Hooked On Fitness

This is such a great place to workout at! It’s very clean, the staff is super welcoming and if you’re looking for a personal trainer -Greg Sproat is fantastic! It’s really nice to go to a gym where all fitness levels are welcomed without judgement. This is the gym for that feeling!

Literally my favorite place, I consider Hooked my second home. I love the atmosphere and how everything is set up (it affects the overall mood and your workouts). I’m away from home for uni, and I can say that there’s no other gyms like Hooked. It’s homey and inviting. I definitely miss being an employee for Hooked, and I miss working out in the gym as well.

Very good gym, amazing staff members and community, and pretty much has everything when it comes to CrossFit, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding.

Me and my brother were visiting family and came in on Thanksgiving Monday. The staff was very good and the equipment is high quality. Very nice gym highly recommend.

The owners have transformed this space into a bright, clean atmosphere that is comfortable to workout in. There is ample machines, plenty of weights and lots of space. The plants and big windows are great elements to the atmosphere.
There is always someone at the front desk and they are very welcoming!

Beautiful new gym! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Large variety of strength and cardio equipment, and the facility is always very clean! A great place to workout!
