Unfortunately I need to leave an unfavourable review. I booked a month in advance and travelled 1.5 hours for the appointment because I was wanting a specific curly cut which is not available in my community. 1 hour before my appointment, while I had already made it to the city, I got a call that my appointment was cancelled due to illness. I understand people get sick but when travelling that far this appointment alone, and next available appointment isn’t for 6 weeks it is extremely frustrating. I was looking forward to the experience and trying a new salon but for me it’s not worth the hassle.

Loved Erin. She did an updo for me. The way she curled my hair and tucked my hair into an updo was great. She was gentle and accommodated my requests for the updo beautifully.

My daughter really needed her hair properly cut and colored as she has been doing it herself for some time now, great color and cut, now we are ready to have exstentions properly maintained, hazel and honey always does a wonderful job and great help with proper products to maintain exactly what you are looking for!

What a lovely and wonderful experience being taken care of by Mackena and Kari. They really get curly hair - I was so happy leaving with my nice, soft, healthy curls!

First time, and I will definitely be back, the knowledge, experience and advice during my haircut was spot on and Kaitlyn knew exactly what I was wanting and what was best to style my hair. Going to a new stylist can be a bit nerve wracking but Kaitlyn and the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable and I was able to talk with her about my hair and what was the best cut for the style I wanted. Top notch service!

Mackena made my FIRST hair experience at Hazel & Honey not only luxurious but I left feeling as tho my cup was full of uplifting and feminine energy! She made me feel comfortable, allowed me to share how I was feeling that day and absolutely NAILED my hair inspo pics I showed her better than I imagined, truly. I felt like an empowered woman and beautiful because of her. Her vibe is so contagious and she’s a sweet sweet soul! Don’t miss out seeing McKenna, you will NOT be disappointed! I’ll be sure to see her again at my next visit!

I've been going to the Untangled Hair Group for years, and have loved the professionalism and care they've taken with my family's hair during this time. I appreciate how the staff remain current with new and innovative products. As well, they are continually learning or updating their techniques for developing trends and applying new research. No matter what ideas I've had to change my hair colour over the years, the staff there have developed plans for transition / implementation, and ensure my colour looks spectacular throughout the process of change. I can't say enough about these kind people, who are so good at what they do!
