Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saskatoon Centre, an IHG Hotel

I have traveled extensively in North America, I have to say i love going to the Holiday inn Saskatoon, in particular the Holiday inn and Suites 315 Ldylwyid
From, the Front Desk Staff
Sara, Jelvy, Alyssa, Kira, Arshdeep, Monica, Ola and i cant forget Anastasia.
Then there's the Breakfast team,
Bee, Patricia and Anna
All the staff are exceptional.there funny very nice and very professional
They really make me feel at home.

Very happy with the services. All the parking spots had plugins for block heaters. With the cold weather we are having is a must. Lots of foods available for breakfasts

Very unorganized and unfriendly staff. We waited 20 minutes at the front desk to check in without being acknowledged at all while one staff member was doing I don’t know what. Then when they did finally get to us there was no sorry or politeness at all. When we checked out the stuff was unfriendly as well. Will not stay there again.

Great location but make sure to get a room facing 25 St W as the south side of the hotel is close to the train tracks so it could be noisy.

My stay was great except for the A/C not working on the first night. The font desk staff was accommodating by offering to move us, but I declined as long as it was repaired the next day which it was, so the situation was resolved.

It is a very convenient location as it is pretty central with some good local eateries close by.

I do not know when it was built but it felt pretty new and even boutique with the colour patterns. I never like paying the pet fee since my pet gets nothing for this fee and humans are offered free food but are the ones making a mess. I wish hotels who charge a pet fee would offer a bed or treats at least. I have this issue with all hotels that charge a pet fee, not just this property.

If I stay here again I will try and negotiate the fee.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The entire hotel was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. My room was beyond amazing. Literally stunning. I would definitely stay here again and I certainly recommend it!

Good location, clean rooms.the staff is also very friendly and welcoming. It's a good place to stay. Thier breakfast is also good.

I always choose Holiday Inn because it passes my standard in cleanliness. Clean room, washroom, lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff that assisted me. The beds are comfy and the Pillows are soft. Overall i love staying in Holiday Inn.

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff here are super friendly and funny. They made small conversation with us while we were waiting for our room keys. Also informed us of the area where you can buy snacks and drinks in the foyer, which was super awesome to know. All around great experience. As for the rooms, they were super clean and very bright.

Service pourrit, aucune accommodement pour les gens! Refuse autre mode de payement que crédit mal indiqué désir nous charger 199$ et refus de téléphone supérieur! Veux nous voler notre argent, le service nous a dit qu’il peut rien faire et nous laisse comme des sans abris à 4h de notre domicile refus qu’on leurs donne 500$ débit ou cash aucune négociation zéro service très déçu mon bébé fatigué et peu serviable. Jamais réutilisé un holiday inn perdu de la valeur à mes yeux voyageuse que je suis je refuse de retourner dans cette chaîne d’hôtel en une fin de semaine il ont perdU 450$ par refus d’accommodements lol gang de sans génie! Je vais pas recommandé à personne. Même un client est venu dire qu’il trouvait cela injuste et qu’il ne retournerait plus jamais à cette hôtel! Dire qu’on voyage 20 fois par année lol c’est de l’argent perdu! Bravo d’avoir nuit à la réputation de la chaîne d’hôtel! Merci pour le trouble et merci pour tout le dégoût que vous m’avez donner! Service rots, no accommodation for people! Refuse payment method other than incorrectly indicated credit desire to charge us $199 and refuse superior phone! Wants to steal our money, the service told us that it can't do anything and leaves us like homeless people 4 hours from our home refusing to be given $500 debit or cash no negotiation zero service very disappointed my baby tired and unhelpful. Never reused a holiday inn lost in value to me, a traveler that I am, I refuse to return to this hotel chain in one weekend, they lost $ 450 by refusal of accommodation lol gang of geniuses! I will not recommend to anyone. Even a customer came to say he did this unfair and would never go back to this hotel again! To say that we travel 20 times a year lol is wasted money! Congratulations on having harmed the reputation of the hotel chain! Thank your I for every trouble with the baby! Thank for everything

Not a bad place a little hard to get to and I ask for a wheelchair accessible shower but didn't get it other than that it's a good place

It's exactly what we need. We're at a conference and they were able to accommodate some special requests we had. So we're quite happy.

It won't let me give a zero star. We booked ahead here using the 1-800 number and were turned away. Me with a disabled kid and already drove 14 hrs. This place needs 'Holiday' removed from the name.

After the upgrades this place has really grown. The rooms feel warm and welcoming, their continental breakfast that comes with your stay has been upgraded and is a real breakfast now.

Staff are quick and respectful as well as staying on top of upgraded cleaning standards.

Located close to the city center, though also right beside the train tracks. So even with the new sound proofing can be loud at times

We stay here all the time, rooms are newly renovated, staff are great, and the location is close to everything.

I have stayed with them for a few times. I can say the staff is courteous and pleasure to interact with. Their rooms are fairly new. Very good linen service. Would stay with them in future too. Keep up the excellent service. Thanks

Clean place, spatious and well equiped room. A little bit pricey for the location and for being a HI Express.
Also, they say they have free shuttles from the airport but turns out only after 8am
UPDATE 2022: the rooms were renovated and they are really nice. It is my personal favourite to sty in Saskatoon

You guys are a riot. Firing your housekeepers just to hire Ukranians to take their jobs? That's not cool.

This is a very nice hotel, well situated for visiting Saskatoon. Lots of restaurants, and shopping close by. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was people smoking too close to the main doors.

Was a small challenge to get too; as the train tracks are close by & you either need to take Jamieson St around or U-turn when able heading North on Idylwyld Dr

However the room was spacious; beds were soft with sheets that breathed well so I was confortable throughout the night.
