Hertz Car Rental

Staff was exceedingly kind, courteous, and helpful. All the good stuff! Came in on a late flight, fellow who was in came back from break to get us on the road. Thanks!

Not pleased. Rented a vehicle for a work trip, I looked it over and didn't notice anything glaring, even took some photos. Was informed they'd found a rock chip that I'd be charged for after I got home. Figured it would probably be a bit pricier than a normal rock chip, but asked for a heads-up of what the cost would be before I'd authorize any repairs. Over a month later finally get an invoice for $970 and change! Apparently its their policy to replace the whole windshield regardless of chip size. I feel like is a completely unreasonable policy here in Canada where rock chips are constant. They didn't even try to fill it, and obviously they aren't shopping around for windows, they're just gouging people. I looked around and can't even find a window for my vehicle to install for more than half that price. They also include a Diminished Value fee. If anything the value just went up with the gold plated window they just installed. Later found that DV fee was "accidentally applied" and was a mistake since a brand new OEM windshield doesn't diminish your value. Needless to say, get their insurance if you decide to rent here because they will gouge you hard on even what should be a minor repair.

Worst service ever, I am renting car every week for last 4 months, last week I booked the car and paid online as usual, but when I landed I walked to the desk to pick up my car. Unfortunately the lady who was sitting there told me that there is nothing available!
I tried to tell her to find a solution and decided to wait there. After two hours she told me that they have a car but I have to pay extra $280 for upgrade.
They don’t care about the costumers!
Disappointed reaction even after I escalated it to the manager!

Worst service ever. Guy send my brother to fill up the gas and later he said that my brother is not on the driver list. The person name was Heavier, he was very rude. He doesn't know how to treat customer.
Worst experience ever. Stay away from Hertz.

Superbly maintained car. Perfect 1. The staff was generously kind and knowledgeable with respect to our needs and solutions thereafter. If I am able to recall, muzzamil was the one I am referring to.

Do not rent there! Worst customer service, they rent you cars they don't even have. I rent and pre-paid a minivan, and when showing off they did not have one so I had to go to Enterprise to rent one at 3 times the price (last minute rental).

Terrible customer service and organization. Had been renting exclusively with Hertz for almost 2 years and will never go back to their service. Will never support this company, specifically at the Regina Airport location
