The only good thing I have to say about this joke of an insurance company is the one and only positive person, Amy, she was extremely friendly and helpful. How this Lawrence character is still employed is beyond me. Extremely unhelpful and lied over the phone about how he could "help". The second he has to face someone in person instead of on the phone he cowardly pouts and walks away. After this company screws up, they try to blame the customer and then lie and say there's nothing they can do. If it weren't for Amy being extremely helpful we would be out money and more. Will never be back here. If you unfortunately have to go in to this place, ask for Amy or get out and go somewhere else.

I showed up at 6: 15 on a Saturday after buying a new vehicle and these awesome ppl opened back up so I wouldn't be stranded in Regina for the weekend without insurance. That's more than just great service

Hi I came there today with my 4 years old daughter she needs to go pee I ask them to she want to use their washroom the guys I talked directly said that their washroom is not for public it was very annoying and disrespectful I was not asking for myself only asking for my daughter she is only 4 years old I think Manager or owner needs to give manner training to theirs staff I will no come again that place and will not suggest anybody to go there

This is the worse place I’ve ever purchased insurance, the line was brutal and long and the agent could barely communicate in English. She had a friend behind the desk who kept coming over to translate and show her how to use the computer. Then a week later I get a call from the car dealership that the broker filled out the paperwork wrong for the package policy. It was beyond upsetting being in there with two kids, one a toddler, for over an hour. Definitely avoid this location for insurance.

While I was recently attempting to register and add insurance for my new vehicle, I noted a dramatic change in staffing and employee behaviour with the ownership change of this establishment. On at least two occasions, I advised the middle aged female Asian counter clerk that I wished to register this vehicle for only a portion of the year. She continued to insist that it was ‘cheaper’ (i.e. Avoids the $22 fee) to register for the entire year. This vehicle is not functional during the winter. Only after raising my voice with a stern ‘No’ did she complete the transaction as I requested. She also advised me that I needed an SGI ‘Auto Pack’. I again repeated my request to have the additional insurance provided by my current insurer, SMI, in accordance with the details I provided. The clerk countered that I needed to insure the new vehicle for replacement costs. Only after I sternly asked her “Why do you continue to attempt to up sell me? ” She responded “I am not up selling you! It is just a service we provide for an additional fee! ” When I requested the return of my documents so that I could carry out the transactions elsewhere, she agreed to add the new vehicle to my existing policy.
This employee appears to be motivated by an increased commission on the greater registration fee and a more lucrative fee from SGI versus SMI.
After several decades of patronizing this establishment, I will be utilizing an alternate service provider.

The staff at Harvard Western are simply the Best, they are thorough and always on top of our insurance needs. Be it Home insurance, Business or my Hobby car and SGI Insurance needs, they take time to explain my insurance policies and are able to answer my insurance questions. Love dealing with Mark Marcial and the staff at the 407 Broad street location.

The staff at 407 Broad St are always helpful and courteous. I even had a courtesy call yesterday to make sure I am happy with my policies and to see if there was anything else they could help me with. Now that's customer service!

Excellent Customer service. I am super excited to get my first SK class 5 DL by the grace of 2 guardian angels Sara and Jennifer. After being turned back by the other Harvard western insurance on Albert St couple of times. I decided to give it a final try and gather all my docs again to switch my DL.
I was early there, so it wasn’t much busy and I was very carefully and attentively advised by Sara/h about the exceptions in order to fulfill my document need. I headed back and got the missing documents then was greeted wonderfully by Jennifer, who made sure everything was in order and I can be on my way ASAP. Truly amazing and superior team work, I really appreciate that and will definitely consider using this location of HWI for my future proceedings.

This was my first time at Harvard and I was very impressed. Alicia Hewitt was amazing - thorough, extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I’ll be bringing other insurance needs to her.

Just went here today asking the possibility how can I reduce my monthly premium. Vincent helped me a lot understand what are my policy coverage. He patiently explained to me and even set examples for me to better understand clearly. With that I was able to determine what coverage I really need and eliminate what I don't need. Definitely recommended to visit their office!

I’ve gone to this specific location ever since I’ve gotten my drivers license, with every vehicle I’ve had, so I feel pretty loyal to this location considering I’ve gone out of my way to come to this location when it would be easier to find one closer in the moment, however it’s extremely disappointing hearing how there staff tends to bully a certain individual in the work place, it sure makes for a toxic work environment, good job Harvard western, very disappointing.

Janae from 407 broad st location went above and beyond and she still is helping me out with my lease issue. I brought my vehicle from Ontario and it’s leased and Janae at Harvard western took it upon herself to help me out with the whole process. She is still communicating with the leasing company and with SGI to help me out. Coming from Ontario things are totally different so her helping me this much has meant a lot! Great customer service!

I went to Harvard Western along Broad St on May 31 between 530pm to 6pm to register my Nissan vehicle. The girl who assisted me must have had a long day because she was not at all accommodating. I asked if I could use my old plate# & she told me no because the plate number was registered to a different name. I told her it was registered under my name & my husband's name. She said the option is for me to get another plate#. She never offered if I wanted to choose plate#. She then gave me options on the payment if I wanted it monthly, 3 months, etc. I said I would choose monthly. She said it costs $145. I used to pay $125 & auto debit on my account but then she never offered me that option as well. I left your office feeling "I never want to go back again" & I should have asked for another staff to assist me but I was in a hurry to go back to Nissan to get my vehicle. I went to another insurance company to have my questions addressed

I've been dealing with Hope via email for a few years now regarding the handling of my personal home insurance as well as my rental property, and she is just amazing. She always has a well researched answer, and always goes above and beyond to answer my questions, no matter how small or nitpicky. Seriously, if you have any concerns, just ask for her.

Great service. I had a very stressful day at work, probably came off as a bit rude too, but Mark provided me with a great service.

Two things:
1. I came in at 7: 30pm, which is 30 minutes before they close. My insurance purchase went past the closing time, Mark still patiently served me. I got the insurance today.
2. I left my belongings at the store by accident. Thankfully, Mark noticed them and immediately notified me. I got my wallet and other belongings.

Keep up the good work. If I was the store manager, I would give Mark a small gift or a raise.

I was "helped" by a short haired lady that was quite condescending and unhelpful. She did not seem at all knowledgeable. I mean, I feel bad for typing this, but it was pretty unpleasant and unprofessional.
