The worst service I ever seen in my life too much time to prepare the order.

My hubby and I were in on Christmas eve and were very happy with our meals. I had the cauliflower chicken curry, and my hubby had the beef bird's next. We were happy with the service and will be back soon.

Portions are very generous, food was delicious. Menu was a little tricky to figure out what came with rice or if it was just plain (specifically the hot wok specialties) but very happy with all 4 of our menu items. I had the Tom Yum noodle soup with shrimp I really liked it! My partner got the beef szechuan which was also excellent, he really enjoyed that too.

Nice place to dine in. Portions are huge fresh and hot. It take us 2 to finish our dinner for one. Then they have promote 10percent off for online takeout orders. Also some Uber BOGO deals. Thx hotwok we'll be ur regular now.

We placed an online order through the website (which we had previously been encouraged to do), and in the process of entering the online submission into their system, the girl working the front managed to miss a whole dish, missed all of the details about “on rice noodle”, the satay sauce was all on the side rather than on the dishes, and the satay sauce was just weird. We called back to store to say we were missing a dish and nothing was on rice noodle. We went back to pick up the missing dish and the noodles - only to find no noodles and the dish was wrong, even though the order was repeated back to us on the phone.
When we phoned back, staff answered the phone with a snarky “hello”, and we had to ask if he actually reached Hot Wok. There was a half mumbled apology when we left.
We used to love it here and it was a go-to spot. I don’t know if it’s recently changed owners or management but today was appalling. IF we try it again, we won’t be trusting the online order and likely will just hang up if the same girl answers the phone, otherwise we just know it would all be wrong.

Nice place and very good food for decent price, much better than other Asian Restaurants in the City. Will recommend it any day

As far as small business chinese restaurants go, this place is really good. Fresh ingredients that are served quickly with a friendly smile. Extra points for the decor, knock your socks off red!
