The service here was top notch. Dinesh was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Rooms are solid, location is central.

If you appreciate history and historic architecture you will love this place. Has it's own private patio overlooking the street, which is a nice place to socialize and have a few drinks. Perfect location and the restaurant and pub attached to it is fantastic.

When we checked in our room was dirty which was no problem because we got switched to a different room, however, the next day we wanted house keeping so we left the sign on the door and we saw the house keeper cleaning the other rooms. When we came back several hours later our room wasn't cleaned at all, which was really disappointing. We also would have liked a fitted sheet on the bed as there is just a flat sheet covering the mattress. There is a Freddy Krueger cut out in the room across from us which is a little odd.

Worst life experience: room not available at check-in time, hair in the sink that does not drain water, completely disinterested employees, a full parking lot. Nothing in this hotel is worth a visit.

Alot of zombies. Watch out make sure you have plenty of treadmills to keep the walking dead busy don't forget to ser them to jog speed.

Look, Hotel Senator has some rough edges, but it's also just a classic, perfect, downtown establishment. Highly recommend it, endlessly charming, bizarrely wide corridors. Cannot recommend enough!

Still has the allure of its grand old days. Walls a bit thin but that's not uncommon. The continental breakfast was a bit silly and they should probably just stop doing it

Best location, and a quaint old building. The owner/staff were great too. Minor drawback is that the building is old: floors creak, and soundproofing isn't the best.
Be sure to book directly with them - better deal.

Over 110 years old, the lobby and pub have that comforting aroma of old polished wood trimmings. The pub is cozy and inviting. Food and brews were great, in ample portions, as is typical for the Prairies.

The character and charm make this historic hotel a most pleasant stay. The cleaning staff are top-notch while the front desk staff are like a second family. They are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to getting around the city too. I couldn't have ask for a better place to stay thanks to all of them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel. The atmosphere is excellent. Very old-world Europe. I ate at the restaurant there. Food was very good but the service wasn't. We waited 90 mins for appetizers! Got to the restaurant at 7 pm and didn't leave until after 10 pm. There were just 3 of us, so not a huge group or anything. I'm not sure why service was so brutally slow. We had to wait a long time for drink refills.everything! I would try it there again because the food and atmosphere was great. Hopefully next time the actual.service will be better.

Had some family coming up to Saskatoon, am so glad I took them to the Hotel Senator. The rooms are clean and modern, the ambiance of the hotel is amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Rooms were great with a somewhat late 18th early 19th century decor. Location wasn't bad, just a short walk from the park where you can see the river. Parking isn't the greatest to be fair.

I enjoyed my stay this past weekend room was nice I forgot bedtime clothes so had to sleep with pants and the AC worked great. Loved the view of downtown too. Heard it was haunted but that only makes me want to go back honestly. Definitely booking here again. Also the tvs here were probably the best I have seen in a hotel. Also the front desk guy was super helpful.

A beautiful hotel located on the nicest street corner in Saskatoon, yet still walking distance to the river. Lovely furnishings in the rooms, hallways, and lobby. Direct connections to Flanagans and Winston's. Parking is a bit tight, but free! Would stay here again.

Went there to hopefully enjoy a fine craft beer. The first four selections we asked for were not available. They were even sold out of a staple beer Stella. Service was fairly slow considering the staff to customer ratio. I think my days of going to Winstons is over. The pizza however was very good.

Worst service ever front desk lady is very racist my friend from different city was visiting town she wouldn’t let me friends in to come into hotel very rude front desk lady would give this place a 0 star if I could and the rooms are small and no ac I do not recommend staying here.

Right downtown. Hotel has a brewery, restaurant, and an English Style Pub. Very, very good craft beer selection, not only beers from 21st Brewing below; but other breweries as far away as Austin, TX. Hotel was old, but rooms were updated and clean. Like stepping back in time, we'll worth the stay, and will definitely return

Hotel is nice but the cleanliness can be a lot better. The carpet in the hallways are extremely messy and there is a bunch of random furniture in the hallways which makes it looks not good. Back parking lot very dirty and sketchy as well.

