This hotel really need to invest on renovating. Bathrooms are moldy, walls and ceilings are chipping off, walls all the walls have big stains and lose bathroom fixtures.

Staff was very helpful though to move me to different rooms but all the rooms were in pretty beaten up condition.

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Good service, when I asked the front desk for an extra blanket they brought it up within 5 minutes even though I know they were busy. Really good breakfast. We loved the location everything we needed is close by. We found a great bakery across the street. Really enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions would be a few more tv channels and a comfortable easy chair (there’s room for one in the corner)

Checked in around 6: 00 and till 9: 00, we were up in our room with excited kiddos and had multiple phone calls and visits from front desk complaining about noise. We were on the 3rd floor and front desk repeatedly was coming to tell us we were being too noisy… I found this to be very harassing and that if front desk was getting called they should have corrected complaining guests that these were not quiet hours. We would not stay here again, upon check out we weren’t even asked how our stay was. If you have kids make sure they are completely still and not talking as they will cause complaints.

We flew and stayed here for a major tournament and were incredibly disappointed with the lack of service and cleanliness. We were informed housekeeping comes in every third day when we requested they come and change our garbage. We had to ask for coffee three times, and garbage bags to clean our own rooms. When housekeeping did come in nothing was stocked or cleaned. Dirty dishes, towels, and recycling were left out. Beds were made once in five days…
There were so many repairs needed to be done (ie: couch is broken, carpet has huge stains, toilet paper holder falls off the wall). Cutting corners and costs is VERY apparent. Really disappointing considering we spent hundreds of dollars for no service.

Close to the airport. Staff is very helpful. Hot tub was nice. Loved the robe in my room and pillows that said welcome home.

Stayed in double room wit two queen sized beds. Suite was nice. Good price. The girls at the front were friendly and very good. Breakfeast was good loved the auto pancake machine. One last thing large fridge in room.

Overall everything was good except for the hot tub
the hot tub was what it was suposed to be but since i went in it i got hives ALL over my body plus the water in the hot tub was a murky yellowish colour.but on a good note the food was AMAZING LIKE IT COULD NOT get better

Stains on the carpet. Patches on the wall. Room not clean. Not well maintained. 15 plus families at a tournament. 15 rooms for 8 nights. Over $20,000 spent by the families for hotel rooms. Cleaning only every 3 days. On the days of the clean there was no vacuuming completed. Say what? Cleaning does not include a vacuum. Never again should ringette Canada allow this company to be one of the approved hotels. Terrible place to stay. Update - One family got BED BUGS. Hotel management did not seem to care. Did not offer anything to the family and said they would check it out. Guess that happens when they don’t clean the rooms.

Great location. Very clean rooms, pool, courteous staff. Close to airport and Pasqua hospital. Harbor Landing has a lot of amenities close by.

We booked in for a family celebration. 2/3 beds had no bedding, blankets, or pillows (pullouts- we booked our room for 4 people). The phone in our room was awful we could barely hear to communicate this with the front desk, they brought up sheets and a blanket for 1 bed and had to go back for a second set. No pillows, so we used some from the bed. We had to make the beds ourselves. The fireplace in our room did not work. The size of the room was great. The pool was a disaster waiting to happen- one ladder was taped off, the other should have been, as bolts were hanging out of it. In telling the front desk staff this, someone came to look at it and never returned, didn’t tape it off or anything. We emailed the hotel immediately following our stay and heard nothing back at all. No email no phone call. It was also not sound proof, the people on top of us definitely had kids and their little running feet sounded like they were coming through the floor. Disappointed to say the least for the prices of the room being $220 for 1 night. This hotel is relatively new, but it looks like after the build was finished it hasn’t been maintained at all.

Dirty pool and not well maintained no water to buy would even let us in our room till 4 on the dot.

Staff were kind and courteous - unfortunately the facilities and rooms left much to be desired. Had fun in the pool but a person in my family cut their foot on the surround to the pool. Another said it felt like walking on glass. I brought this up to to the front desk and there wasn't much of a response other than maintainance was coming to look at it. Seeing reviews on here, the pool area has required upkeep for sometime. Will not be staying here in the future.

Excellent check in experience, loved the shuttle to the airport. A little noisy in the halls early on but quieted down. Would have been nice to have a relaxing chair in the room as well. Plenty of space for it.

We chose the Home Inn and Suites as we have had great experience in the past, however our most recent stay on January 1st was extremely disappointing. From the bags of garbage throughout the hall and outside of our room, to the staff who seemed to be more interested in chatting with their coworkers than pleasing their guests, to the room itself that is very banged up (hole in the door, all furniture is scratched, surfaces are unclean, broken and window latch), and the bathroom that smelled of sewage and only contained 1 half roll of toilet paper. We had 5 guests and booked a room with a pull out couch. Linens were not to be found. After calling down to the front desk, they requested we come down to retrieve this item. We did this, only to come back up to realize there also was not a pillow. When we went back down, the staff member took 5 minutes in the back to retrieve the pillow, all while coming back out laughing as he had been loudly chatting with a coworker. The staff on that night seemed to be extremely uninterested in doing their jobs. We were standing there in our pajamas, quite obviously wanting to go to sleep rather than wait for this staff member to finish chatting and laughing. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this experience was just so disappointing.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Rooms rarely got cleaned. The 1 time it did they just pulled the sheets back up and took out the garbage

Front desk people are not professional. The dressing is casual. Cleaning is pathetic. Rooms have hairs and air conditioner grills were blocked with dust. No proper hygiene, cleaning and maintenance.

There was hair all over the shower it is disgusting. I have pictures but it won't let me post them
