I love this place. The clothing, the iconography, the art, the pride, the message. I moved away from Saskatoon and now I'm proud to have some Hardpressed Gear. Truly a proud SK business.

I had a problem with an online order item and the customer service went beyond my expectations in providing me detailed information about the possible replacement items to help me be sure I'd get something that fit properly. Would 100% order from again.

The design work is great and the materials are high quality. Great local business. Been wearing my first shirt from them for years.

Amazing designs! I’ve been purchasing from them for years with zero issues, until a shirt I bought last summer (which I love) suddenly started to peel this winter. I messaged them about it but because it was after the 90 day warranty period there was nothing they could do.
I can accept that this was possibly a one-off bad print like they suggested, but am finding myself gun shy about ordering anything at almost $50 that won’t last even a year. Curious if anyone else has experienced this?

It's poor practice to inform the customer that the sale is final after the transaction has occurred. And tragic to hear the same salesperson state that they always inform customers of that prior, who did not do that on the original sale.

Great store with great options. Super friendly staff and interesting designs. Only thing I wish is that their sizing was consistent.

Very nice clothing but next to no selection for fat people unfortunately (the XXL was all very slim fitting)

I love the designs of the clothing, the staff always give 110% and I love supporting local. It’s unfortunate though that I’ve bought 4 sweaters now (for myself and family) and all four of them have pilled terribly within a month of wear. I gave the company some grace because I myself am plus sized so I thought the wear could be because of rubbing, but my mother who’s quite petite has experienced the same pilling. It’s rather sad because you spend good money on these products and they don’t last longer than a season. Would love to support again if they change suppliers!

I found a Levi’s jacket here that had been sold out in store and everywhere online for months, for the original price and it shipped to me across the country in less than a week even with standard shipping. It disappeared at the mailbox and Alejandro with customer service dealt with Canada post so I didn’t have to and I had the jacket within a day. Great customer service.
