Brought them a 15 year old Samsung TV that would get stuck turning on, on Thursday evening. They had the right parts needed on hand so I picked the TV up on Friday afternoon. Good job.

Mike went above and beyond, dealing with a difficult warranty representative to fix my TV. I really appreciate him taking time to go out of his way to get a result.

Horrible service the reviews don't lie read before you go here took over 2 weeks with my computer just to basically tell me to bug off can't do it. Ridiculous had to purchased a solder iron and repair myself they wasted my time should of said off the bat we are not capable of completing a simple repair

Was the only place I could fix my tv. Very good experience would go again was fast and efficient.

Very slow with service. I called and emailed them several times about sending out a service person to fix my television and am still waiting. I appreciated your explanation and phone call.

Very poor service.
I brought a Klipsch Reference series 60 standing floor speaker to them in the second week of July, under warranty and by request of Klipsch themselves, for a crossover issue.
Face-to-face, they were polite and courteous and said they'd have it done and taken care of. Took my warranty information and photocopied it. Service with a smile.
However, we're now at November's door and we have not heard from them. I have sent five polite, courteous e-mails to their e-mail address, no response. I have left voicemails on their answering machine, with my number, no call returned to me.
By giving them so many kind, polite, courteous e-mails, I've given them so many chances to avoid a bad review like this. But when we can't even call me back after five months, come on, guys; you're asking for this at that point.

I dropped off a 500.00 circuit board out of a stove. It was repaired by the end of the next day. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Actually.saved me the cost of a new stove.
Service was excellent. Very friendly.
