Laura (Wonderful staff) She is the one helping me for couple of years regarding Auto pack purchasing. Yesterday I went to consult with her about Auto pack and rental insurance policy. She know every information top to bottom. She happily replied to all my questions or concerns.
I got a fully satisfied costumer service.

Never had a problem until today. Went to get son's learner's license (he already has SGI card). We were turned away because I didn't have his birth certificate with me. Wasn't told we needed it. I was late for work for no reason. Come to find out after the fact that we could have used the health card, which I DID have with me. I have very limited time to get this done before the first in-car driver test next week and now I'm going to have to take work time AGAIN to do this tomorrow.

We have been dealing with Jenifer Ancheta for about 3 years now and each time is so pleasant and we are always satisfied. Jenifer is very friendly, has great customer service and is always willing to help us out, you can tell she really cares for her customers. I will continue to deal with Harvard Western Insurance for this reason. Thank you for all you do Jenifer!

Jennifer Ancheta at Harvard Western Insurance South Regina has excellent customer service. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She has been taking care of us for a long time and her quality of care has been consistent! Highly recommended!

They are very friendly and their advisors are very knowledgable in various unique situations. They have helped me out on more than one occasion. Shaina in particular was awesome as she helped me with a very complex issue. I would strongly recommend Harvard Western Insurance to anyone in Regina, especially the South Albert location.

I never had a bad experience with dealing with this branch of Harvard Insurance. All the staff are helpful and courteous especially Jennifer. I will most definitely do business with them again!

A few months back, our sewer backed up, we had a ruptured water pipe just outside our house. It was our first time claiming for insurance, so we needed all the help we can get. We were so happy having Harvard Western (particularly the South Albert location) as our broker. JEN ANCHETA guided us the whole way, it went smooth and we claimed fast.

We also got our Personal insurance thru them, SANDRA DAVIS is very good at explaining everything. She is very nice and friendly, coincidental that she was my daughters' former HS classmate.

Also, I had an issue with SGI deducting another policy from my account, which is not mine. It was frustrating at first because SGI was not thorough enough with their investigation. I am very sure that it was other persons policy, their account number must be pretty close to mine to have this kind of error. Gladly, LAURA MACHIN from this Harvard Western location didn't stopped until SGI figured it out. Ending, I got my money back and an apology from SGI. Everybody in this office are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would recommend them to everybody.

I was having some difficulties changing a set of plates on a company vehicle to another company and I needed corporate documents and new insurance coverage and a young lady by the name of Hannah helped me through the process, which took considerable time on her part. I was grateful for the professional and high level of customer service I received.

Sandra from Harvard Insurance is awesome. She really help me taking care of my life insurance with all of the process and papers needed. She really ensure that everything is well taken care of.

Our home has had its footing collapse over 4 plus yrs ago and we have been engaged and near bankrupt with Sgi for coverage of what professionals found yet Sgi (harvard) denies all based on their opinions? If you have the option, run, fast and go anywhere but here. I even talked to the owner and he pretty much wished us luck and felt bad for us. Brutal service and a horrible company. Go anywhere but here. Contact me and ill tell you all. Our health and lives are in danger daily with a roof collapsing above us but.sorry for your situation is best I can do.

I’ve never had such disgusting service in my life. I spoke to someone over the phone to cancel my plates and she said I couldn’t cancel them over the phone and I respectfully said, “Oh, I’ve always canceled them over the phone” and she mimicked my exact words back to me. Is this really the type of employees you guys hire? Disgusting.

The staff at Harvard and Western Insurance, South Albert street are exceptionally friendly and polite. Everyone routinely goes over and above the call of duty.
Jenifer helped me with my home insurance. She was very friendly and professional. She found me cheaper insurance at double the coverage!
She also explained and found me extra auto insurance. I was very impressed and have no intention of going elsewhere ever!
Jenifer also referred me to her colleague, Sandra, who helped my husband and I with our Mortgage and Life Insurance needs.
Sandra was equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable about her field. She explained to us about the differences between the different insurances without patronizing us. We successfully got our mortgage and life insurance policies and are very happy.
I would give them more than five stars if it were possible. I am one very satisfied customer.

If I could give NO stars I would. The lady (can't give a name) that wrote up our insurance policy did not cover the most important things that needed to be covered. She said we amended our policy by removing them when we DIDN'T! Now that we NEED our insurance we can't use it because things are NOT in there that we thought were covered. The policy is of NO use to us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Spoke to manager and got nothing but more lies and even more inadequate information and sheer laziness. I asked her to go look at the notes made (because notes are always made and stuck with the file by brokers) I got no I am not pulling a file when i have the info in front of me. When told that is incorrect she REFUSED to pull the file. The real paper work. Not adequate employees and definitely inadequate manager. All I got was loss more loss costed us money we could have done better putting the money away to cover our losses instead of paying Liars who ripped us off who change policies without permission. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I went to register my plate 10 minutes before closing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Leonard Cote. He was super friendly and helpful and didn't not rush me at all. Thanks Leonard for your exceptional service!

The people working at this location are so easy to deal with. Maddison assisted me with transferring my Alberta license, number plate and a autopak. Very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Will recommend this business to all my friends!

Have had my house insurance with this company for many, many years. Recently had to cancel as I’m leaving the province, they helped me with things I didn’t even know I needed!

Went in to get some stuff done and this lovely gal Madison helped. She was so sweet and understanding with everything. Phenomenal job! I'd want her on my team.

The people working on 4420 Albert St are very nice. Shaina and Laura helped us on our new vehicle registration and auto package policy. They are very nice and professional. Even though it was later night, they were still very patient. They answered all the questions and gave the detailed information to help us make the decision. We had a great experience there and will recommend to our friends.

Kim Ottenbreit at Harvard Western Insurance has been my business insurance broker for many years now, and she has always done an excellent job looking out for me. I’m confident I’m always getting the best policy through her and she has done a great job sticking up for my interests if making a claim.

We had insurance with Harvard Western for years, for vehicles, house insurance, and also some belongings in storage.

Years ago, I was very pleased with their staff and their rates SEEMED fair.

Recently though, I've begun to wonder about those rates, after getting insurance with another provider in BC where we now live. Compared to what this BC company is charging (for insurance for items in storage) and what we paid year after year with Harvard (claims free) we were actually gouged by Harvard! I was not happy about this at all. The difference (in total $$) would amount to at least a thousand dollars!

Check around especially about prices before buying any insurance. Rates can vary a LOT, even among supposedly reputable companies. Too bad I found that out, after the fact!

My opinion of Harvard Western has now gone downhill a lot. I would no longer recommend them.

Last Year I went to Harvard Western Insurance (Albert Street) for two cars auto pack. I showed quote to Iqbal from other insurance he said he can give me better rate. I bought the insurance but when I went there for claim he said glass is not covered. Basically what he (Iqbal) did gave me less rate with less coverages, and did not tell me. I immediately cancelled my Auto insurance and my life insurance and I will never recommended to any body.
