Miss Navjot Kaur (Manager) definitely knows how to do her job. I had an issue and she dealt with it amazingly. Not only she solved my problem but also made my stay easier at heritage heights. Don't expect to have your security deposit back. We left the apartment spick and span and they still charged us $500 for cleaning and $500 to paint a little scratch on the door.

Since RMS management took over it has been great. Really helpful. Very responsive.

Appartments are nice to look at, but I’ve been trying for 4 months for someone to come in and address issues with my suit. The dryer was not collecting the lint properly it would fall back down the shoot and now it’s a HUGE fire hazard! Our bedroom door never shuts properly, one of our windows was not installed properly and so much more. I pay too much for poor management. Safe to say it will be my first and last year here.

We are really happy we moved my daughter and grandson into this new building. The room layouts are spacious,
Clean and modern.
Big Hallway and elevator made it easy to move in.
The parking in the basement fits her SUV with lots of room for storage and The building Is clean and safe!
With having a Rec Center, 5 schools to choose from and shopping across the street made a huge difference in our decision to choose heritage heights.
