I had a shower delivered, first time getting a delivery from Rona, first time they came they never delivered the shower walls, I had to go back to the store to chase down the rest of my order, they delivered the walls the next day, 1 guy showed up, had no dolly, refused help, then he proceeded to drag the box from his truck to inside our commercial space tearing the corners off the box, haven't opened boxes yet, hope there is no damage as this is the only shower in that size that I could find searching several suppliers. As a contractor I will be very hesitant to buy larger items from there and have them delivered. $80 delivery fee should be refunded.

Good experience with staff. They were very helpful. I was looking for light bulbs and they were not in the lighting section. Why?

The employees seem very knowledgeable in their department.
Drew helped pick out a new door lockset and re keyed the deadbolt.
Always seems happy and smiling.

My Indigenous brother was at Rona today and was followed around by employees, he was then approached by the manager who's name is Mike, Mike proceeded to tell my brother that he didn't think he was at the store to purchase anything and made the assumption that he could not afford the items he currently had. Mike then told him to leave the store. My brother asked if he could speak to a manager and Mike said he was the manager. RONA you have managers that treat people this way and discriminate against other people for no reason at all! I will be calling the store and complaining about this behavior. So very inappropriate and disrespectful!

Faced racial discrimination against the assistant manager named Mike, was told he didn't think I was there to buy anything, and I couldn't afford anything there and told me to leave the store.

As a contractor this used to be my go to place but they have let me down on product I needed this last year. Many times unfortunately. Good people that work here but management…that’s another story.
They don’t even carry tiger torches in stock. Online only? How is this a store fir contractors when you don’t carry torches…. I’ll be shopping elsewhere

Just went to Rona, one of the employees, I think her name name was Dahas. She had some pretty blue and white beaded earrings. She noticed I was looking at some keys to replicate, and I didn’t find my style, but she still offered help. Helped me find the ladder that I was looking for. Very helpful and did her job with a smile. 10/10 service!

I want to give a big shoutout to Emma at the paint section in Rona Preston Saskatoon for delivering outstanding customer service. Not only did she assist us in finding the perfect product, but she also provided us with valuable education. Her vibrant personality adds to the experience, and I'm sure anyone who meets her would agree.

I used to work in the plumbing department. One thing
I learned from my time being there is that the people are a community.

We went to rona at preston cause we were told after picking up bags in the morni g that they still had 30 bags left. We walked into the pro desk and asked the guys about this. Older short guy went to look but this other guy treated us like we were complete idiots. Tall skinny grey shorthaired.very condescending and rude. Told the young girl checking the van to see if we had anythingvwhat a prick that guy was. An d were older and just about told him.anyways off to rona in blairmore. Go to the pro desk 2 guys then 3 guys helping these 2 guys that were together completly ignoring us after 10 minutes or so we decided to go see if we could find someone in isle. Young kid tried didnt know though. So back to the checkout ask the teller at that time and older gentleman in a cart came by she asked he said yes and told another guy standing there to het it down for us We thanked this guy for finally getting it for us. But wait when we first got there we had drove around back and pulled up to a older guy on forklift who was apologising to some arrogant young prick who had his hair bleached yellow or blond on top. This young guy was so ignorant and rude to this olfer guy who waS trying to to him for whatever happened. This young man needs a manner adjustment which he slmost got but buddy said better not. Your employees are helpful. Your services are incredibly misleading. I should be able to get a 2"x33" cutout from a 4x8' plywood sheet. You advertise cutting services but won't cut a simple rectangle. The tools required to do this are incredibly simple, you make millions in profits, these tools need to be in your cutting centre. Do not shop at Rona.

So much better than HD. Way more decor and build choices, better selection of lumber, better layout and MUCH more motivated staff. Cleaner and safer too! Good work Rona staff!

Went here to get some plumbing supplies. The one employee I talked to was very nice and worked hard to make sure the fittings I was buying would work. He spent at least 15 minutes verifying all my questions or concerns.

I went in to buy an item on sale. A staff member told me the item was in the yard so I drove over to pick it up. The guy working the yard couldn't find it (the yard is a bit of a disaster) so he radioed to have a seasonal staff member come out and look.

The person that directed me to the yard earlier came out and went above and beyond by combing through tons of piled up boxes and pallets and found what I was looking for! It wasn't an easy task.

I appreciate the level of customer service I received. However, one star lost for a cranky forklift staff member telling the yard guy who couldn't find the item to "Call seasonal! That's their problem, not ours". That's not the type of thing that should be said in front of customers.

Detailed and pleasant phone conversation with an attendant. He was quite a specialist, and had a great sense of humour. I have always had good service from their department attendants. But, it is always crucial to check online prices because they can sometimes differ greatly.

Staff knowledgeable and friendly. First time I ordered an item on line. Received an e-mail with in a few hours that my item was ready for pick up. Good service.

Very good to deal with. We were looking for kitchen appliances. I had been pricing them out at multiple places as we knew what we wanted and model numbers so we were comparing apples to apples. All the other places said 3 to 4 months for delivery. I happened to notice when I was in there they carried the kitchen aid brand, ended up buying from them and had all 4 appliances a week later and saved almost 1,500.

I like shopping at Rona. Service is very good and you can bring in pets (nice when it is too cold to walk outside). However the products I've wanted have been out of stock the last 2 times I've visited.
