendly and an overall good value. I did read the recent reviews of the Hampton Inn & Suites on our way to Regina, and thought it an odd occurrence they weren't favourable and that we'd give it a chance.

The parking lot was our first hint that it wasn't well maintained. The pavement was very uneven in many places with significant warping, including very large dips in the handicapped stall.

Our check-in was fine, but upon exiting the elevator on the 4th floor, noticed the very large, trip-hazard bubbles in the hallway carpets. The electronic room keys didn't work and my husband had to return to the front desk to have this remedied. After gaining access to the room, we did a walk through and noticed it wasn't well maintained at all. The furniture was stained and the wallpaper in the closet was peeling due to a leak in the ceiling.

After not getting the cleanest of vibes, I did an inspection of the bed. The top bedspread had orange stains, and the bedsheets had black marks on them as well as what appeared to be a urine stain or some other unknown bodily fluid. The dealbreaker occurred when upon inspecting the bed, I happened to notice a black-ish bug hustle its way across the bedspread. We don't know what it was and we didn't stick around to ask.

This was not how our family wanted to end a once in a lifetime vacation across Canada and we decided we'd prefer to drive 7+ hours to sleep in our own beds. Our exit of the hotel continued to give us the heebie-jeebies and we noticed there were a number of creepy crawly bugs all over the windows by the 4th floor stairwell. The stairwell also seemed pretty sketchy and lacked adequate lighting which I'm pretty sure is a safety hazard.

I would not recommend this property and I hope that others do not have the same experience that we did. If you do decide to stay here, there is a positive to this property in that the location is excellent and an exit from Regina is readily accessible.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Hair dryer missing from room. Shower lacked pressure. Waffle maker was broken. Gym closed early (the sign on the door says 6am-12am, but it closed at 10pm).

Easy to get to, right on the edge of town. Room was clean, as was the entire building- property was well lit and good grass and gardening. Breakfast was free (good!), small selection (meh), tasty (yes!).

Only disappointment was the pool was closed for renovation and we were not cause when booking on the site it said that was open.

Stayed at this hotel last week. Got covered in bed bug bites. Hotel staff has done nothing to fix it. Hotel is dirty. Carpets in the hall ways are stained and ripped. The bathroom tub/shower is moldy due to caulking coming off. The tub faucet leaked and had terrible pressure. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel ir stay there again. Staff also messed up my booking several times.
