Pretty bad experience

Staying on business, got the suite and it's amazing. Staff is always friendly and great.

I recently stayed here with my cousin for two nights while attending a family reunion. It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff members were friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices. Tyler at the front desk was excellent, and the lady taking care of breakfast in the dining room was polite and helpful. When we called the front desk about our bathroom light going out, a staff member was at our door within minutes to fix it. We were also given a voucher to use at the casino next door! I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here for a short family getaway. We chose the VIP theme room as it offered a nintendo for the kids. The nintendo didn't work, the cords were all frayed. I did tell them at check out and a small discount was applied which I feel wasn't an acceptable amount as choosing a standard room without the extras would have been substantially cheaper but we were trying to splurge for the kids. The TV in the kids room that the Nintendo was hooked up to also didn't have cable access so that was also inconvenient.

The beds were SUPER comfy, the size of the suite was perfect for our family.

We personally didn't like the towels as they were VERY hard/crusty - not soft at all and I was not able to use on my little one due to her sensitive skin. This was a major turnoff.

The breakfast was FANTASTIC and the lady working the breakfast area was amazing.
We also enjoyed the pool and waterslides a lot.

Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Stayed four days at hotel! First night after 10 pm kids running above room went on till 10 45 pm an at 1 30 am! Front desk notified! Third night someone backed into my passenger side panel causing damage to suv! No cable connection two nights an wifi was very slow! Staff was great but be aware your 100 feet from painted hand casino an alcohol a sheet happens! One night had a car drive by at 11 30 pm a fire of what sounded like gun but was cap gun!

Clean room, great size for a good price, bed was comfortable, blankets nice and soft, pillows were a good size so you don't wake up with a sore neck. Overall great experience and customer service, would stay here again.

Had to stop in yorkton last minute due to weather. Hotel was decent. Beds were clean and comfortable but the room definitely could have been cleaned better. Toothpaste splatter on mirror and what appeared to be spilled red wine on the wall by the bed. Overall, it served its purpose comfortably.

I enjoy sleeping & recuperating here when I can do enjoy the shower pressure! Lol I'll be back most definitely my guy!

Hotel shares the same parking lot as Casino. Rooms were nice, clean and trendy. Stayed in the VIP theme room with husband and 3 kids. Room had separate room for bunk bed, tv and game system. Another separate door less room into the master bed area, also with TV. The main area had a a couch, kitchenette and another TV. Would stay again.

This is my hands down favorite hotel to stay in Saskatoon. It's new, clean, has friendly service. You get a text not very long after you check in asking how everything is going. Free breakfast. Close to many things except downtown. But food, grocery, restaurants. Comfy beds.

Could use more chairs and tables at pool side no where to put your dry towel. One table and two chairs are not enough when you have more then two people in at one time.

Very personable staff. Nice sized rooms and well appointed. Good location close to restaurants and a casino. If you're into that sort of thing. I would definitely stay there again.

Hot tub was closed no one let us no that no chairs in the pool area room gave me major allergies so probably not the cleanest

Rooms are clean and spacious. Hot tub and pool are great hot tub is quite small and the jets are not that great but overall not bad. Breakfast hot pancakes were great the server was very helpfull and friendly
