I can't put 0 star so 1 it is! First of all. Front desk clerk man was rude. Finally got to our room. First thing I noticed not clean. TV stand wasn't dusted on top someones room card sleeve was left up on top. Bathroom wall splashed with God knows what. Not wiped clean. Plug in moved all in the wall n when u plug in something anywhere it falls out. The wall heater sounds like a tractor every 10-12 mins. The tub has stained up bottom and colored with pencil crayon. Couldn't figure out the shower so my friend couldn't shower. When we checked out we got the manager and she listened to us and gave us free complimentary breakfast. As we are making our complaint another lady said she was dealing with some not so good issues too. I read reviews and too many aren't good. We do appreciate the manager listening to us but will not come back again. Just too dirty.hallways front entry n desk area. But our breakfast we will say was good. Definitely not worth a 250.00 deposit bring held for up to a week to get it back.
The one good thing about our stay was goin to the KISS concert.

This hotel is the most racist hotel towards indigenous people! They denied my room phone access said I had to use the phone in the front at first then the completely cut me off from using the phone. They also wouldn't give me clean towels because they said people like to steal them. I wouldn't recommended stay here of you are indigenous because they will treat u with poor customer service and make your stay feel so uncomfortable!

We checked in and were advised that a hot breakfast was included in the restaurant within the facility, this was an additional cost in which we paid. In the morning, we were advised that there was no breakfast.
The rooms were dirty upon check in, the smoke detectors off the walls, dirty bedding, etc.front desk staff were very rude and would keep us waiting for upwards of 15 minutes for general inquiries.

Stayed in Heritage last week for 2 nights. Was not sure how the rooms and service going to be having seeing a few bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel sure was dated a little as it a heritage hotel but the rooms and cleanliness was 10/10. Every staff we dealt with was very friendly and I am really surprised why people are expecting 5 * star experience in a 2 star hotel. Front desk and restaurants staff and the food is excellent. I'm really happy with everything. Excellent hotel. Thank you for all the staff.

Just ok. Lounge with pool table was closed on weekends (?) And there was zero security (no card needed to enter or ride elevator) Staff at breaky was borderline rude. For a cheaper place to stay room was clean and comfortable. If you plan on spending real time at hotel maybe chose another

Birthday Event

It was a great experience with the staff specially their Banquet Manager, Roderick and some other few employees who goes and beyond our expectations. They provided and accommodated our needs as a guest. Myself and the rest of my party team agreed that the service provided to us was definitely a five star! From the front desk staff, who's been so friendly from day one, and their banquet staff who tirelessly provided support to all of us with our busy schedule the night before the party, setting up the tables, moving chairs here and there, little things like borrowing scissors, scotch tape, stapler. All these little things was important to us as it came from their heart in accommodating our needs and even ushered our visitors on the day of the event to the right door to enter. Roderick made good suggestions that made our event ran smooth and we appreciate all of it!

I received good feedback from majority of my guests that the food was awesome! Thanks to your chef!

You guys deserve zero Stars to locking your employees out that is so rude.but i have to give 1 star cuz it will not let me pick zero.you have hard-working staff and that's how you treat them. You should be ashamed of yourself.i went for breakfast there one time it wasn't the greatest at all my kids didn't even like it. I had customers come over to where I work and say they don't treat their staff good or their customers.i will not be returning no one should support them if that's how they're going to treat their staff.

I stayed at the Heritage Inn, and I met with staff who were all very polite, energetic, professional, and helpful, especially From the front desk, Sahil. He helped me a lot while I checked in and guided me through breakfast vouchers, rooms, wifi, and other facilities

Location - The property is near the saskatoon international airport and is easily accessible via taxi and bus (11). Lot of parking space available around the hotel.
Reception - the front desk staff are amazing and friendly. Knowledgeable and fast on check-in. The lobby is beautiful with lot of sitting space for meet-ups.
Rooms - The bed and pillows are comfy and neat. The room size is good enough for a family and bed size is queen size. I think they have rooms with 2 queen beds and king bed suites too.

I can't say I will return to this hotel. Not with the owners locking out the staff and refusing to negotiate with them.
We all deserve a fair day's wage for a fair day's work.

According to LabourStart, "UFCW Canada Local 1400 members working in the hospitality industry at the Heritage Inn Hotel locations in both Saskatoon and Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan have been locked out by their employer.
Their union has been attempting to bargain with the employer for months with the hopes of achieving a new and fair collective agreement.
The company is demanding a full list of concessions – including the full removal of benefits that were achieved from years of bargaining.
In addition to trying to take benefits away, the company is also proposing the most nominal of wage increases to their hardworking staff.
Hospitality workers were front-line workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, putting their health and safety at risk to keep facilities clean and safe. "

I would never stay at a hotel that is attempting union busting and treats its employess like this.

Any hotel that does not respect their workers, cannot be a good hotel and should not be patronized. Security and good wages makes for excellent service. Settle with your workers!

I am writing in support of your loyal workers at Heritage Inn Hotels in Moose Jaw and Saskatoon: we ask that you end the lockout and negotiate fairly with your employees.

Heritage Inn staff are among the most dedicated hospitality workers in Saskatchewan: they braved the worst of the pandemic to show-up for community members seeking a safe place to isolate, rest and feel at home during the most trying times of the pandemic.

Your employees are hard-working members of their communities and love their jobs; they are the reason why Heritage Inn Hotels are known for their welcoming and homelike environments in Saskatoon and Moosejaw. Your workers deserve a better deal than this disrespectful treatment.

Your current demands for unfair concessions from your workers are utterly unreasonable: the workers have negotiated for many years to earn these benefits, like vision and dental, and do not deserve for them to be removed.

I urge you to end this disgraceful lockout today.

I won't rent a room in a hôtel that treats its employees like Garbage. Unionizing is a right!

I won’t stay somewhere that treats it’s workers with such disrespect. Locking them out to remove basic benefits. I won’t stay any such place that’s been infested with scabs.

The CEO of this hotel has made a decision to not bargain or not bargain faithfully with their frontline workers that they have locked out by the employer. They want to take away any benefits they have previously bargained for and give them a minimum pay increase when inflation is at its highest. Very difficult to feed and house a family. May I suggest boycotting them til they bargain faithfully. Or let them know you are supporting the frontline workers.

We stayed here one night. We definitely won’t return. Got in after a long day of travel. Check in was so long their debit machine crashed so many times and they couldn’t get it to work. Stood for 35 minutes waiting but after that long they finally said they will try a different terminal. Ugh.
Got to the room and it smelled like dirt. The shower leaked and it was so dirty we just were grossed out. Beds were ok for comfort but the room was so small felt like a single room crammed with 2 beds. The hotel is so run down.
Got up for breakfast waited 20 minutes to get seats. Then was told we had to collect vouchers. Went out and was only given 2 for 4 of us. Had to beg to get vouchers for our 2 boys.
Children’s meals not served with drinks only coffee, tea or water. I had to ask why no juice or milk for a child. Eventually had to have chef come out and tell server to give our children a juice box. We didn’t get coffee refills and 50 minutes of waiting for breakfast.
Believe me this will never be a place we will return to. So tired of being treated badly.

After a day from my house being fumigated aside of my Nieces' issues, obtaining a voucher. The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre is nowhere near bad or good, just balance although, quite dated for 2010s standards as the staffs are nice to communicate although the vending machines needed work if you don't want those to be stuck in it forever. Sadly, I never got a chance to explore the place, maybe not very special but yeah 4/5