Staff is amazing and rooms are very big and clean. Decor in the hotel is gorgeous, see Pablo for a tour of the brewery which is currently only open on Friday’s and weekends

I normally have a great time at this quite but energetic place. But recently i had a minor debate with the owner and he seen that a good enough grounds to bar me from the place.should i mention that the dispute was because i was waiting for a cab and it was -40 that night and he would not let me stand in the entrance for 10 min.

For the money and location this is my favourite place to stay when travelling solo or as a couple. Winston’s pub downstairs and your right downtown

So friendly quaint and reasonably pricing. They accept and love dogs with no extra cost. Parking can be challenging with being downtown and nor a lot of spaces. Rooms are cosy. Heating and AC updated so works well. Excellent English Pub with good food and thèy have a beautiful steak and seafood restaraunt on site and provide a healthy continental breakfast.

This is a super cool looking hotel, classic vibes, almost a Kubrickian feel to it. It is very reasonably priced, but part of that reason is a lack of parking options available for the hotel so be sure you are aware of some parking arrangments prior to booking. Rooms are very spacious and have good utilities, but I had an issue with a lack of outlets available that werent already occupied by hotel items. I get that its foolish to rewire an old building like that, but could perhaps be solved by some power bars or extenders to add some usable plugs. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Just be aware you will also encounter folks with addictions problems hanging around in the area in the evening, but the hotel is very diligent about security as well.

The place definitely has some charm. It's not as modern as some hotels, but as long as it's clean, I'm okay with it. Only issue I had with my room was that the shower didn't seem to have hot water? I would crank it all the way up, but it wouldn't get quite warm to where it's comfortable.

Hotel Senator has very cozy feel with a historic look to the old building it makes the bar that much interesting to visit. They offer a outside sitting area. Lots of inside seating. They have a menu to choose from with decent food. They offer live music some nights which is awesome! Huge drink selection.

If you don't mind quirky, and maybe old musty, this place is great. Honestly I thought it was quite charming, though nothing Fancy by any means. Interesting hallways, and fresh baked cookies when I checked in. Also got home late and staff went to the kitchen to grab me more cookies! ️

Winston's pub in the Senator Hotel. Good pub food lots of variety of beer and ales. Great daily specials. Lots of tvs if you like to watch sports. Background music not too loud, able to hold a conversation without raising your voice. Friendly staff.

Excellent experience! Beautiful charming old hotel. Super location in the heart of downtown. Walked everywhere. We found the front desk staff welcoming, helpful right from the moment I called to make a reservation. The food was very good in both the dining room and bar. Extensive wine list and craft beer selection. Our room was clean and quiet with comfy beds and lovely towels. Absolutely would book again!

Love the Senator, right above Winston's which Is super ideal and quite the convenient location. Things are clean and spacious and great value for the money. Did I mention above Winston's? More than you can ask for in my.honest opinion. Love the central location within walking distance to everything you need in Saskatoon. Enjoy your time here.

Location was great for.access to Midtown and the downtown eateries and bars. Room was suitable enough for me as a single guy. Level of outside noise at night was negligible even with my window open wasnt bothered. Winston's has a great beer on tap selection and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the stuffed and smoked burger.

Room was professional and clean, lobby of hotel is very nice, Winston’s pub is awesome and had awesome food and beer. One of the best hotels in the city.

Had a lovely stay, just be wary that check out is 1pm and you may not be allowed a late check out depending on how many people are staying in the hotel. Everything was great though!

Great place to stay. Great downtown location. Super close to the mall and a lot of other stores for a nice shopping experience. Staff and food amenities are also quite good. Right above one of saskatoon's nicest and pubs which has a very large selection of beer and other drinks.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms at a very fare price. Winston's downstairs is a great pub for food and a pint.
