Had a terrible service on Tues Nov 30th in the McIntyre location. The clerk was snooty & unprofessional. Did not explain properly about a product and barely gave us the time of day. We left angrily & I changed my mind on buying 2 new pr earrings. My 95 yr old mother-in-law had lost an earring & we wanted to buy a new "one". We were told they don't sell just one but after arguing etc she said But we can sell u a new pr at half price! Well that's what we were asking in the first place! Then we needed small backings for a small pr of earrings bought there last yr & they gave us plastic clear ones. Really? Won't be back!

I love this store and have lots of their beautiful jewelry. The staff are so friendly and very helpful.

OMG. I just want to Thank Thank Thank Brandi in customer service for surprising me today in the mail. If you want quality product with SUPERIOR warranty and EXCELLENT customer service than you must purchase all your sparkle needs through Hill Berg and Berk. I cannot express my gratitude and super sparkle smile than thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will wear these sparkle balls with pride at my next chemo treatment. After 19 surgeries sometimes you don't feel pretty on the outside but wearing Hill Berg & Berk makes you feel beautiful.

I had a pair of white sparkle balls that the backs were tarnishing on, so they were irritating my ears, and a crystal had fallen out of one. I went into this location and the woman was so polite and helpful. They replaced the backs right away, and replaced the earring that was missing a crystal. I wasn't expecting it to be that easy! I'll keep purchasing these sparkle balls just based on the customer service I got today. Thanks!

Have not had a good experience AT ALL at the Cornwall location. I was recently there and the one girl working seemed very irritated I interrupted her conversation with her coworker to ask about a price, and when I did get an answer she said it in the snippiest, rudest way possible that I ended up walking away. The employees there were rude and seemed like they could not care less about my inquiries on the products. This wasn't the first time I've had this experience with the Cornwall location. I've been to the location a few different times ever since they opened in 2014 (or around that year) and have been met with the same level of attitude from the employees. I've had better service at the Saskatoon location when I visited it end of August 2018. Unfortunately the treatment from the Cornwall staff has deterred me away from the brand all together. Those ladies need to stop acting they're better than the customers.

Nice jewelry and fast shipping! Friendly staff when emailing. However recently I had a bad experience when trying to order an item off the website on black friday where I was directed to contact customer service. Very poor communications. Resulted in a lost sale and I am now a former customer. EDIT 12/12/2018: I am not emailing you any more, it was the emails that drove me away! It shouldn't be hard to figure out who I am if you contact your customer service team. They have my FULL contact info

I had a wonderful shopping experience with sales rep Memi this weekend. I went in with my mind set on one item and Memi spent time with me and was able to recommend a piece that was the perfect fit and I didn’t even look at it until she made the suggestion. She was helpful and pleasant but most of all she listened to my likes and dislikes and simply nailed it with what she showed me. She made me feel valued and understood my “style”. Best customer service I have had in Regina in some time. Thank you!
